Purchased an F150 King Ranch. Marc Brennan was very helpful and knowledgeable about the truck. It was a very easy transaction. Both the initial sales price and trade in value provided were very fair so there was no need for haggling. Agreed to the transaction Saturday afternoon and the picked the truck up Monday morning. It was fully prepped and ready to go. Financing was seamless. Definitely recommend Tom's Ford.

Amazing experience here at Tom’s Ford. First time not only buying a Ford but my first ever truck. I was on the hunt for a pre-owned Ford Maverick Hybrid and seen one at Toms Ford in Keyport NJ that seemed like a great deal and with trim package things I wanted. The price was better than everywhere else within a 100 mile distance. I contacted them prior to any long drive to see it. The dealer send me photos around the truck and even underneath it plus an awesome walk-around video. We discussed the vehicle that I would be trading in and it sounded like the trade offer would potentially work out. So I drove nearly two hours to go check it out with my wife. In person, not only was the facilities the literally most warm and inviting but so too were the employees. NO pressure at all just helpfulness and understanding of my needs in order to work the best deal possible for both parties. The truck itself was way more impressive once I seen and test drove it. Still, I wanted to do further due diligence with regards to looking over the proposal . The manager offered to hold the truck for me for a week risk-free and I drove back home to do deeper homework. We did a little bit more negotiating text/phone and I agreed to come the following week and that if everything stood the same we had a deal. And that's exactly what happened and I am stoked with my new Maverick! Special thanks at Toms Ford to Davene Sherman, John Luberto, Robert Delarosa, Billy Ponath and Donna Wendland. All were so kind, patient and worked to make me comfortable and to get me into a fantastic truck and deal that worked out even better than I was anticipating. You all rock and I am now rolling in my new sweet blue Maverick! Highest recommendation!

Tom’s Ford in New Jersey ,with whom I’ve been buying new SUV’s from since 1994 once again has made the process of trading in our beautiful 2023 Expedition for a brand new one ! Purchasing approximately 12 vehicles over the last 31 years has generally been a great experience but Tom’s Ford service department has always been the best ! They are always on top of things and work hard at keeping cost down and it’s always a friendly comfortable environment. Sales woman Debbie Wagner who has walked us through numerous sales in the last 23 years is always informative and is a non pressure down to earth sales person who is a pleasure to do business with . Last month doing business with Debbie and Sales Manager Matt Lyden who is amazingly resourceful and trustworthy worked long hours to find exactly what we wanted in our new Platinum Expedition and delivered it without a hitch before Christmas and the New Year ! Thanks to everyone at Tom’s Ford !

Tom's Ford was incredibly easy to work with from New York City. I really enjoyed working with John Luberto the sale manager who went the extra mile and Marc Brennan from his team he worked miracles to meet my timeline. We got everything negotiated over the phone with a "no surprises proposal" that didn't change when I arrived. I was in and out with my new car in under an hour. After going to dealers running scam after scam, Tom's was refreshing in their honesty and how much they stand behind their cars. Not only do they sell vehicles at a fair price, but they warranty the engines for life!

Edit: My previous review still stands with the sales side. I won’t wander over there anymore. Anyway. This review is because of how great the service team truly is. I already mentioned Jen being one of the best employees they have, but I had an issue with my car and their entire team on that side was incredible. The front desk, the mechanics, everyone. James J. was BEYOND helpful and one of the nicest people I think I have ever met. He did everything he could to make sure I got my car back in time. The two ladies at the front desk were so friendly and attentive. AND last but not least BARRY (I hope that’s his name) who picked up my car initially and brought me to the dealership to get a loaner for the day. He was awesome. That’s really the best word. Takeaways: Service from Toms Ford is the only reason I come back. Please keep these employees for a long time. They deserve respect and above all… recognition for being a great team.

Tom’s Ford was the ideal Ford Dealer to buy my new F-150. I am a knowledgeable shopper I do a lot of research into options and prices, read all of the forums, watch all of the reviews on you-tube do I arrive at the dealer knowing what I want, armed with a spreadsheet and price list of how I want my truck outfitted and looking for salesman that can add more knowledge and value to the process. Tom’s was one of the few dealers that was able to add value and knowledge to the car buying experience. They addressed my concerns. I am Very satisfied. My salesman Corey, the sales manager Matt and finance guy Billy were all very knowledgeable “car guys” who were easy to talk and negotiate with and overall just good people.

Corey at Tom’s Ford is a true example of what a Sales Associate should be. When I walked into the dealership, he greeted me and asked how he could help. He was very personable and attentive, and listened to what sort of vehicle I was looking for. Corey was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in, and answered all my questions very professionally. He also made sure to follow-up on with me on any items needed to complete the sale. The entire purchase process went very smoothly, and I would highly recommend Tom’s Ford to anyone looking to purchase a car.

Great dealership, and very friendly and helpful staff. I started my experience here a few years ago purchasing parts, then I had my 2014 Explorer serviced and made my decision that this would be my dealership for purchase of my 2026 Explorer. My sales representative Rod was a rock star. Rod worked with me to get my vehicle set up exactly the way I wanted. He also kept me in the loop with the status of my order.

I buy cars with the intent to keep them for many years. Mostly due to the hassle of buying a new car. I walk into a dealership and am immediately mad at everyone. But when I went to Tom’s Ford, I felt no pressure, no young kid running to the finance guy to figure out my square and no feeling of being ripped off. This was the least pressure experience and everyone from the sales floor to the finance guru was polite and never treated me like a mark in a game of three card Monty. I was able to view and see all types of models and prices and was able to find one that fit my budget without having to be asked the same questions over and over like how much do you want your monthly payment to be or buy this it has extra lights which will make you like it better. I was given all my numbers and knew exactly what I needed to pay and was willing to pay. Never was I pressured or felt I was being Unreasonable with any questions or requests. They even took time to show me how to use the CarPlay and the swerve control and even the app to help me save on some maintenance. Truly one of the best experiences I have ever had buying a car. I may do it again sooner now and not wait 10-15 years between cars. Then I would be more up to date with the technology and not still look behind me by craning my neck all the way.
