Jen was super nice and helpful. I was dreading having to get new wiper blades, but I was in and out with the new wipers that Jen helped me put on in 5 minutes. It was fast and easy, I will definitely be back!

I replaced a car battery. Jenn checked to see if it was still under warranty without me even asking her to. Luckily it was still under warranty, she tested the new battery and my total amount of time there was less than 8 minutes.
So my son had the worst experience at this store. He went in bc it’s the closest to his college and he has been having battery issue so as soon as he was able to get his car on he went there. To our surprise he was told that they couldn’t change it for him bc it was below temperature. They were able to go outside and test it (after the manager sent a worker bc he didn’t want to do it). We are from out of state so we really didn’t know what to do. I then called the store and asked for to speak w the manager and he told me the same story. I proceeded to ask what kind is customer service was that. He the told me to go next door to the other auto store!!! I guess he did not need the business. I even said “ what if an elder person came w no other help u wouldn’t help???” He said “no” that really shocked me. I had my son take his car somewhere else but hard to believe this.
came in needing help for windshield wipers, had no idea about anything at all. jenn came to my rescue absolutely love her and she installed them for me in the snowy cold!!
I know almost nothing about cars, so Jen, the store manager, really helped me out today with buying new windshield wipers and front headlights. She even went out of her way to change my windshield wipers for me and show me how to do it!! Fantastic service!
Walked in totally helpless not knowing how to find the windshield wipers I need for my new car but within mere seconds Jen already knew exactly what I needed, grabbed it for me, and even INSTALLED THEM FOR ME! I am honestly speechless at the service and so beyond grateful. She let me watch and even taught me what she was doing so I can try to be a strong independent lady myself next time. Highly recommend this place - super helpful and very kind! Thanks again Jen! You saved my life!
The AutoZone on 35 in ocean is my go to place for auto parts.. The store is clean, prices are fair and the staff is alway extremely helpful.. You don’t find that in a lot of retail outlets. Staff seems like they like their job..
the manager and all co workers are very friendly, they are always on time with shipments and making sure every customer including i is satisfied. they also give good recommendations and help with budgets on products. i recommend going to this location if your in the ocean township/ eatontown area

Was just in the store and Crystal or Krystal (I’m sorry I’m not sure of the spelling) just helped me with my windshield wipers. She was incredibly patient with me in determining what wipers would be best for my truck. I asked her if anyone in the store could help me change out my horrible older wipers for the new ones and wouldn’t you know…..she volunteered to help. Thank you so much for your help. Employers (like AutoZone) should count their blessing for having someone like her as an employee. I will definitely be back for any truck related parts I need in the future.
This location on Rte 35 south in Oakhurst is my preferred place to go for anything that I need for my car and the best part of it is, they install it for you, like in my case , this lady installed the low beams in my car within minutes and there’s a skinny black gentleman who knows EVERYTHING about cars and all you have to tell him is what the issue is and he has the right solution right in front of you and explains it to you and then he executed it perfectly and the problem is solved. Shout out to you guys!!
Finally AutoZone hired someone with experience in the automotive field thanks to Jayson the manger for the experience and knowledge he brings helps so much and goes beyond to help you and gets you the right parts.In the other hand if it was not for Jayson I will not the return the rest of staff is no good

James and co. at Oakhurst / ocean twp location made it easy to get my new battery and all the necessary parts for installation. This is not only the best Auto Zone I have been to but it is the best experience I have ever had buying car parts. Would recommend to anyone.
The day started as an average day. Until my car decided it needed an another alternator, 3 months after replacing this one . After picking up the new part it turned out to be defective, Carolina G went above and beyond to not only locate another one but to pick up and bring it to my mechanic 2 towns over . I am extremely grateful and thankful that for her and hope she continues to be a ray of sunshine on dark days like mine . Thank you again Carolina !!!!!

The people here are great. Everyone here is so friendly, pleasant, and expert in auto parts. They make sure you get the right parts. Norman has helped me several times. Norman double-checked the parts to make sure they were correct for my car.
I'm glad this store opened here. Definitely my first choice for auto parts - mainly because of the people here.
So glad this AutoZone opened! The staff was very helpful and did not mind that we came in 10 minutes before they closed! I will definitely be going back there!
Caroline is the coolest. So knowledgable and helpful. She doesn't just tell you which product you need, she helps you install it if she can, too. Came out to my vehicle, looked under hood, gave me pointers and a lesson! All of the staff I encountered were courteous and helpful. But Caroline is Devine!
