Don't expect to get any help in here. Went in here to find a charger and they sent me to "tools", no one was present and when I find someone, they were CLEARLY too busy to help out. Typical mediocre customer service these days. I would hate to have had a real issue.

Tried to find an associate. Went to the service counter and asked for one to help me find a specific lock. After several minutes I requested they meet me in the specific aisle. The service department made the request twice and after 20 minutes I left without seeing anyone. I usually can find what I'm looking for but not this time.

Went to pick up desk, checked in, hit the Assistance button, stood there for 20 minutes while a crew of employees were standing around bs' ing with each other saying they can't help.

They were unable to cut a piece of wood for me because “no one was there that was able to operate the machine.” At 5:30 on a Friday. That seems like normal business hours to me, so I don’t understand why they weren’t able to perform the services they claimed to have.

I came to Lowes to make some copy of keys and the person who took care me gave me a really bad attitude, acting like if he doesn't like his job. It happened on October 21st around 8:20 pm.

I can normally find what I need. The only thing it's not good for, probably, is metric bolts and nuts. I've been able to find everything else I needed very easily: paint, stain, clear coat, brushes, tools, BBQ supplies.

I want to give a shoutout to one of your employees, Emily! Emily helped me locate a bolt that I was looking for. She was courteous, profesional, patient, and very helpful. You are very fortunate to have her provide her services to your company. I made this purchase on Friday 8/15/24 around 6:20 p.m. @ your Bayonne store! I must say that your nuts and bolts section may not be the neatest but this did not stop Emily from helping me. It is excellent customer service like hers that make ALL the difference!!!!! Keep up the GREAT work you do Emily, it makes a world of a difference! Lowes is fortunate to have you!! It was a $2 dollar purchase, but believe it or not her AWESOME people skills and superb customer service made a world of a difference. Unfortunately we live in a world where retail employees sometimes forget this important component. It would be nice if the Lowe's website had some place in their website to praise their employees.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had an absolutely unacceptable experience at this location. I was overcharged for items I never purchased at the ProShop, and when I asked for a refund, the cashier (older woman) became aggressive and argumentative. Instead of correcting their mistake, the manager got involved and falsely accused me of stealing. I insisted they check the cameras and informed them I would be contacting the police for falsely accusing me of shoplifting — which I did. Only after the police got involved was my money finally returned. The behavior of both the cashier and the manager was not only unprofessional but blatantly racist. It’s also worth noting that this isn’t just bad customer service — some employees here are stealing from customers by charging for items they never bought. I highly recommend avoiding this store altogether. Corporate needs to be made aware of what’s going on at this location.

Came in to get an air conditioner filter. We met Barnabas and he was super helpful! Two other people in the store were busy and could not be of service but Barnabas was able to take us to the aisle that we needed and showed us that he don’t have the size that we needed. He was super nice and I will look for Barnabas any time I need something at Lowe’s!

Contractors beware. Ready for pickup means nothing to them. The last few times we went to pickup our orders weren’t ready and they never seem to know where they are. Waited 3 hours on 3 different occasions for them to locate the vinyl fence that they had plenty in stock of. They could’ve just got them off the shelf. We lugged them to the work site just to find out most of them were damaged! Not only did we waste hours picking them up we had to lug them back to the store. 1 or 2 damaged fence we would understand but we returned 7! Some were extremely damaged. At this point we were already frustrated and asked to speak to the manager to explain what has been happening and he says he will Compensate us by returning them?? We picked them up just a few days ago. So not only they gave us damage merchandise, hours of inconvenience, lost time and money, he was thinking of not taking them back?? We are pro customers and regulars. At times we were buying tens of thousands dollars of merchandise at a time. Managers attitude is “we treat all our customers the same”. We didn’t know how bad it was by pickup and returns because the pro lady (that now no longer works there) made sure our pickup was picked up by the pro department and sometime helped with returns. When I told the manager you just lost business he didn’t seem fazed. The people that work there are nice but the managers seem to just not care enough about our inconvenience or issues on many occasions.

I visited Store #2676 in Bayonne, NJ, specifically to purchase Bonnie plants that were advertised as part of a “4 for $10” deal. Unfortunately, there were no visible signs indicating this promotion, and I had to ask multiple associates about it. None of them seemed to be aware of the deal, which was frustrating and confusing. Additionally, I believe I was overcharged for my purchase. I bought 5 bags of garden soil for $10 and 12 Bonnie plants that should have qualified for the “4 for $10” promotion. Based on the advertised pricing, my total should have been around $40 plus tax. Instead, I was charged an extra $13. I was told this was because the plants I chose were not the correct size. However, there was no clear signage or labeling to indicate which sizes were eligible for the deal. I was later informed that the qualifying plants should have had a red line on them, but again, that information was not made clear in the store. Overall, the lack of communication and unclear pricing made for a disappointing experience. I feel I paid more than I should have, and unless improvements are made in how promotions and pricing are displayed and communicated, I’m unlikely to return.

