Honestly, I don’t know who matters first here the employee or customers. So battery testing services is offered at AutoZone, Like any other customer, I waited in line After waiting 10 to 15 minutes in line, I approached your register and asked for my battery to be tested. I was then asked to come back to the store later on in the afternoon because there’s only two employees at the front right now and they need to basically attend the other customers in line. I find that highly unfair because the same way they would look for a part and service. A customer is the same way they could’ve serviced and tested my battery. If they need more staff, they should definitely hire more staff. Unacceptable and not fair
I had a really great experience at AutoZone thanks to Jaylin. She was extremely helpful and clearly knew what she was doing, which made everything quick and easy for me. What really stood out was her willingness to go the extra mile; even while the store was busy, she came outside and installed my windshield wipers without hesitation. That kind of dedication and customer service is rare and truly appreciated. The new wipers work perfectly, and I’m very grateful for her help. I would absolutely recommend this location based on the excellent service I received.

I had a great experience at AutoZone. Jaylin helped me she really knew what she was doing and made the whole process easy. Even though it was freezing cold right after the blizzard, she didn’t hesitate to come outside and install my windshield wipers for me. That level of dedication and customer service really stood out. The new wipers work great! Excellent service and very knowledgeable staff. I definitely recommend this location.
I was extremely happy with the service given to me by Joel Nuñez in Autozone in 613 New Brunswick Ave, Perth Amboy, NJ. I ask him if I purchase a wiper can he put in my car. He said yes, got the right part and went to my car and install it. I even try to tip for the service and he said no. Total opposite to the treatment I got at Autozone in Woodbridge Ave, Woodbridge, NJ. Not only they told me they don't give that service but in a very negative way the response. If I have to go back I know where I am going to buy it from. Thank Joel for excellent service, you are a plus to your company.
Worst AUTOZONE EVER!!!!!!!!! There has NEVER been a time where they have helped the situation EVER… No matter what I have gone for they can never help there always too busy and there happier just selling you something than helping the problem…… I refuse to ever going there again!!!! I’m done with this location taking my money someone else….
Tonight I have walked out super satisfied with the service I have received from felicia.her outstanding performance is mesmerizing her patient customer service is at altime high.those qualities are very rare on people now a days AutoZone should take notice of who works for them and treat her how she deserves or face loosing a valuable employee as her .I'm working on setting my company as exterminator and seriously I will be back soon with a great offer for her to work for me .thank you Felicia for your awesome help
Went this morning to buy a battery which the girl tried to sale it to me but I told her that I just heard her boss saying he wasn’t sure if it was new or a return… smh…so she said well you don’t have to buy it, you’re right ain’t paying $210 for battery that your boss don’t know if it’s new…terrible service
I stopped by AutoZone recently and was really impressed with the customer service. The employees were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. Store manager Jordin even came outside to check my car and make sure I got the correct part. It’s rare to find that kind of dedication these days. I Highly recommend this location!
The manager, Jordin, was super helpful. He went out of his way to make sure I was being helped as soon as I came in. The task was completed with much care and effort. I was very pleased that everything was done in a timely manner. I couldn't ask for a better experience.
The worst autozone in the state of new jersey one star is to much for this location. Very grouchy seem like they dont want to work and when you call they put you on hold and after you wait for 30 min they hang up on you
Kevin helped us put our headlights as well as our power steering. It was a difficult processes but Kevin pushed it through and got us on the right path. Our headlights are back to how they once’s was. And we can steer our wheel like a 2025 car. Thanks Kevin alba. 10/10

Very Satisfied would be an understatement I walked in the store to pick up some parts for my business. There were about 12 people in line and the customer service was still phenomenal even though they were extremely busy they made it to every customer in an efficient, timely manner. Kevin, Angie, and Carlos are an amazing team the picked my parts as a team and got me right out. When I get outside to load the parts in my truck I was greeted by Jordin which promptly helped me load the parts in to my truck. Super grateful for all of them and also understanding that they a really busy but they put a lot of effort into getting you what you need as fast as possible and that’s what matters most in a highly populated town. first I want thanks someone work in this place I got problem when I bought spare parts from auto zone online and when I went in this place I found this guy name woody B I think this his name this guy resolved my problem so easily and he help me for this problem I want thanks and appreciate auto zone to make this man working there
The worst managed store out of others auto zone i visited. They don't pay attention to customers, the manager is constantly on his cellphone. And when you call the store tou see people walking around and don't answer. STAY THE HELL OUT OF THAT STORE
Emergency stop on a road trip, and thankfully, they were open on a holiday - nearly 6p in the evening! Initially, I went in to grab supplies for an oil change down the road. The gentleman who serviced my intended purchase went an extra mile to ensure that's what was needed. Turns out it wasn't, and I would've ended up spending unnecessary monies that wouldn't have remedied the issue. He checked out my vehicle and discovered the problem. Got under the good, helped me understand what was happening and next steps, and he wouldn't even take a tip. I promise I tried, because we could've been stranded on the NJ Turnpike. Most grateful for this gentleman, I believe he was the manager.
I bought a new battery and employee told me they couldn’t install the battery because someone stole their tools. Lazy employees. I called to speak to manager to confirm and was on hold for 15 minutes, manager name Jordan. How you don’t have tools , when is an auto store, Poor customer service.
On three occasions I visited the store, for a problem with my battery, three days in a row, when I was not alone the staff was because they were busy, looking at more staff in the store, on Friday the 27th I went back to buy the battery and told them to measure it, I noticed that an employee was measuring the battery for another customer and I waited, by magic when he worked the equipment was damaged, Hehehe in the end I left and did not buy the battery or measure the previous one, I think the staff should improve customer service, I have been buying for many years but the service has worsened, I do not recommend it, nor will I return to that location.
Not the best customer service. I had pick up a part that New Brunswick placed and when I arrived I handed them the slip and without even checking in the system the lady told me they did not have the part. How do you know without looking? So then I asked the gentleman next to her in the commercial dept for the direct number for New Brunswick as I was not sure of it and he just said I don’t know wait for the lady to give give it to you?? I don’t think it’s that hard to look up a direct number for the same company you work for. I had to call my mechanic so he can stop what he was doing and look for the number. After an awkward silence I called and spoke with the commercial dept in New Brunswick and as soon as the guy from NB called the gave me the part. Time was wasted for no reason. Then the lady proceed to talk bad about the people in the New Brunswick location! I feel like they were just being lazy and trying to get customers in and out. Quality over quantity!! Shout out to the New Brunswick store
Associate named Jonathan had assisted me in which brand of oil to get for my car and even had gone as far as to pour it for me. Super nice, attentive and willing to help as soon as we walked into the store. 5/5!

In my experience here, depending who works there, you either get a good decent experience or a very stressing one.
It's been 2 days I ordered a same-day pick-up order and I am still have not been got an email saying that I gotta pick it up, after 2 days....
But I repeat, depending on the works at the time and date, you can get a very decent experience, but so far, it has been 1 star for me, very inconsistent and insufficient service.
While there are 5 people lined up up for service and payment. This lady is on her phone talking about fixing her water heater at home. So much for costumer service auto zone .
