despite the situation the associate at the desk was incredibly patient and helpful. it’s a hard job to have i imagine people come in angry all the time but he was super nice and talked us through the necessary steps. my boyfriend and i both got towed so we were frustrated but the associate was very pleasant and friendly. place was easy to find and glad we got it taken care of efficiently!! :)
Unfortunately, my daughter had to learn the hard lesson of not parking where it clearly states to not park, so she got towed. Although no one wants to pay for being towed I was happy that I was able to call 15 minutes before closing and have someone stay there, so I didn’t have to pay the weekend fees. Granted I didn’t want to pay anything at all, but I’m glad they stayed for her and she learned a valuable lesson on top of it “watch where you park”!
Getting your car towed is already a stressful experience, but the unkind and rude customer service here made it even worse. Regardless of the situation, a little professionalism and courtesy can go a long way. It’s disappointing that they lack basic empathy for people who are already dealing with a frustrating situation. The rating on this place really speaks for itself…

I just would like to say that the company "affordable" towing is outrageous. Reading the reviews already shows me this is not a company I would send anybody. There is personal information being put out when people are stating the issues about the prices. Affordable towing will not be receiving any clients from me.
Super rude i was involved in a car accident and i called to get more information because the drive left and gave no information had to ask the officer for the card for the place ones i called the guy says to me were so he cant answer my questions super rude
Just involved in an accident at Olden and Clinton. Trenton PD called them Arrived Within minutes and Cleaned Up. Took my Buick. I have no Contact Info for them. How am I supposed to retrieve my stuff?? Retrieved my property. Staff could be a little more Friendly. The Nicest employee was the man who helped me get into the trunk to get the last of my property
Awesome company to deal with. Vary professional and kind especially the women at the desk. I was towed from a lot that I shouldn’t have been parked in. Called the number and had my car out within a hour.
It was a robery for me my truck was tow on saturday at 9:30 pm i pic it up monday morning at 10: 45 am they made me $725.00 .
This is bull shit and something else my truc was 2 minutes away from there location
I don’t know HOW police departments work with such RUDE, VICIOUS people. Literal garbage, they talk to people in a degrading & hostile manner. Worst of the worst: beware.
Scammers. I parked for 7mins and my car was gone. When I called I didn't get an office just some guy on a cell phone saying I should get a ride home since my car was towed. They charged me $318 for towing my car ($165), storage ($45 for an hour) and a $75 expedited release fee. FOH. I had to pay cash and got no receipt. Dude pocketed that money immediately. They stake out downtown Trenton to make a quick buck. Beware but also report them for their shady business practices.
