Terrible service purchased a motor for my car a used motor at 114 K on it installed. It heard the timing chain tapping so I was told that I only had 30 day warranty so it was out of warranty in my eyes so I proceeded to bring it to the dealer quality Chevy They proceeded to tell me that the timing chain is stretched, and the guides are worn out so quality Chevrolet performed the repairs then one day I stopped into the Keyport Location just to ask what I can get back for the repairs I had to do for the motor that I bought from them. The receptionist in Keyport told me that I had a six month warranty on it so my car has been at the dealership for 2 1/2 months. then, when I called to get an update on what they can provide back to me for the repairs, even though the dealership did the repairs in the warranty window, I proceeded to get told that there’s nothing they can do for me and this is not the first motor I’ve gotten from them I work in a shop I used to go to them all the time just recently bought a rear end for an 02 Ford F150 after this experience, I will not refer them to anyone. I will no longer call for any used parts because they do not honor the warranty window regardless of the matter all they wanna do is take your money and give you a crappy motor and then they give you some lame excuse that it’s out of the warranty window even though I have documentation from the dealer in the warranty window terrible service I will no longer be a customer of this

Be careful the Jeep specialist on this location, very very very greedy, don’t waste your money to him. I am in his shop 10:14am, deliver my differential and ask straight it, then he called me at 11:09am, tell me differential cracked, I said ok, I go to check it. I arrive his shop 12:00pm, then he charged me $250 for labor. Totally my part is in his shop less than 2 hours. And he only remove three bolts for passenger hub and 4 bolts for acurator. The work is less than 20 minutes labor. I did before. When I give him $260. He never try to give me $10 back until I ask. When you part in his shop, he charge what he want. When your the money in-his pocket, he don’t want to give it back. After he called me 11:09 and until I arrive 12pm, he do nothing about my parts and only waiting for me. Then he charged $100 per hour in waiting time. he told me $100 per hour and if charge $100 for the work, I said nothing. Less than hour work, charge an hour and that is normal. Greedy greedy person. No business with him.
Found a driver mirror in their site for my Elantra GT listed as color grey hatchback, but when I picked up it was black and didn't fit. I think it was for sedan. They offered a full refund or if I wanted they would locate the correct part. They called back next week with the correct part and the matching color. Their price was also better than other salvage yards. Very happy. Would be 5 stars if I didn't have to make a second trip.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU SEE THE PRODUCT IN PERSON FIRST!!!!!!
I am a Coloradan who knows that all the good salvage yards are on the east coast. Mike, the owner, was so so very kind and down to earth! He is great to talk to. However, he flat out LIED to me. I purchased a door for my fj. He said it came with the inner and outer panels (it’s only inner), and that there were no flaws on it (there are scratches as well as a dent). I wouldn’t have paid over $300 for this and I definitely wouldn’t have paid $450 to ship it to Colorado if Mike was just honest with me. No salesperson and especially no owner should lie to their customers this blatantly. Absolutely ridiculous. Yes he gave me a small discount since I’m out of state but now it makes sense why.

Great place for used parts! I called ahead to confirm that the part I wanted was in stock and went there a few hours later. They are reasonably priced and I had no issue with the part I brought. Pleasant staff.

STAY AWAY!!! They do not honor their so-called warranty. I bought a transmission that was defective and when I called to get it warranted they wanted to charge me more to replace it, lying to me saying they didn't have a replacement even though they showed another one in stock. Then I'm lied to again with them saying they told me to give them back the bad unit and then they will send me a new one, Now because I called them out in there lies they wont replace the transmission saying im out of warranty ( I called them a wk after purchase). I dont know know about you but I dont like to waste my hard earned money!!

STAY AWAY. You have been warned. Had a ton of work done on Jeep in their garage and he would only accept cash! No credit card or check. Would not honor his defective work so my loss. Don't make same mistake.
Not good experience. Sold me used part that was defective for cash only. When I returned it, I was told there was sign in the office stating they don't accept returns although my transaction took place in the driveway.
Buyer Beware - sold me a 000 (no problems) front fender and it had paint chips and rust. I should have known better to trust anyone in the used parts business. I needed it so I had to buy it but will never go back here.
