Absolutely terrible experience — I am furious! This place clearly does not care at all if you are in urgent need of your car or if you expect it to be repaired promptly. I have been here TWICE. The first time, after an inspection, they told me they were missing a tool and had to order it. They asked me to come back on Tuesday. Fine. I rearranged my schedule and showed up at the agreed time on Tuesday — only to find that the technician I had an appointment with was nowhere to be found. Then another technician greeted me and — before I could even tell him what model my car was — immediately told me they ran out of motor oil and couldn’t service my car today, and asked me to come back again tomorrow. Excuse me?! How many times do you think a working professional can just take time off and run back and forth for car repairs? You set appointments, you don’t honor them. You don’t check inventory ahead of time. You waste your customers’ time without a shred of accountability or respect. This is by far one of the most disappointing, disrespectful experiences I’ve ever had with a service provider. I will NEVER come back and I strongly advise others to avoid this place unless you enjoy having your time and patience completely wasted.

Excellent service. Claudio is honest and he knows his job. Perhaps the best price in the city. He deserves a five star.

Claudio deserves a five-star review all day long. Every time I go there he's honest with me and he tells me what he needs to do and he doesn't look for other ways to make more money like a dealership. He does what he needs to do and that's it. He also has very reasonable prices. His prices are so reasonable that I tip him for every job because I know he's giving me a great deal. He works on like four of my cars. My Mercedes, Jeep Wrangler, RAV4 and my Toyota Tacoma. I highly recommend this place for all your service. Thank you for great service

These guys don’t know how to perform basic repairs smh

I came here for a tire change and discovered $200 cash missing from the storage compartment under the armrest. I couldn’t believe how nasty the owner spoke to me. He started yelling and cursing at me in Spanish, and when I called the police had an entirely different attitude. I wish I recorded it! In the end, I lost $200 and they lost all future.

Refused to take used engine oil from DIY oil change because it “costs us money” was advised to go to Pepboys, They should give the same advice to all other customers regarding all other services.

Mr Claudio definitely knows his cars. He did a great job repairing my car! Always has reasonable price's and my car is ready in time.

I went in with a punctured tire. They let me know I’ll need a new tire and they didn’t have it in stock. They could order it but it could take 2hours or more for it to deliver to their shop. Instead they asked if I’d like to use my spare considering I already have one. They changed it as a courtesy for me. So appreciate it!

I walked into Cladios after breaking down around the corner. They were the friendliest bunch of guys ever. They were honest with great prices and had me back up and driving in about 2 hours,and they were very busy .They noticed I was in my work truck and pulled me in the garage immediately Cladios said he wanted to get me back to work as fast as possible. My clutch was leaking fluid so I had no clutch at all they put a new metal line in and I was on .my way . Honestly the friendliest bunch of guys I ever met I highly recommend going there for any of your mechanical needs.

Have been using him for years, his such a honest and well knowledgeable mechanic. His always a call away and very trustworthy. I would recommend his service.

Im so ?!! Early this morning (as soon as they opened)I took my truck to replace a alternator that I need to replace since March for me to leave it there for them tell me 4 hours later that my alternator was fine no problem was tryna tell me there's no problem when I know it is and not long after picking my truck up stalled out again not starting when I been driving on a bad alternator since March

Great mechanic and knows his job! He will not rip you off at all! I live in Irvington, but I have to drive for 50 mins to go see Mr. Claudio because he is the only Mechanic i can trust. They will always take care of you within 5 mins - 15 mins.

My wife's family has been going here a long time. Fair prices and trusted advice. Today I went in with headlight out and they immediately fixed it in 20 min for only $20.

Highly recommended the owner is very kind and genuine, place is always busy too so plan ahead of time and prices are not to bad either.

Always have my car ready for me on time, not to pricey

I've had a horrible experience with this shop. I went to modify a car exhaust. They charged me $300 and gave a 4 hour estimate for a cat-back exhaust change which typically takes an hour and a half max (with someone inexperienced) and stands at $200 max (I did not know this prior). I come to the shop 2 hours after dropping off the car, and they're already done. Regardless, they charged me the $300. On top of this, I thought they had placed the stock exhaust in my trunk, but they kept it and I cannot reclaim it as I drove off (another ~$400 gone to the trash). I partly blame myself for being naive, but this shop is FAR from being honest, and is horrible to their customers. As well, I believe they installed the exhaust incorrectly. NEVER coming here again. EDIT TO OWNERS RESPONSE: Your "crew" quoted me $300 and 4 hours for an exhaust change (I came back 2 hours later and it was already done. Where was that remaining 2 hours I was quoted?). Anyone that googles instantly knows that an exhaust change does not run more than $200 and does not take more than 2 hours to do. I GAVE you the exhaust to mount, you DID NOT require any parts, ONLY the tools. Your crew was inexperienced and I was charged for their ignorance. The original exhaust is ~$400 because the car only had 600 miles on it. It was basically brand new. Again, you are being DISHONEST and you can guarantee I will NEVER be coming back. I hope everyone is able to see this comment. 100% deshonesto, hasta el dueño. No se lo recomendaria a NADIE.

These guys took $500 from me claiming they changed a censor on my car only for 1 day later the same problem and I had to wait for over a week if you care about you car I do not recommend coming here as they will over charge and not even do anything to your car

My AC was not working, but the low side pressure is high. After a diagnosis, they say the problem was a leak, and charged me $140. I did not think much, so I just let the do the job. After it was fixed, they told me there's another leak, and fixing it costs a lot. I don't want to fix it anymore so I just drove it back. I start to fill up the refrigerant, and it just empties out. That's when I realized, if there was a leak, why could I fill it with pressure at the beginning?

Very professional. I went to a lot of big names auto shops that lied to me about different problems on my car. Antonio was thorough and specific and did not try to over charge me for a service I didn’t need. I found a new mechanic.

Claudio is not a just any Mechanic He's a Car Doctor. As soon as you walk into the Garage he will greet you with a smile and a nice hello. He'll give you his Diagnostic and take care of the car like is his patient. My whole family goes to Claudio for all their cars fixing.
