The people here were so nice and helpful, it didn't even feel like I was buying a car! They answered all my questions in a polite and professional manner. Sophia was very helpful and sweet, especially to our son. Dan is a really cool guy and super nice as well, even offering to help my wife with the stroller! They also have a puppy, shadow here, that makes it feel more at home. Can't recommend this place enough!

Dan, Hayley, and Sophia really made the process of getting into a car/truck that we wanted without all the gimmicks other car dealers put you through. What I like about Premium is the great selection of cars .I bought a BMW and it’s three years later and it’s still running great ! The Drive warrenty is worth it ! Dan sold it for a great price and I literally drove off the lot in one hour flat . Very happy with my purchase . Update aug 2025 car is still driving year later no issues . Adding to my review today is Nov 20 2025 just ran it through inspection with no repairs made . It passed till 2027 best used car I ever bought .

My father-in-law came with me to ensure I understood everything, and because he knew a little bit more about cars than me. — Let me start off by saying, I was instantly impressed that Dan knew my name when I came in (I had inquired about a car three days ago); not only was Dan knowledgeable, but he was extremely personable, transparent, and extremely easy to talk to, which is SO hard to find nowadays. — Their shop dog, Shadow, is the sweetest, and makes the already great environment - better. She was all about receiving love and belly rubs! It was genuinely nice to be able to sit and just get to know Dan; he has characteristics that are beyond difficult to find in a dealership owner. Hayley was super nice as well, and was also very personable. Purchased a used truck at this dealership and was very pleased with the experience. Negotiating was fair and quick. Vehicle purchased was a 2012 truck which they had inspected at a different repair shop and put $2400 into the vehicle before even listing for sale. Many of the items fixed would not have been evident on an older vehicle being looked at by common folks. I was amazed that they went above and beyond ensuring a good vehicle was being sold. They gave me copies of the repair invoice for my records and if by chance something goes wrong soon with a repaired item. Would 100% recommend this dealership.

Ok so I don't have great credit but it's past stuff I pay my bills. I would highly recommend Premier to to anyone. Owner is a really great down to earth guy and all his staff is like like him. No pressure, no hassle, no nonsense. Stop wasting your time there are incredible cars everyday on the lot. Nice to see a group of people so nice. Went there with my son to purchase a car. Little did he know this car was for him. He turns 21 today and this is his birthday gift. Everyone at Premium Auto Outlet was great!! Morgan was extremely helpful throughout the process. Friendly and efficient is great business for me. The car runs great!! I believe there is a small issue with the hub bearings but thats nothing major. They work with you on the down payments and even have a cost saving alternative to full coverage insurance. If i could give an extra star i would. Im taking my other son there soon.

The staff at Premium Auto Outlet was very helpful and knowledgeable about their services they were offering me. The whole process from start to finish was great. No hassle and the communication between myself and the staff was great. I inquired about a vehicle on a Wednesday and Thursday, the deal was done. My work schedule had me not being able to get it done in person but we still were able to get it done by phone. Sophia and Morgan did an excellent job in getting me the vehicle I wanted.
