John at WR motors was really pleasant to work with. He helped me tremendously with a used car that I had bought from a dealership - not the best situation (but with John's help at WR wheel and tire, we were able to correct it all). L He got back to me very quickly, got my car in quickly and resolved the issue for me as quick.as possible. The staff there truly went above and beyond. Their customer service is excellent and I highly recommend this place. I will be taking my car here for any repairs moving forward. Even though a bit far from where I live, it's worth the drive because they are so nice and helpful and great at what they do. John even followed up with me after I got the car back to make sure everything was working ok. It's these small things that for me differentiates this place from other garages/mechanics. Brought my Tesla twice here to fix fine hair cracks in my 21 Inch rims. They did the last one in 48 hours and I picked it up on New Years Day. Very happy with the service from John and his staff.

I have had my rim's powder coated three times with WR Automotive Wheel Repair. And each time, they came out great. First time - car wash scratched the finish off one of the rims. Just bought the car, and this happens. Had them redo all four rims. Great job. Second time - I bought a second set of rims from a salvage yard to mount my winter tires on . Two of the rims had bad curb rash. They were able to repair them. I also took a chance on the gun metal finish. The original finish was silver. Came out great!!! Third time - Drop my summer rims off last week. I liked the gun metal so much. I had them finished in gun metal. Another great job!!!

Do not go to this place. They worked on the car without my authorization and now forced me to pay for unauthorized work or not release the car and pay storage fee. Very unprofessional staff and owner. Thier prices are not even posted, which is a violation to consumer affairs. I had to call south brunswick police to retrieve my car. Go somewhere else...

I’m writing this review about this place just in case if you’re looking to get anything done you have an idea of the work that’s being performed here. I was told that they fix wheels for higher end cars, so I brought my Ferrari GTC4 Lusso to get my scratched wheel done, I was told to leave car overnight for wheel polish to dry, when I went to Pick up my car the following day which was raining heavily I could not inspect the job in detail, when i took my car out the next couple of days when it was sunny I noticed that there was a lot of dry drip on the side of the wheel and also that the Ferrari tire valve cover was missing, when I called to inquire about both issues, I was given the run around about them having to look for the tire valve cover and that I needed to see the owner “John” to re-do the wheel, I must of called 5 times, went to the shop once again to see the owner John to no luck, I sent pictures and had his assistant do the same and still no call back, until I was able to reach him, for him to tell me that he didn’t want anymore responsibilities with my car or that he could not find the tire valve cover, I know they outsource their work somewhere else so unfortunately John the owner of WR automotive can not vouch for where the actual work is done, so be aware of this place as if they can’t handle a simple job on a Ferrari imagine the type of work they would try and perform on an average car. Ps: Ferrari tire valve cover set cost $300 it’s why I was upset about being missing from tire.

My rim was so bad that it caused my tire to go flat. I have over 236,000 miles on my car and still have the original rims. The rim looks brand new as if it just came off the lot. And they were cool with the entire interaction I highly recommend.

I first came there to get a rim fixed and the guy did a fantastic job.. Once I found out there was a mechanic there and a auto body place I took my car there because I had a car accident. The owner I met him 1st and he was very nice and very pleasant. Once I brought my car there they work with the insurance company and got everything fixed..They took there time with my car to make sure it was fix right. The owner actually fixed a couple things on my car that the insurance did not cover and didn't charge me for it. Once I got my car back it was fixed perfectly, the owner was great the mechanics were great and the body work guys were great also I give them 10 thumbs up. I will always bring my car there and recommend them to my family and friends.

After visiting this WR Auto I find this place to have great mechanics and management. I have somewhat of a rare car and I trusted them to do work on it. Thanks guys.

for some reason the are using old locations name, however they are auto body under different name. I won't talk about all the flooded (clean title) high-end cars they are fixing. but they won’t take credit card and won't tell you how much it cost to fix you rims, they charge $100 for fixing bent rim and another $25 for balance the same rim (actually it's the same job) and ends up with a rim and several weights (very poor job) I used to do business with them many time at the old location but they doubled the price and not using the same machine any more to measure the rim to be manufacture one of the owners will keep telling you, I'm not the owner this is the price on system, very rude only check and cash very shady business they are running!!!! NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE!!!!

I have had 4 sets of wheels done by them. They all came out exactly as I had hoped. They mounted and balanced the tires and powder coated each set. One set of 20" Grand Cherokee wheels were horribly curbed. They came out beautiful. These guys are my number 1 choice for wheel care. Thank you Lucy and the rest of the team for your high standards of work.

