They towed my car and broke my whole front bumper and tore my fog light wire out the front bumper then lied Abt taking the picture before towing my car then told me will fix it wen he find the part never call me back so plz check ur card before leaving the there yard and have a lawyer on stand by they Rude n disrespectful
They over charging ppl coming up with a number off the top of there head I paid 256 for my car back and they only had it for 2hrs highway robbery
Made a stupid mistake park where I was not supposed to park. , the signs were posted. And I thought I would be quick in and out property owner called Affordable responded came out quickly. Picked up my Jeep,. When it got back to the yard I had a flat tire had a nail in it for no charge at all. They took my tire off and put it patch on the tire. I had them do a break job. AFFORDABLE IS ALSO A REPAIR SHOP. New breaks and rotors. 300 bucks.excellent deal strongly recommend.. getting back to the next week with an oil change on my Jeep.. unfortunately situation but definitely would recommend.. My boss also hired them To hang signs at our property downtown where people keep parking. since we hired them we have not had one problem with anybody parking our lot. They are definitely intimidating and signs work well..
I don’t even trust these people, knowing my name right now, but people who have deal with These scammers running some extortion here with your vehicles Charge you $350 for one day only cash and no credit card I think we should really start a class action or really have some big Big news channel pick this up

I just scene a driver waiting in the parking lot, and as soon as this woman got out with her kid he drove over to her car and towed it. Not even 30 seconds went by before he ran over to her car to tow it.
While having a car impounded is never a pleasant experience, I want to commend Affordable Towing for the professionalism and courtesy they showed during the process. The driver was respectful, clearly explained what was happening, and handled the situation calmly and without unnecessary conflict. The company communicated clearly and was surprisingly compassionate given the circumstances. They treated me like a person, not just another job, and that made a tough moment a little easier to handle. If you're in a situation where you need towing services done with professionalism and integrity, I can honestly say these folks do it right.
Unfortunately, my daughter had to learn the hard lesson of not parking where it clearly states to not park, so she got towed. Although no one wants to pay for being towed I was happy that I was able to call 15 minutes before closing and have someone stay there, so I didn’t have to pay the weekend fees. Granted I didn’t want to pay anything at all, but I’m glad they stayed for her and she learned a valuable lesson on top of it “watch where you park”!
despite the situation the associate at the desk was incredibly patient and helpful. it’s a hard job to have i imagine people come in angry all the time but he was super nice and talked us through the necessary steps. my boyfriend and i both got towed so we were frustrated but the associate was very pleasant and friendly. place was easy to find and glad we got it taken care of efficiently!! :)

Getting your car towed is already a stressful experience, but the unkind and rude customer service here made it even worse. Regardless of the situation, a little professionalism and courtesy can go a long way. It’s disappointing that they lack basic empathy for people who are already dealing with a frustrating situation. The rating on this place really speaks for itself…
I just would like to say that the company "affordable" towing is outrageous. Reading the reviews already shows me this is not a company I would send anybody. There is personal information being put out when people are stating the issues about the prices. Affordable towing will not be receiving any clients from me.
