having trouble keeping mower running when in gear and mowing. He tested it by letting it run all afternoon while stationary, said nothing wrong. He even destroyed my in-tank fuel filter said that was the problem. I saw filter the previous day by looking inside the tank and it was fine.

Great service, fair prices. Guy fixed my mower as promised. A few weeks later I had another problem with my mower. Brought it in and he fixed it right on my trailer without charging me. Highly recommend his service.
I have been dealing with Guy for 10 years. He and his wife are the reason for dealing with local businesses. Big box stores are incapable of this level of service and knowledge. I'm a customer for life.
Guy runs a great shop. Guy and his wife are professionals who know the business well. They are helpful in all matters. I would highly recommend calling Guy if you have a mower or small engine problem. In addition he is also a great welder.
WOW!!! We have a Toro 42" Zero Turn lawn mower and had several problems that needed to be fixed. All 4 tires, flat. Fuel filter, needed. Blades, needed sharpening. And a new battery was needed. We called 3 places within our area. The first place was going to charge us $125 each way to pick up and deliver the mround-trip. $250 round trip to go less than 5 miles down the road? No thanks. Especially since we will want to mow the lawn for life, we need a company that can treat us like customers they want for life. Anyway, we called another place that told us it would take 2 weeks, but they couldn't tow the mower for us. And then we made the 3rd call to Reliable. The person on the phone was SO kind, when she said it may take up to two weeks as well, we didn't mind. We asked how much to transport the mower to and from and it was $80 roundtrip. A $170 savings to start! I have NO idea how a company can charge $250 to tow a lawnmower less than 5miles. I digress, the big picture here is the COMMUNICATION with Reliable was EXCELLENT. They called a day or so after picking up the mower with the diagnosis, the tentative cost and said they may be able to finish before 2 weeks. The next day they called and were DONE!! He delivered back to us and we had a great quick chat with a happy human. He had 2 more mowers to deliver on his flatbed. So, "RELIABLE" is the PERFECT name for this company. We look forward to a life of business with them and have other small engines for them to work on when the time comes. Call them FIRST and trust that they will do a great job with excellent customer service.
They need to change their name...not reliable AT ALL. I dropped off my lawnmower for a tune-up and belt change and was told it would take two weeks. I called after two weeks and was told they didn't even look at it yet. I was required to give a star in order to post this, but they don't even deserve one star for wasting my time like that. Steer clear of this place.
After having rotator cuff surgery. I needed to get my smaller Troy built push mower working. After not having used it for two years I dropped it off on a Friday and had it back on a Monday . I put fuel in it started first pull, and mowed my lawn with one arm. I cannot say enough about the customer service, professionalism, quick service, and reliability. I would recommend them to anyone.
Bought a mower off Reliable Small Engine Repair recently. Very professional business. Owner, Guy is a very fair and honest person to deal with. Can't say anything negative about him or his business. I highly recommend doing business here.
