I just called to inquire regarding dumping some old bricks and rocks from landscaping. I was told my license and registration must be in Mercer county, which I don’t have since I never changed my Documents from moving - I kindly offered that I have a deed along with other documents to support that I live in Mercer county. The sales woman proceeded to ask me to hold so she could “see what she could do”. She forgot to put me on hold and proceeded to bad mouth me for a good 5 minutes to someone while I listened to her inaccurate depiction of our conversation and also telling this other person my situation was “shady and strange and how could I not have changed my documents” along with many other demeaning things. I wouldn’t use them even if they would take my landscaping materials. Horrible and just flat out nasty plus she completely lied to someone regarding what actually happened in the conversation. I think that’s shady and strange to be honest. Call/ use Vinch instead , within 15 min they took everything.
