They were very prompt in picking up my car. Arrangements were made the same day that I first called them. The tow truck driver was friendly and very efficient. But most of all, they gave me a good price for a 15 year old car that needed $5000 of repairs just to be able to drive it.
Fantastic customer experience. They made the process super quick and easy after our car was totaled in an accident. They picked up our car, gave us a fair price, and provided great service throughout the process. Super responsive to all of our questions and very nice! We highly recommend!
Called to verify part was ready. Sent a driver 1.5 hours to get part. The part I ordered had 50K miles told my driver that it was not it the car but they have one with 105k miles. Bait and switch.
I just went to buy a simple Honda part, the original part was 20 dollars, they quoted me 100 dollars for this part. When I told them that this price was not reasonable, they said you can buy it from wherever you want. This place is a complete waste of time. I would not recommend it to anyone.
Have been attempting to have a core picked up for 3 months and NUMEROUS calls to the Organization with no success. Keep getting promises but no pick up. I guess I'm out $150.00 for the core deposit.
Stay away. Horrible, horrible, horrible, experience. I’ve been going back and forth with this place for over a week. They never show up, and have a million excuses. The person who answers the phone is incredibly rude and hung up on me twice while I was still talking to her. When I tried to schedule a pickup date and time she had a whole story about somebody coming to my house and me not having the car marked (never happened, nor was I ever told what to do). Later her story changed to me sending the driver away. Neither was true. When I called I heard a long list of imaginary reasons Acres’ mistakes were my doing. The next day, the experience was just as bad, probably worse. I’ve stood in my driveway waiting for 3 hours for someone who never showed up and who, I imagine, was never actually coming.

I bought an engine from them on eBay and it arrived damaged, it wouldn’t even run after fixing the visual damage. It had zero compression in 2 cylinders yet they sold it with a warranty. The oil pan was said to be cracked, the oil pick up was melted inside of it too tho. That means this engine was never even tested before being sold so beware of shady business, you may find yourself in the same boat.
They shipped me parts that were inventoried incorrectly.
For me to get credit back I had to ship their wrong parts back to them at my cost. They received the incorrect parts back via
Fed Ex ground on the 17th of July and here it is the 22nd of July and I have not seen my credit back on my credit card. I called them out on it and they got very snippy with me. I will not do business with this company anymore.

Great service and fast. I called in for a right rear caliper for a 17 Chrysler Pacifica. Made the payment and they called me back within 15 min letting me know I can send my customer to come and pick up the part. I forgot who I spoke to in the office but it was a very respectful lady. Thank you and I will use you guys again in the future.
Scheduled pick up between 3-5 pm because I needed to go to work the day of the pickup. I told the person that I normally work 10 hour days, but I'd come home early if they can pick it up between 3-5 pm, which she said they could do. They started calling my phone at noon to pick it up. I don't have access my cell phone during work. I called their office when I got to my phone and saw the missed calls. Their office told me they would call me when the driver gets back. I explained they scheduled the pickup for 3-5 pm and that I left work FOUR hours early to be home. They never called me back and when I called to check on it, she left me on hold for 25 minutes! I finally hung up. Wheelzy told me if they missed that day, they would pick it up the next day. I work TEN hours the next day too, making pickup impossible. Acres Auto didn't honor the timeframe we agreed on, didn't care i left work for the appt, and didn't even have the decency to tell me they weren't coming that day when I called to check on it. I canceled the pickup. I'll sell it to another company that will show up. Their office should have told me a call would be needed before they would come for the pickup and should have taken my office phone number so they could have reached me.
The customer service was Fantastic. From the time that I made the call for the parts until the time I picked them up was an easy process. I drove 40 minutes to pick up the parts and it was worth every minute.
I am pleased with their service. Their offer for my car was generous. They were responsive through text message and the driver who picked up my car was very nice. It was a simple transaction.
30% restocking fee on returns and you’re not told that when you purchase. Inspect parts before Paying the first part I had received Was cross threaded so it was no good. They were able to replace the part for me At no cost, but that’s only because they had a spare part. I can’t imagine how frustrated I would be if they didn’t have a spare part and I had to pay a 30% restocking fee just because I didn’t inspect my part. It seems as if they’re software that they use is not user-friendly because it does take some time for the employee employees to figure out how much something costs. Other than that one of the girls that was hot so I gave them an extra star.

What a shame. This company has great prices and a lot of parts that we are looking for. Unfortunately, they are completely unprofessional when there is a problem with a part they sell you. They try and bargain with you when there is a problem. Never mind the inconvenience the defective part causes you. The most important thing is their bottom line. Only their time and money is important. The customers inconvenience is not.
