We walked in from out of town in need of a fix to a wheel well rim that was falling off. They were able to take care of it right away. They said it was a simple fix and didn’t even charge us. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. We really appreciated how well we were treated and the excellent service. Thank you!!

Champion Car Collision did an amazing job fixing my car after a deer hit me. They actually finished the repairs sooner than the time they originally told me, which was a great surprise. The lady at the front desk is absolutely phenomenal super friendly, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I still don't have my car. Going on week 3 In response to your response: you know what my concerns are. No need for a private message. You still have my car. 3 weeks. Additional parts ordered that weren't damaged that became damaged after your team pulled apart my car. Hood and grill replacement turned into bumper and headlight replacement as well. (Insurance fraud perhaps?) Get the job done. Early drop off with a week estimated turned into an additional week needed. After week 2, still not done and now into week 3. Are you hiring? I'd like a paid job where no sense of urgency and no concern of the customer is the company motto.

I got into an accident with my Lexus SUV. I have been using Towne Autobody for 30 years and was surprised that that it is now Crash Champions but to my surprise, it is the exact same team and owner as Towne Auto. Jason and the team are fantastic. They treat your car like it is their own. Jason and the team are extremely detailed and thorough and make sure that any imperfection is identified and addressed. It always surprises me how they match the paint exactly. They are great and I will not go anywhere else.

After someone tagged my SUV in a parking deck in Morristown, I brought it to Monica and her crew at Crash Champions and within 2 days it was like new! Great service and work - as usual! And yes, someone saw the person hit my car in the parking deck and left that drivers license plate, etc., on a note on my car! Thanks again guys! :)

I took my car after I hit a deer. They are efficient and had good communication with me. The ladies at the desk are fabulous. My car looked much better after they fixed it.

When an octogenarian with failing eyesight decided to drive into my car, I chose this shop based on word of mouth as I've heard for years they are best. Thankfully the damage to my car was minimal and I can confidently say this shop not only met my expectations, but far exceeded them. An auto body repair shop is one of those places you hope you never need, but will inevitably visit at some point. This shop is not local for me but if I need their services again I will happily go out of my way. I will also be recommending them to family and friends should the need arise. This shop is professional, clean and well managed. The front office manager Monica and Dominick the adjuster are amazing. They made the process so easy! I truly appreciate how knowledgeable, kind and accommodating they were. Great communication too! Thank you again to Monica, Dominick and everyone else who assisted in getting my car back in shape. It is 10 years old and has a lot of miles on it, yet it looks like it just came off the dealership lot!

I was directed to Crash Champions by my employer for repairs on a fleet vehicle. I am so glad I was because I will use them for all my vehicle needs moving forward. They have a truly streamlined system. Great communication, text updates, fast high quality service, and assistance with car rental pickup. Monica is amazing - welcoming, personable, and organized. Highly recommend.

My vehicle was gently swiped by someone who was parking. The damage was minimal but enough that I wanted to have it addressed prior to selling the vehicle. I came to this shop and was greeted warmly by Monica in reception and by the manager (whose name I unfortunately do not recall). He looked at the vehicle and determined that he could easily address the damage with a sanding/buff process, and that it would take maybe an hour and be very inexpensive. Turns out he was right. It was done in 30 minutes for a very low price. Other shops would likely have attempted to have the bumper pulled and repainted for thousands of dollars. Not here- I was treated with the upmost honesty and friendliness. I cannot state how happy I am with this and, though I hope I won’t have to, I will come here for any future body work that I may need.

His ability to analyze my car's issues and explain the most efficient repairs was impressive. Beyond that, his professionalism, genuine curiosity, and empathy made a stressful situation much easier. Recently had a collision and Crash Champions made the experience amazing. They had previously helped me through AAA with a flat, and after the body work that they did, I'm going to continue to come back! Just had a fantastic experience at Crash Champions in Randolph. They were meticulous in the review and recommendation for repairs, kept me informed about the progress and when I picked it up it was better than new. Rides like a dream, immaculately clean. Big shout out and huge thanks to Kai who supervised the repairs and Monica for handling the paperwork like the pro she is. They even have a Ledgewood Enterprise selection of cars on the lot and a representative (Shawn) there Mondays and Tuesdays to make the car rental pick up and return easy. I always have such a positive experience here, everyone is honest, especially “JAY” is the best, knowledgeable. It's rare to find a good auto shop, especially as a woman, and I'm so grateful i found this place. Every time i bring my car in, it's ready for me for in a quick and timely manner. I am always more than satisfied with their service and work. Highly recommend! Also anyone has problems with Tesla? This is the place to go to with jay! Ps: center reception people can be rude and unfriendly just ignore them.

