This was my first time coming to this shop to get a interlock device installed. Patricia was amazing. She explained everything so well. All my questions were answered and I didn't even have to ask any because she gave me the whole run down of how this works. I definitely recommend coming to this place. I would definitely come back for future car service.

The service we received here was super. We had a battery and electronic issue with a Honda CRV and after numerous attempts to have it resolved elsewhere, Jersey Trucks Cars mechanic eliminated the problem. Also, customer service was great.

I had an amazing experience with Jersey Cars and Trucks. The owner is incredibly compassionate, caring, polite, and very informative. She made the entire process of installing and using the LifeSafer device so easy and stress-free. Every calibration appointment was seamless and worry-free they really go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable and understand everything.
Patricia and Tony are truly the best. They’re down-to-earth, kind people who treat you with respect from the moment you walk in. It’s rare to find a place with this level of care and integrity.
I would recommend Jersey Cars and Trucks to anyone who needs their car serviced or needs help with a LifeSafer device. Five stars isn’t enough they genuinely deserve a 10!

Denying the review. What about communicating about where the truck is and when it's going to be fixed? You've had it since April. No problem taking 5500 for a truck you never fixed. Feel free to call John and update him about why you've had the truck since April and it's not fixed and your not answering any calls or texts. Actually the way your handling this is so unprofessional.
Even today answering this review. You still have the truck. It's not back. Did you make a call to explain what's going on.

Business owner charged me for a transmission job 5500.00 in April. Called me returned my truck 4/21/24 I drove it 9 miles the same day. Truck broke down and Tony told me to tow it back to the shop which I did for 300. 00 He texted me May 3 to tell me he would send it up North to his transmission shop for repair. I have been calling him since May. He hasnt texted since May 3 He isn't ever at the shop when I show up and hasn't answered any of my texts or calls to let me know where or when my truck will be finished and picked up. It's now Aug and not one reply or call from this shop owner. Don't take your cars to this joker. Read a few reviews down. Justin had the same issue I'm having. I'm now going through the police and courts to get my truck and money back. Bad business bad owner beware, beware, beware!!!!!!
We were very pleased, our truck has a problem we're still trying to figure out, they went above and beyond what they had to do to troubleshoot the problem, very nice people there and so willing to help, love the honesty
I have nothing but nice things to say. Until recently I didn’t even realize they were there. The woman working the front desk and answering the phone is a good soul! I will be sure to use them in the future!
Had a terrible experience here my truck fell apart down the street after getting work done and got overcharged i know several people that have had same expiernces they also won’t fix there mistakes they will say you did something to it to break it down the street
I had went to another shop that was closer to my house to do some wiring, well it wasn’t done correctly and I had to call Jersey trucks and within a couple days the issue was corrected and I’m back on the road! Can’t thank the team enough at Jersey Trucks! Owner goes above and beyond any shop I’ve ever dealt with!
Great down to earth people, Got down to what my problem was after taking my car to many reputable shops who couldn't figure it out. They got my car going and didn't kill me on price. I will definitely return to this place.
