Since the moment I dropped off my car till I picked it up I was kept informed and updated on everything going on with the car insurance and car repairs. They arranged my rental for pick up and drop off. I’ve never experienced dealing with a company so competent and thorough. My car came out beautifully and they even cleaned it and detailed it inside before pickup. It’s truly an amazing company and exceptional staff. I highly recommend them!

This auto repair company was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. They contacted me immediately to schedule an appointment for an estimate and were clear, thorough, and honest about what needed to be done and the expected timeline. I truly appreciated the transparency and the weekly text updates that kept me informed throughout the process. When I picked up my car, I was blown away by how clean and new it looked on the outside—and even more impressed when I opened the doors and saw that they had taken the time to clean and detail the inside as well. That extra care did not go unnoticed. I am extremely pleased with this entire experience and would highly recommend this company to anyone needing auto work. While I hope I won’t need repairs again anytime soon, I know that if I do, my car will be in excellent hands.

Another great experience with Frank and the team at V&F! From quote to pick up everything was clearly and promptly communicated. Frank is very thorough and clearly cares about the quality of the work. Hoping we don't need collision repairs again anytime soon but if we do this is the only shop we'll use.

Very friendly staff. They did an excellent job fixing my car that was rear ended, it looks brand new. They were also very transparent with time, and kept me updated along the way. They even went as far as to detail the inside of my car. I highly recommend them.

Recently had rear bumper / lift gate damage repaired at V&F Auto Body. They did a great job and even fixed my rear wiper fluid hose that was busted. Received the car back with a full interior / exterior detailing as well. Car looked awesome, job well done!! These guys definitely take pride in their work.

Tried charging $2400 for a 1/2 inch separation on my bumper. Literally one broken clip that cost $20 on Amazon. Also wanted to hold it for a week and half because they have a deal with Enterprise. Don’t waste your time.

They made my car repair effortless. Gave my car a beautiful cleaning. Kept me updated on the process from beginning to end. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend . Brought vehicle in for service they keep me informed set my rental up. My car was a little messy when I dropped it off well maybe more then a little messy lol. When I went to pick it up didn’t even recognize it then went above and beyond and detailed my vehicle. I never rarely leave reviews but i was completely satisfied with my repair and vehicle!

I brought my car to them to get the roof and trunk lid color matched to the factory paint. Even though it was a tough color to match they nailed it perfectly. The shop is very clean and professional, and the owner Frank and his staff are a pleasure to deal with. This shop knows what they’re doing. They’re fast, reliable, and competitive in pricing. Shops like this are hard to find. I highly recommend them.

V & F Auto Body of Keyport went above and beyond in the repair of my car after an accident. Not only was the repair perfect, the inside and outside of my car looked like new and they even dropped the car off at my house when it was finished as I had surgery during the time the car was in the shop and was not cleared to drive at the time it was ready. I highly recommend this company.

Being rear-ended the day after Christmas is definitely not a way to enjoy the holidays. V&F was referred to me by my insurance company and I'm very glad I took their suggestion. Everything was seamless and easy and the work was beautiful.

I wanted to share my recent experience with Frank at the V&F auto Body in Keyport. I have had repairs there in the past which were excellent. Recently, I lost a piece of trim on the door of my 2015 Venza I brought the car back to Frank. He researched that he had worked on the Venza back in 2021 for an accident repair. Although he had not replaced the trim, he realized the trim may have been removed for the door repair, hence making it loose later on. He gave me an estimate of $0 to repair the Venza. He ordered the part, I dropped it off, and picked it up late in the evening. No charge. I’m happy to say, again, the work was excellent at V&F. Not only was my car repaired promptly, when I picked it up, it was washed, waxed, and cleaned thoroughly inside. I was pleasantly surprised. I used V&F auto for my car’s repairs after it hit a deer. V&F worked with my insurance company as well as my rental car company, to make the entire repair process seamless. My car was returned clean and looking brand new. I highly recommend this company.

Had V&F repaint my trunk lid without the vehicle having been there. They only needed my fuel door and they got it to a perfect match effortlessly and within record timing. Highly recommend if you need stuff done professionally and not take an eternity. Thank you guys.

My family and I have used this place for a few years now and they are incredible. Most recently I had a vandalism incident with my car, so clearly it was not a happy time. Initially they told me close to 3 weeks due to possible parts delay (not their fault at all). But ended up they finished in 12 days. My Mustang truly looks good as new. They gave me updates throughout the week too. Definitely recommend them.

10/10. Great communication, wonderful employees, considerate of my time, and went above & beyond what I could have expected. My car was damaged from a wayward barrel that collided with my vehicle. Repairs were done faster than expected and my car hasn't looked this pristine since I drove it off the lot brand new. HIGHLY recommend. I will *only!* recommend this auto shop for repairs.

My only regret is not bringing my car here for prior repairs. I got my car back better than I left it. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. I got my car back earlier than the estimated date and they assisted me with getting my rental. They also cleaned the inside and outside of my car (Which I was not expecting because I've been to a couple of other auto repair shops and neither of them did that) nicer then a lot of car wash places. I would give this place 10 stars. i hope they never change.