My fiancé and I brought his car here on a Friday to have the rims powdered coated and new tires put on. Now per this company this can be done within 24-48 hours. So now it’s Tuesday, four days later and we still haven’t received an update. My fiancé calls and the lady in the office says they weren’t able to get the color he wanted for the rims. My question is why would they not call and tell us this? Why would you just have his car sitting for four days and not say anything? We pick up the car and they have absolutely nothing to say. Not a sorry, we apologize, nor an alternative. They just had his car parked in the back, backed up on a bush where it got extremely dirty as if it was trash. I guess common sense isn’t that common. DO NOT waste your time here! WE DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I am glad I heard about this place. They did an exceptional job repairing a rim . The lady who answers the phone was very polite from the minute I called to get exact location of the shop all throughout the service. Completed the job in a timely manner and her as well as the guy who removed the damaged rim were attentive to my concerns. I highly recommend Unique tire shop!

Amazing service! Took my car in to get the rims done. Quick turn around- due to my career this is very important. Staff is very professional, organized and clean.They worked with me to get the colors I wanted. They delivered past my expectations!! The staff is very caring and understanding! I definitely recommend them!

The whole staff was so professional and courteous! I had my rim fixed. They did it quickly while I waited and for a reasonable price. I will definitely come back!

I had a rather large dent / scratch across 2 doors and reaching the back passed the 2nd door on my pathfinder. John and team did a fantastic job, I would never be able to tell there was anything there prior... and the color match was to perfection. (of course it helped that it was done timely and efficiently)

A few weeks ago I took q50 to John , to get my rims fixed that had Curb rash. He told me that he could cut the rims anymore using the CNC machine so he powder coated them black with a gloss finish and they came out great ... I would recommend WR they do great work

I owe these guys a 5 star review. My rim cracked @ 8pm on a Thursday and tire was fixed by 9pm. Unfortunately it was still leaking air but I brought it back the next day at 845pm and the technician fixed it very well. I appreciate the work on my rims. Will refer anyone here

Repaired curb rash on machined alloy wheels magically and in only a couple of hours. If you're returning a lease car and worried that the dealer will smack you for a lot of money, this is the way to go. They're fair on price and deliver as promised with "like new" looks. And they are friendly too.

They did a great job repairing and powder coating my wheels. Definitely would recommend to anyone. Straightened wheels and curb rash repair. Love the new color. Great and easy to work with. Fast turnaround.

I bought a vehicle from a dealer nearby and asked them if they knew a place who refinished wheels. They recommended Unique. I spoke with Genevieve and she came out to look at my wheels and gave my a price on powder coating all four wheels to match my paint. Had to drop off vehicle but worth the inconvenience. They did a great job and fast turn around. Will get new tires from these guys before summer.

I own a 2008 MB and the past 3 years have bent two rims (18"). I drove to Unique the first time and had a friend drive over the second time with my wheel (in his trunk). I upgraded my rims to a deep dish AMG style so they are beautiful. Each time they did a perfect job on the repair and got my wheel back in 1 day.

Didn't let me see the work performed on rim repair. They also charge a 5% fee to use a credit/debit card. I understood that and was willing to pay it to use my Discover. When I went to pay, they then informed me they do not take Discover. Nowhere in the office does it say that, only no to Amex. They then refused to drop the 5% fee for using my debit card, even after I stated that I would have used cash knowing that. He said, well too bad, it costs us money to take cards. And that was it. They had no personality or customer appreciation at all in that office.

Absolutely the BEST !!!! I went to many different wheel repair companies with my bent rims before I found Unique. Now my problems are done with. They did the best work I have seen. I can feel the quality of their work right away with no more shaking. Thank you Unique.

My experience was terrible. Their 24-48 hour turn around time took a week. When the wheels were delivered they were not fully painted, I was told the only way for them to repaint them was for me to pick them up. When I went to pick the wheels up they weren't even finished. The manager doesn't care about you and only cares about putting money in his pocket. They'll put words in your mouth. If you like getting the run around use them. The only thing unique about this place is how they're still in business.

Great service. Prior to actually going to their shop, I emailed then about my wheel. My emails were promptly answered. I had hit a pothole and my wheel was out of round. They fixed my wheel and rebalanced it at a very good price and in less then an hour. Highly recommended. I will use then again if the need arises.

I had 4 wheels that were at least 12 yrs old and in dire need of being refurbished. Unique Wheel did an A class job in making them like new again. They do not make this type of rim any longer and the original price was to high. Highly recommended.
