They came to tow my car to their mechanic shop, told me the issues and how much it'll be. No hidden fees just the cost of parts + labor. Left my car and got nice new engine and other parts installed. Job was done perfect, car now has many more years to it. Franklin and his team do know what they are doing just be prepared to leave your car until they are done. (Estimated time could change due to circumstances)
Had work done here multiple times but also multiple times they mess up. The owner disappears, he ghosts you. The last straw was me bringing my car in, he looked at the problem and said he would ORDER the parts. He was aware that I needed the car a week later and he completely GHOSTED me after multiple messages and unanswered calls. Why not just say he doesn’t want to do the work? SO UNPROFESSIONAL NO RESPECT FOR HIS BUSINESS DOESNT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS.
If I could rate this a minus zero I would. This shop is the worst shop I have every been to. Had my car over two months and still not finished. Looking for a mechanic shop to fix your car? They definitely are not the shop you want to go to….find another shop. DON’T GO HERE I WARNED YOU!
Update: I still don’t have my vehicle and it’s been about 6 months….
Really unprofessional staff. They leave cars unattended for weeks at a time allowing vagrants to break into them and receive tickets while parked on the street. They tend to work outside blocking the streets, sidewalks and neighbors' driveways. Overall really unprofessional and dirty.
I went to visit a friend in New Brunswick for the day and my car broke down . I took the car to them. They were a blessing to me and they were super reasonable in price considering the work they did for my car. They are very busy all of the time but I recommend them 100%!
They see you are in a bind after being towed in off the nj turnpike and the escalate their prices. They charged me $150 in labor charges that was $65. Then said it should be more. Horrible people.
Got towed into this place from the turnpike with a over heating situation. Turned out to be a bad water pump and broken fan blades on the plastic fan. The guys there installed a new water pump and fan in about 3 hours from start to finish for a fair price. If they were not so far from home I would make them my permanent mechanics shop.
