Had a problem with my one year-old battery came down here talked to Harry and he did an excellent job warranty my battery that prematurely went bad. If you ever need any kind of service with the interstate battery company, Harry is definitely the person to see over in Randolph on Righter Road.
Harry and the manager went out of their way to help me with batteries for my mobility scooter. They went above what was required of them to try and help me and I really appreciated it. Great customer service.

I came in today to buy a deep-cycle battery for my boat. Interstate tested the batteries that I brought with me to make sure they’re good to use. Turns out I only needed 1 battery not 4 and they sold it to me at a fair price. Best place for batteries!!
Just don’t go to this location. Harry at the front is gonna do everything not to keep you happy and therefore customer. Just lost our fleet account for not exchanging a leaking battery! Good job stingy
I've got a commercial account here. They're always stocked with whatever car, truck, motorcycle or jump pack battery I need here and from sales to counter to warehouse staff everyone has always been just great to me.
This is the only company that has a battery for my 1928 Hudson Sedan. Friendly, and they put it in my car for me. BTW, they take the old battery back and so I can avoid a core charge.
I came across this place because a battery I received with my generator was defective. They tested it and confirmed it. After I got authorization from the generator company, this place gave me the replacement. Which they had in stock, so I didn't have to wait for shipping. I will buy my car batteries from here going forward. Very good customer service.
Happy to have found a battery distributor close to home. I have been searching for places online for a lawn mower battery and none of the websites were able to ship to NJ. Luckily, this location was less than 20 minutes away and they had exactly what I needed. Lawn mower cuts like it's new! Will definitely be using in the future. Thanks!

I really don't understand why people are reviewing a building as if it's a brand. This location is a Battery distributor Warehouse with no walk in trade. If someone wants to review a brand there are much more effective ways to do it.
This is the worse place to buy batteries from they lie and charge you more on batteries, never really give you the correct warranty they’ll tell you a different day so you can pay when you really didn’t have to, they treat the front desk employees like garbage they have no respect they’re racist don’t even like when she speak Spanish to customers that need the help, the other lady don’t even like to speak to customers and always have an attitude with all Spanish customers and don’t help them always ask someone else to do so, the managers all they do is ignore the needs of the customers that’s why so many different business are closing accounts with them...
Called them up because i had a warranty they told me to come by. I was over by 2 months of the 2 year free replacment so i had to pay. Did not have a bad experience. They were helpful and straight forward. Had to pay which sucks but that is the term of the warranty so its ok, didnt pay the full price at the least.
I've bought a few batteries from this place/interstate and always talk them up. Case went bad on my battery(two years old) and started to leak. They would not replace it because it didn't have a bad cell. Unreal that they lost a loyal customer over one battery. Any parts store would have taken the battery back. Even walmart. Never telling anyone to buy a interstate again.
