I would like to start off by saying that if I could give this shop ZERO stars, I would. The level of service and customer service here is the worst I have ever seen.
This shop had my vehicle for over two months and blamed my insurance company every step of the way. At one point, I was in constant contact with my insurance company and even had my adjuster go to the shop every day, which revealed that it was not the insurance company’s fault.
I had to pay for a rental car out of my own pocket for an additional 45 days due to this shop’s lack of competence. Near the beginning of the second month that they had my vehicle, I was told it would be ready on a certain day. They then began giving reasons why it would not be ready, such as parts they claimed to have fixed actually not being fixed, and parts they ordered being incorrect.
It got to the point where I had to extend my rental vehicle daily, which caused additional expenses. I was eventually able to speak with someone who claimed to be the manager of the shop. However, other employees stated that he acts as the manager but ultimately is not the manager. That person is Jacob.
Jacob would not return my phone calls and appeared to avoid me. I would go to the shop looking for answers and updates, and he would have the receptionist say he was not there, yet I could clearly see him standing inside the shop. These behaviors and actions led me to wonder what else they might be lying about or “covering up” in this shop.
I demanded to speak with the owner because I felt I was being treated very poorly. However, Jacob did not feel that I was important enough to speak with the owner.
When I finally picked up my vehicle, it was dirty and still damaged. Parts on the front end of the vehicle were not aligned properly, the paint had overspray, and there was damage to the bumper they had just installed. After Jacob saw this, his response was, “I don’t have time for this,” and he abruptly drove away.
Now, a month later, they are in constant contact with my insurance company about payment they claim they “never received,” yet all checks were provided to an employee at the shop.
Beware of this body shop. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
I recently had body work done on my blue BMW at Ken’s Collision, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, honest, and incredibly easy to work with.
They handled everything smoothly, kept me informed throughout the process, and delivered the car back looking absolutely flawless—like it just rolled out of the showroom. The paint match is perfect, the attention to detail is impressive, and the finish quality shows true craftsmanship.
My 3rd using them to repair one of my vehicles.. the team is nothing less than professional, helpful and clean with their work.. definitely recommend using them if you are in need of auto body repairs

...easy and painless...made an appointment online for an estimate...contacted by front desk staff, Mia...I was able to notify my insurance company via app...the entire process took under 15 mins...my insurance did not cover for rental, so I had to schedule for my vehicle drop off...the estimate process was easy as well...Mia took the time to explain the "mechanics" of the repair...updates were given to me via text...the repair was done, as detailed...Mia did a "walk around" with me, which i appreciate...couldn't be happier with Ken's CARSTAR Collision...thank you...

Great front desk staff. Repairs were done in a timely fashion and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this auto body shop - of all the ones I have dealt with they are definitely the best.
Good mechanic work, terrible overall customer experience once my car was left with them, I wouldn’t ever come back but the body work done by the team on my car was great
They did a great job fixing some dents, scratches and stuff after a minor collision. Everything was restored to its original look and very cost effective as well. I would highly recommend them.
Before leaving CARSTAR with my front-collision-repaired vehicle, I found that my right headlight didnt work. They stopped everything to get in that final fix so that I could be on my way. A handful of nice folks, very transparent, very easy. Definitely recommend.
Carstar came highly recommended by my insurance company. Not only the best estimate, did a great job, kept to planned schedule, but they were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate me. They lived up to their reputation!

Jacob the owner was very accessible and when I needed to speak to him he was there for me.face to face. When I came back To address a few very minor issues they took my car right into the shop ASAP and resolved them while I waited.

Johan and Jacob were so nice and professional from start to finish and helped me get a new side mirror for my car in no time, I couldn't ask for better service!
The repairs on my Tesla Y seemed very seamless I was given regular updates throughout the process. One would never imagine that there were any accidents prior because the job was performed perfectly. I enjoyed the whole experience. I hope that I would never need to use them again but if I had another accident, I would most definitely use them again.