The best compliment I can give is that my truck looks like no work was done. I LOVE my truck, it has a very deep metal flake black paint, crazy plasti-dipped badging, and a ton of personality. Damaging my truck was a huge blow… However the professionals at Crash Champions Randolph CRUSHED my repairs. They were friendly and helpful from the start. Monica at the front desk was the best point person you could hope for. Through texts, and phone calls, they kept me up to date every step of the way. The final product is perfect. The staff working at this location in Randolph is INCREDIBLE! From the moment I walked into to front door I was treated with smiles and respect. The entire drop off including the car rental was done within a half an hour !!! I picked the car up today, 4 days before the expected finish date! I highly recommend!!!

If you want to feel like you are family being taken care of by family then this is the auto body repair shop that you should go to! I am quite picky and particular about how things should be done. Crash Champions of Randolph NJ - Right from my initial contact with Monica at the front desk, Kai that did the assessment of my truck damage and Jay who runs a professional, friendly and super clean/tight shop-I am beyond appreciative. I was informed throughout the repairs and even contacted about an old dent on my truck door to see if I wanted to have (PDR) paintless dent removal. Totally happy with the work done. The best way I can describe how I feel is that after my truck was hit by someone else—it was looking beat up. I didn’t even want the truck anymore. Wowser it literally looks like I have a brand new truck. They cleaned the truck inside and out. Buffed the entire truck paint and made me smile when I saw it. Also Enterprise rental from Ledgewood NJ met me at the shop with the rental car. I was able to leave the rental car at the shop when picking up my truck. I was in a front end collision and my best decision was going to Towne Auto. They are all very honest people that genuinely want the best for you and your car. Jay was very knowledgeable and kind in the process of fixing my car. They went above and beyond and the photos speak for themselves!

To start off the quality of work and repairs are excellent without knowing what had been damaged you wouldn’t know anything had been done to the vehicle. All gaps look factory paint matches, even in the sun. The workers all did a great job. Only thing I’ve noticed is they forgot to tighten the rear view mirror after resetting the sensors I dropped off my truck close to a month after hitting a deer due to their shop being very busy and to allow them to order the necessary parts. Towne Auto originally given estimated 1 to 1 1/2 week timeframe for the repairs after dropping off the truck. A week and two days into them having my truck I called to get an update as their online portal was still only showing my vehicle is being checked in. Only after inquiring did they say additional parts had to be ordered once they took, my truck apart. A week later (2weeks after dropping it off) I had to call back because their portal still didn’t show anything and they stated that the work had been completed. They were just waiting for the sensors to be reset and I should hear from them by the end of the day. 5 days later (3 weeks after dropping it off) I finally got a call from them that my truck was done. Since picking up my vehicle, I called them back with a question which they have still yet to return my call three days later. Feel like there is no communication during or after the work being done. I asked the shop for a list of repairs and parts replaced on my vehicle. They said the didn’t have a list and I would have to contact my insurance company to find out what work was done. I’m not sure how the shop doing the work doesn’t know what was done

Jay and his guys do BEAUTIFUL work! Highly, highly recommend Towne Restoration. My 4Runner looks brand new after a collision with a deer Soon as you enter the business, you are greeted by Monica who is so friendly and professional and will answer all your questions and Jay the owner knows his stuff! Couldn’t be anymore happier than I am with the work they did. My husband and son are also customers. Will definitely return if and when I need body work again on any of our vehicles 5 stars in my opinion

They did a sloppy job painting my bumper, lots of paint bubbles and bumps. also felt like they used a mop wiping the glass on my car, left lots of watermark on my dash and windows. If I knew they’d clean it I would’ve opted out.

