So far not so good I was told this place would give a certain price they did a good one for my car they said they'd be here yesterday I called around 4 pm they said by five I believe it says they get texts. I texted them nothing no one got back to me at all.. not very good business I sat and waited all day cleaned the car real nice and DID NOTHING but WAITED FOR A TOW TRUCK THAT NEVER CAME... THANK YOU FOR WASTING MY DAY
Great service, great prices, great people. Needed an alternator for my truck, and Gilbert found at another salvage yard and had it shipped to him. When it arrived, the other yard had sent the wrong one so Gilbert had his people get me another one within hours that was a perfect fit. It looked brand new and works perfectly.

Came here many times before to get auto parts, now they tell me they don't sell parts from cars they only fix and sell them as a whole car, DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS SAVE YOUR SELF THE HASSLE AND WASTE OF TIME.
I called KAARS on 4 different occasions. I Gave them our address and all information about vehicles. Was told each time they would call me next day or day after to pickup vehicle/vehicles. (I own a repair shop and sometimes the customers don't want to do the repairs and ask us to dispose of the cars for them. We do this as a courtesy for them.) Anyways everytime they did not call/show up to pick up the vehicles. If you aren't coming, you should call and let us know that you aren't interested in our business with you. If you need to junk a vehicle call a better company with better service!.
Whenever you plan on selling a car for scrap make sure you have someone that knows about them when they come to pick up the cars they lie about catalyst converters not being original so they can give you less money!!!
Called about a part for my car. Was told yes we have it. I asked about the price. I agreed and told them I would stop by and remove the part off the car. I gave the model and year again to make sure. Gilbert said yes we have it. I drove 40 minutes to a junkyard full of commotion where I couldn’t find anyone to help. After walking around for 15 minutes I was told to see Omar. After looking for Omar for another 5 minutes, he quickly tells me no we don’t have the car you’re looking for. Waste of time and money. No help no communication. Not recommended unless you don’t value your time.
Whet to purchase a right side fender, they said it would arrive the next day, it did not, they said the following day, it did not, then when it got here I am at the auto shop and it's the wrong side!!!
I wouldn't recommend them for anything. I had an appointment from12:30 /1:30pm for my suv to be pick up. They confirmed. Never showed up. The first time I called at 2:15 pm they were running behind. Okay at 4:15 pm now they are in an accident . No one called or came. I called a different company came first thing in the morning.
These folks are awesome. I was getting rid of a car I had in my driveway via an online company and Kaars was the local company who came to get it. I know how crazy the salvage business can get but these guys were top notch. Folks in the office were great with very good communication and the driver was courteous, quick and professional. I highly recommend. Thanks again guys!
When I booked an appointment for pickup at noon, it was obviously my expectation they’d show up at noon. Zero calls or updates so I called at 12:30pm and they said they’re “coming to me next.” Then when that didn’t happen I called at about 3pm nd they said they’d be here between 4 and 5pm. It’s 6 o clock now and I have received no calls or communication. I took off work for this. Thanks for wasting my time!

VERY RUDE, SOME ANSWER THE PHONE WITH ATTITUDE. SOME ARE EVEN MORE RUDE WHEN YOU ARRIVE. NO PARKING ANYWHERE, THEY DONT EVEN CARE. THEY LEAVE YOU ON HOLD TILL YA PHONE DIES. IF YA NEED SERVICE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE.

Hello my name is Tony I brought a black SUV from Hamilton Auto Group. Okay before I took the truck off the lot I told the guy mike who told me they cover everything from the brakes to the engine so my truck need it brakes and spark plugs took my truck to kaars on Olden Avenue 3 times told the workers and also told the owner son ali what I needit done the never did any thing they just kept my truck for a couple hours then called me to come pick it up.they lied about everything and this is 3 times they did this so for who ever read this don't go to kaars or hamilton auto group
do not buy cars from them , they put it up on craigslist and have a old black man that lives in front sell them , knowing they bought the cars as junk because they have problems, then when you confront them they claim that they dont know who has the money.
My son crash my TSX the whole front driver size was gone I thought I would have to write my car off, But, Kaars brought my car back you can't even tell it was in an accident Thank you to the team they got there. Now I want to change the color
set up a date and time but they never picked up car. said they called 6 times. then they were NASTY on the phone and called my wife a liar. she wasted all day waiting and they say ohh you didnt answer your phone. they even verified the phone number but they never called and can prove it. Dont waste your time.
Don't waste your time b/c I did and it's not worth it. I was looking to buy steel rims for my civic. I called ahead of time to see if they have it in stock and they said yes come thru. I went there and asked them to install it, guess what they realize it isn't right rim. They brought another one and guess what it didn't fit. Basically I walked away without purchasing it and wasted 45 mins. They really don't have inventory system. Also, they do not give you refund back so be careful.
I will never tell anyone about this PLACE I bought a car in March and haven't even put 1000 miles on it and had all types of problems they knew it and sold it anyways a bunch of crooks and had the black old man to sell it yo us knowing it was trash
They treat their employees like crap. They have no respect for non! They lie and cheat so much it's funny that they still in business. They buy junk cars for $350 than sell for more money without even fixing them. These people are scum and the owner that white boy someone needs to bend him over and shove it up his u know what! The place is dirty just like the owner. I bet if he sell the place it would do so much better!!
