She had a driver to me within 30 minutes, and the guy that showed up was very professional and caring as well. He was happy to help me get to a safe place and waited with me until I was able to have someone pick me up. I’m lucky to have found them on a google search after AAA gave me a 3 hour eta. Money well spent.
They people helped a close friend of mine. She is not one to give many complements but she spoke at length about her shockingly good experience with these folks. Horrible service, Mercedes road side assistance, assigned me to them and have been waiting for two hours never showed up, never answered the phone. Completely horrible experience and service. Never again.