Lowe’s always delivers a great shopping experience. The store is clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. The staff was helpful and polite, making it simple to find what I needed without feeling overwhelmed. From checkout to customer service, everything ran smoothly. I really appreciate how consistent and reliable this location is every time I stop by.

Beware of TRAFFIC Police in this area. I stopped by juncture next to Panda Express to let two cars pass by. Then I drove on and didn't notice the Stop sign. It was not busy. Admittedly, I didn't see it and ive paid for the 89 $ ticket. I didn't save money by coming here.

I’ve been going to this location for years (the best) and I’ve always had good and helpful service from the lumber area to the garden area, pretty much everywhere. BUT today, my shopping experience at Lowe's was "Phenomenal." I was working on a project after the contractor finished the job, I needed door knobs/ door hinges, which it was in stock at this location. At the self check out, I was greeted by Mr. MODI, he was very helpful and explained in great detail how to scan the correct area of my driver license barcode. (Bottom) Finally, I get it right...lol no more waiting when it's busy when the screen prompt you for help form an associate. Thank you so much for helping a military veteran..... THANKS AGAIN "Lowes of Bayonne"!!!

I do not like going onto thos store. I went for a she shed type thing to see models. They had none put together and were not helpful , as didnt go to.the customer service desk to meet me there as promised. I just left. This store needs to Have helpful staff in all area. Staff walking around aimlesssly does not help the customer is the deal now I feel.

I recently came to the Bayonne Lowe’s to resolve a refund issue and could not have been more pleased or appreciative of the effort of Alyssia, the customer service representative that helped me. She went above and beyond to help resolve my issue, and she did so with a sense of humor and a “no problem” attitude over something that was tedious and required a lot of effort on her end. It was very clear to me that she cared about my issue and that she was on top of her stuff and knew what she was doing. Thank you Alyssia!!

This review is about Brooke O'Hare sales specialist. I went to Lowes in Bayonne to look for a new stove. I was directed to the area. Brooke greeted me with a smile and how are you doing today! I was pleased with the approach! I told Brooke the kind of stove I was looking for. She went over all the basic sizes and features of several stoves. I continued to look around at the different products offered. Brooke checked in with me after 10 minutes of looking around still. I appreciated her concern. I finally told Brooke that I would have to look at different stores to compare prices. She kindly stated that she understood and gave me her business card with a flier attached. I was extremely impressed with Brooke's professionalism and high level of customer service! I will be emailing Brooke soon to buy my stove and several other items listed in the flier she gave me. Brooke I give you 10 stars! Keep up the AWESOME work!

I went there today with my husband to buy a bucket and a hose. We wound up not buying the hose because we were unsure of which one was ok for our sink so we left it. We checked out and I noticed that there was a female employee that was just standing right next to my husband as he paid for the bucket and lid. It made me feel very awkward because it's one thing to look, but to STARE is another thing. She didn't say a word at all, not even a hello or a smile but just awkwardly stared at the screen as he paid. Once we were done, she didn't say a word to us. Not a "have a great day" or "thank you". My husband expressed how annoyed he felt the moment we walked out of the store. That really made us both so uncomfortable that despite being residents of Bayonne and living five minutes away from that store - going forward we will go to Jersey City location instead. This store should really emphasize to their employees the importance of being friendly and not making their customers feel uncomfortable. I wish I was allowed to leave this review with ZERO stars because it doesn't even deserve the one star!

Been there a few times, clean but, young workers no experience & know nothing, don't know where items are. I would've gave it 3 stars but the blond girl at customer service returns lastnight at 8/10, 9:30pm was a bit rude & lazy. They need to hire a wise experienced person.

If you need help while at Lowe’s DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. There is no one to help you in the store. Everyone is either congregating at the front chatting about absolutely nothing. I walked to the front of the store to ask for help with the grass turf and no one came to the back to help. This location is ALWAYS like this. Now I have to go to Staten Island to the store! Thanks

Michael and Marcelo went above and beyond today in getting sheet rock in the back of the truck. They took their time and had so much patience with me as I struggled with ratcheting the 10 footers. They wouldn’t let me leave until it was fully secure and I appreciated all their support. I truly hope Lowe’s celebrates their employees who go above and beyond!!!

Drove a long distance to this location because it’s the closest Lowe’s to me. Nobody was working in the lumber department in the middle of the day to help me on Monday. Drove back the next day on Tuesday, 3 people were working, and the cutting machine was down. I need a single piece of wood cut in half. After they said the machine was down I asked if they had any recommendations on how to cut the board and they said no. Lol any type of advice? Buy a hand saw? Nothing. Real useful employees here working in the lumber department.
