So I live in an apartment complex and they Garden State has a contract for towing. I am a handicapped person with proper tags. People keep parking in that space . To be honest I have called before and they came immediately . However last week I called over 20x only to get a vm the mailbox is full. So after 2hr 32 on nonstop calling I got a text from someone. Buy the time they arrived 3.5 hr later the person left.....I had to call back today on this cold rainy day again after numerous call someone said please call dispatch which I did.. he had the nerve to yell at me for calling driver when no one answers the phone no matter what number I called from... at 216 he said it will be about an hr....I called back at 347 until 420 no answer . I only recieved a response when I went to Facebook an messaged them.only to be told He has no drivers an no one to tow car at all....I asked several times what time he said there is no time we have no one....thank God for south brunswick pd .....bad experience lately sorry
Was having a tough day with the car breaking down and whatnot, luckily, I had a great experience with Julio at this towing company. He arrived quickly, handled my car with care, and was professional and friendly the entire time. As a woman it already feels like I'm going to get scammed with anything car-related but pricing was fair and everything was explained clearly. Was a painless experience Julio was professional had my van loaded and on its way to the mechanic in less than twenty minutes. And very reasonably priced too

My car’s fuel pump died at MetLife Stadium after a soccer match, and I only found out around 11PM. I initially called AAA, but they quoted me a 6-hour wait.
I then reached out to Cassim at Garden State Towing, and he immediately stepped in and assured me he could handle it. I left the keys in the car, and he took care of everything including managing my air suspension system and safely delivered the car to my house with zero issues.
Couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. I would 100% recommend them anytime you need a tow.
