The guy who answers the phone but is never in the office is beyond rude. I would not use them if I had a choice. Unfortunately, this is the city's choice when an accident happens, and so I believe they feel way too comfortable because they get business regardless of their unprofessionalism.
I had a gas station put gas in my diesel tank of my vehicle TMT came out, towed the vehicle and did all the work to evacuate the contaminated fuel. Their tow truck driver was awesome such a nice young man and very courteous and even the office personnel. We’re great to deal with. They had my truck back to me in one day, so glad they were local and such great people.

TMT came to my house and towed my car back to their shop after my car accident. They handled everything! From my car, to the rental car to my Insurance! They kept me informed and made the entire process as easy as possible for me. They did mechanical work and body work. You can’t even tell my car was in an accident! Patti at the front desk was so kind and friendly! I am a return customer as it is, and I’ll keep going back! Highly recommend!

Got in an accident and went to an auto body shop that came recommended to us in Pitman. We were quoted $2300. Then a friend recommended TMT and we couldn’t be happier with the result. They fixed the car for a third of the cost of our first quote. They were quick, efficient, honest and professional.
It’s getting increasingly harder to find a business that isn’t price gouging or taking advantage of people. So a huge thank you to TMT for saving us from having to buy a new car.

I was referred to TMT by Spectrum Tire & Auto after hitting a deer. I initially went to another body shop who said my car would take 2 months to fix and would cost an astronomical amount. I met with Patti and Steve at TMT, they literally had my car for 2 weeks and it came out looking absolutely perfect! Their prices were fair and after this experience, I’ll always refer everyone here!!!
By far the best experience ever! From the first phone call with Steve, I knew it was the place for me. A co-worker referred me to them. Patty at the desk is amazing, on top of everything. Was always on point with Insurance payments, phone calls etc. I never had to do a thing but sign over my Insurance check to them.

I was flabbergasted of how well my car looked. They cleaned it inside amd put, AND waxed it.
Hired TM Towing for a local Tow. Very Easy to Schedule. Tow Driver came out. The Tow Truck Operator was very professional, he loaded/delivered the car safely and efficiently. The Rate was very reasonable. Very happy with this service!

The woman at the front desk is unnecessarily rude. I was kind and respectful, she reciprocated this with vile ignorance. I do not recommend this business.

This company has the worst service. They had my car for a month and a half and never called me with any updates. I always had to call them asking for an update. They told me about 3 time that my car would be done “next week” and whenever the next week rolled around i had to call them again and they’d tell me again next week. They also ordered the wrong part for my car several times which made the process of me getting my car back even longer. Also every time i was in the middle of a call with the receptionist she would say “hold on one sec” and put me on hold for several minutes. Never using them again.
Excellent work in a timely fashion. They called frequently to keep me updated. They also were recommended by USAA, our insurance company. Very cordial employees
These guys are the best! I have taken my Jeep Wrangler once, Jeep renegade twice and my chevy truck once and every time they surpass expectations! Would recommend anyone come here for anything they need vehicle wise!
I had an unknown car parked in the driveway of my house /business so I called the Harrison township police and they told me because it was on private property they could not have it towed, but told me to call Tyler mill towing because that's who does all of their towing. So I called them and explained the situation, the guy was very rude and just kept repeating "I won't do it" even after I said I had the police came out already and told me to call, which he would have been able to verify himself. He just kept saying. "I don't care, I won't do it". When I asked what the issue was, he answer was "because I won't do it". What a rude, belligerent A-hole. 1 star is too good of a rating, -5 stars would be more appropriate. I will never use them for any towing services and I will specifically tell anyone looking for such services to go elsewhere. I'm mostly mad about how the guy on the phone talked to me, not just because they wouldn't tow the vehicle. Although I don't think it's right as a business /homeowner that someone can just park in my driveway and I there's nothing I can do about it.
TMT did great work painting my Buick's front fender and door panel. Really looks nice! I can't even tell any difference with the other existing body panels :) Thanks TMT!
Rude on the phone, charged 1365$ for an hour +/- few mins service. What can you expect with tyler mill, just another b.s. company on the east coast with a lisp accent over charging for work performed.
On a Thursday I scheduled to have a 38' bus towed from Swedesboro to Franklinville and they told me they could tow it that next Monday. No one asked me any questions regarding where exactly it was being towed nor did they let me know that they would need a certain amount of space in all directions to unload it. I gave them the instruction to come anytime after 3:30pm, before that no one would be home. I also gave them my phone number and my wife's number for them to call on their way or any issue. I get a call from my wife at 3:15 when she gets home from work saying the bus was already dropped off....not where I wanted it. So I call them back up and the lady at the desk was very nice, but again, she never asked me any questions that would make me aware that there may be an upcharge for something. I told her that the bus was there, facing the wrong direction, they came early and no one ever called. So she had them come back out but said they'd have to get an F350 to come flip the bus around facing the opposite direction, and that it would be another $150! I'm sorry but I already paid $365 for a local tow, and had they waited until my wife was there they would have known where to put it the first time. Had I been asked even a single question of where the bus was going or any surroundings, this also could have been prevented. Additionally, they told me that they were going to pick up my bus early, take it back to their shop and then drop it off at my house later....why? Sounds shady in my opinion. They told my wife they had to remove part of the transmission to tow it, but not only did they not ask if they could start taking parts off my vehicle, but they didnt put it back on before they left. So now there's part of a transmission on the bus floor. No apology, nothing. I would NOT recommend this company!
My truck got towed here cuz I broke down on the highway. Very nice people and fairly priced, was able to fix my vehicle on top of their current appointments. Highly recommend
