My twin sons drove over 2hrs to pick up part quoted at 600 online no listing of core charge in add ( like some other adds) and no mention of core charge when calling to verify if transmission was properly inventoried. show up and they try to stick them with $150 core charge the original trans that had 365k on it with pile of teeth in pan worthless core only value 20 bucks for dirty aluminum. definitely not a rebuildable or desirable core 27 yr old suv. They left trans on the ground; shady operation Be careful going here.
**Avoid this company.************ They send multi-vehicle orders from Copart, then cancel one appointment without notice. They stop answering calls and later accuse the driver of leaving a vehicle. At drop-off, they claim another car is missing, deduct money, and only pay for cheaper units. This appears intentional to reduce payouts and harm drivers. **Unprofessional and deceptive practices.
Avoid these scammers! They send you an order with several cars at Copart.
Then they cancel one of your Copart appointments.
And they don't answer the phone, claiming you left one of the cars.
When you arrive at the drop-off location, they tell you that you left the other vehicle, that they'll deduct money from your order, and that they'll pay for the cheaper cars.
AVOID THESE SCAMMERS—THEY DO THIS INTENTIONALLY TO STEAL FROM TRUCK DRIVERS.
Dishonest folks . Drove from Brooklyn to NJ, took 1 hour and a half and I was told the many times I called them on the phone that my engine cost $800 . Why is it when I get there they’re saying it’s $950. Came out in the COLD weather with my NEW baby to come all the way here for this dishonesty, ultimately the decision laid on my husbands hands . Had it been up to me , would have left with no engine and my money in my pocket! One thing I CANNOT stand is a dishonest business. DO BETTER ACRES auto complex !!
Don't trust these people. They bait and switch. They can claim whatever they want to defend themselves but they send you picks of 1 item and never update there picks before you take a ride to get that item. No stars
BIGGEST SCAMMERS!!!!! Please read the reviews before purchasing any parts from them or doing business with them because THEY WILL SCAM YOU. I purchased a transmission from them and it had a 3month warranty that would expired end of November. I drove my car for a month and the transmission broke down, they asked me for the codes to confirm and I sent it to them still nothing. No money back no exchange for the transmission. Every time my husband goes there they tell him the owner is not there so nothing can be done. They’re thieves and I will sure see them in court because ain’t no way I’m just going to leave you with my $800. I work hard for my money and I’ll be dammed if you think you can just SCAM me.

This is my second time ordering from this place and I have ZERO issues with the parts. Quality Electrical Parts. Great Service with reasonable prices. I wish this place was in Massachusetts so I could buy from here more.
They were very prompt in picking up my car. Arrangements were made the same day that I first called them. The tow truck driver was friendly and very efficient. But most of all, they gave me a good price for a 15 year old car that needed $5000 of repairs just to be able to drive it.

Called to verify part was ready. Sent a driver 1.5 hours to get part. The part I ordered had 50K miles told my driver that it was not it the car but they have one with 105k miles. Bait and switch.
I just went to buy a simple Honda part, the original part was 20 dollars, they quoted me 100 dollars for this part. When I told them that this price was not reasonable, they said you can buy it from wherever you want. This place is a complete waste of time. I would not recommend it to anyone.
Stay away. Horrible, horrible, horrible, experience. I’ve been going back and forth with this place for over a week. They never show up, and have a million excuses. The person who answers the phone is incredibly rude and hung up on me twice while I was still talking to her. When I tried to schedule a pickup date and time she had a whole story about somebody coming to my house and me not having the car marked (never happened, nor was I ever told what to do). Later her story changed to me sending the driver away. Neither was true. When I called I heard a long list of imaginary reasons Acres’ mistakes were my doing. The next day, the experience was just as bad, probably worse. I’ve stood in my driveway waiting for 3 hours for someone who never showed up and who, I imagine, was never actually coming.
I bought an engine from them on eBay and it arrived damaged, it wouldn’t even run after fixing the visual damage. It had zero compression in 2 cylinders yet they sold it with a warranty. The oil pan was said to be cracked, the oil pick up was melted inside of it too tho. That means this engine was never even tested before being sold so beware of shady business, you may find yourself in the same boat.
They shipped me parts that were inventoried incorrectly. For me to get credit back I had to ship their wrong parts back to them at my cost. They received the incorrect parts back via Fed Ex ground on the 17th of July and here it is the 22nd of July and I have not seen my credit back on my credit card. I called them out on it and they got very snippy with me. I will not do business with this company anymore. Sincerely one unsatisfied customer
Great service and fast. I called in for a right rear caliper for a 17 Chrysler Pacifica. Made the payment and they called me back within 15 min letting me know I can send my customer to come and pick up the part. I forgot who I spoke to in the office but it was a very respectful lady. Thank you and I will use you guys again in the future.
I am pleased with their service. Their offer for my car was generous. They were responsive through text message and the driver who picked up my car was very nice. It was a simple transaction.
30% restocking fee on returns and you’re not told that when you purchase. Inspect parts before Paying the first part I had received Was cross threaded so it was no good. They were able to replace the part for me At no cost, but that’s only because they had a spare part. I can’t imagine how frustrated I would be if they didn’t have a spare part and I had to pay a 30% restocking fee just because I didn’t inspect my part. It seems as if they’re software that they use is not user-friendly because it does take some time for the employee employees to figure out how much something costs. Other than that one of the girls that was hot so I gave them an extra star.