I wanted to put the SRT hood on my Dodge Durango Solely for the cosmetic appearance. Found Towne Auto and decided to go with them based off of reviews. Very nice receptionist connected me with Jay. Great vibe off the bat, told me he’d treat the car like it was his own and am I glad I decided to trust him. Told me to call when I had everything ready for the installation and he’d be able to put me in the schedule. My thought was probably a couple of weeks, but no he said drop it off tonight and I’ll have it done for you in a few days! When I pulled up to pick the car up I was impressed, Work was spot on. My knowledge in this area is minimal but my feeling is you want someone who cares and takes pride in their work and that is what you’re going to get here at Towne Auto. Incredible experience from beginning to end and would highly recommend their service. Thank you so much to Jay and his entire team for their professionalism, it is greatly appreciated.

Never has my Pilot looked any better than when it was returned after the repairs were completed by Towne Auto. Not only was the rear quarter panel, bumper meticulously repaired, the entire truck was washed inside and out, vacuumed and detailed. A realignment was performed, tires filled and they added caps anywhere I was missing them. And here is the going above and beyond moment.. on the passenger side of the truck, I had a paint scrape on the door the size of a dime. No more, the Team at Towne Auto touched it up and it wasn't even part of the repairs (pic below)! The small things add up and Jay has built a Team of professionals who care about their customers and you see that through their actions. Quality repairs with excellent customer service. Thank you Jay and everyone at Towne Auto for taking care of us!

I only write reviews when a place is either so good that it’s a shame for others to not know about it or so horrible that I feel as it’s my duty to forewarn the public; however, this place is beyond spectacular. I bought a 2021 Honda HRV-EXL in July & had someone hit me in August…talk about a heart break. So my insurance gave me the option of some other auto shop closer to me and when Iooked them up they were alright; but, I am so glad I asked them for a second option because a 4.9 star rating with over 200 reviews is definitely better than most, if not the best for a body shop, and I was willing to drive the extra 35 minutes for quality. The place itself is amazing. The inside waiting room is clean and professional and absolutely charming. The staff is welcoming and polite, makes you wonder if you’re still in Jersey. Carlos handled taking the pictures and inspection when I dropped it off and the 10 minutes he was with me were the most reassuring 10 minutes of my life. I knew he had it handled and I didn’t have to worry. I was given a very honest time frame. I dropped of the car and was told it’d be done the following Friday and a few days later I got a call, without even asking, with an update on the car. And then another 2 days after that I received another call with a final update and when to come pick it up. It all took a total of 10 days, 4 days earlier than expected. Jay handled it from there and he was great. You don’t meet many people who are honest and genuine and really really care, but Jay is definitely one of those people. He explained to me everything that was done, brought up a concern that he was willing to help me with and was an absolute pleasure to speak to. The man reminded me a lot of my father and I am so grateful for the work he did and for actually getting to meet him. For those who are thinking of getting work done on their car or whatever it may be, I highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed because they are so damn good at their job. 10 days, a car freshener and a reminder to “drive safe you’re important to us” later, I am back in my car and contemplating convincing them to create a nursing job for me, just to be able to work at such a great place.

I got a list of auto body shops where to go to from progressive, and I am very happy that I went to Towne Auto. Everyone there was very professional, and friendly. Especially Jay. After I talked to him when I came for the estimate I knew right away I wanted to take my car here to get fixed. He was one of the nicest people I have talked to. I want to thank him and all the people at Towne and Auto for making my car look brand new. If I had to drive 100 miles to get my car fixed here I would go without a question. If you need to go and get your car fixed highly recommend coming here!

Absolutely phenomenal! Jay made sure my car was well taken care of. They went above and beyond to repair hail damage on my car with incredible attention to detail. They also realigned my front bumper and a buffed out some scuffs on my car. I can honestly say this is one of the first places I have ever taken my car where I walked out with my car looking newer and better than when I brought it in. They detailed everything after the work was done. Also the staff here are very friendly and easy to deal with. If I ever need work done again, I will absolutely be going back to this place. I can't thank you guys enough!!!
