The man working behind the counter was possibly the rudest person I’ve ever had to deal with. He forgot to mention they were cash only on the phone, which I couldn’t really do much about, I knew I had to get money out. As I’m calling my second Uber of the day, the man launches into a tirade about how maybe if I’d been nicer & calmer on the phone I would’ve heard him the first time. It was my mother who was down in Florida in the hospital with my grandmother who called as I was busy that day running the on-campus Blood Drive. I originally assumed my car was stolen so I’d asked her to call the police, but they recommended she check there. I had never been spoken to so cruelly by an adult man in my entire life. I asked my Uber driver to stay with me until I was finished as I was so scared to be around this man. My driver recommended calling the police after I told him the story saying he’d never “let his young daughter have her car stolen by such an illegitimate business”. While I appreciated the sentiment, everyone on Rowan’s campus knows parking is a war zone. But spending multiple hundreds of dollars to be screamed at by an adult man was inappropriate. Also based on the past reviews, it seems like one employee in particular has issues dealing with all college-aged women clients. NEVER PARK IN NEXUS PARKING ITS NOT WORTH IT!!! I promise Glassboro PD will be so much nicer; it’s better to risk it street parking.
We had a great experience with this towing company from start to finish. They actually arrived earlier than expected, which was truly appreciated. Bryden’s promptness and clear communication really stood out.
The entire process was easy and smooth. Bryden was especially kind and courteous. It’s not often you need a tow, but when you do, you want a company you can trust. Just wanted to share a great experience I had with Quality Towing NJ. I called for roadside assistance at 8:17am for tire change assistance. I received notifications and a phone call that they were on their way. Arrived by 8:40am. I met with Bryden who was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He was done by 8:50am. Quick response, pleasant to deal with and fast, quality service. Thanks Bryden!
Nobody wants to call a tow truck. But if you are having a bad day due to car trouble, I can't recommend Quality Towing NJ high enough! I requested a tow through pep boys and was told it would take about 2 hours. Within 5 minutes Bryden gave me a call to tell me he was on his way. 10 minutes later he had me at pep boys. Bryden was very nice and super helpful. It was an overall great experience and now I know who to call if I ever need a tow again!

I had my 2025 porsche 911 towed due to a flat tire and Chris the tow driver was excellent. The new Audi S5 has flat tire and Chris arrived again asking about the porsche. Same driver same result excellent service
They are amazing. I waited 9 hours for another company and they got here and the guy said he couldn't pickup my car until I shoveled the street. Quality towing came and this guy was so kind and was able to get my car picked up easy peezy.

Chris was great! I had them as the respondent to my GEICO roadside assistance claim. They were sending text updates, and he called when he was on his way as well. Turned out to be a quick jump, but he was friendly and professional, and put me at ease in a very stressful situation, as car troubles can be!
The tow driver, Bryden, arrived a few minutes early and called to let me know! Bryden was polite and a really nice guy, and actually made me laugh. The best tow driver at the best towing company.

Had a great experience with Quality Towing. They showed up quickly and made a stressful situation way easier. Tim was awesome — super friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. My son's truck was left disabled on a busy road in the pouring rain. Lee from Quality towing was on site in 20 minutes. When he towed the truck to the dealership, he was able to back the disabled truck right into the service bay. Lee was fantastic and professional.

Quality was my service provider when I called GEICO and needed roadside assistance for the flat tire issues I had when I was on my way to work on the Freeway, Route 55 North. My husband’s jeep wouldn’t start in our driveway. I had to go through the roadside assistance provided by the warranty, they sent Quality Towing. They were great with keeping me updated in an ETA and the gentleman that came was very nice and extremely careful. Had my 1967 Cadillac towed for service by Chris at Quality Towing. He handled my car expertly and made sure she did not scrape the ground and was secured properly. When we arrived at the shop he even maneuvered the truck so the car went right from the flatbed onto the garage lift. Unbelievable skills. Thanks Chris and Quality for handling my car so well. I will be calling you in the future when I need professional towing services!
It was midnight and my engine had stopped while driving. I was scared so I contacted my insurance for roadside assistance. Estimated arrival was 90 minutes but they someone from Quality Towing arrived in 35 minutes. My hero! The man was very nice and took my car to my mechanic and did the key drop for me. Thank you!
Great experience. Driver "Anthony" arrived in 10 minutes in a huge truck with a flat bed. Had my truck loaded and strapped in within 2 minutes. Was also nice enough to let me ride with him to the drop location. Price was cheaper than the next 3 listings I called on Google. These guys are pros. Can't go wrong. The driver even popped my hood and showed me exactly what was wrong with my truck, so the mechanic couldn't bullshit me... Thanks "Anthony"! Class act!
A Huge Thank you to Quality Towing Company and the gentleman Lee that towed our son’s vehicle that became disabled. He was professional, kind and towed the vehicle with care. He arrived within 15 minutes!!! I was sure that it would take about 2 to 3 hours like AAA does. Although we are down a car for the moment.. just that smooth process of towing gave us a moment of relief. Keep doing what you’re doing and thanks again.

This is a nightmare situation, would not recommend. I would give it negative stars if I could.
Here’s a digestible summary:
- They towed the car without leaving a note/notice
- They gave a false reason for why they towed the car (the reason for the towing was completely different)
- They claim to be reachable 24/7, but when we called, they didn’t answer. We spent hours trying to get a hold of them to no response until the morning.
- They gave a crazy high price to pick up the car. Cash only.
I previously left a one-star review prior to picking up the car. I had to remove it because they wouldn’t give the car back unless the bad reviews were taken down.
Quality towing is extremely unethical and unprofessional. Do not use their services.
We needed a tow for when our vehicle would not operate. We utilized the service through our insurance. Quality towing was incredibly prompt in communicating with us and scheduling a time that met with our busy schedule that day. They then called before the scheduled time to ensure we would be at the vehicle and gave an actual time of arrival. Russel arrived on time and was incredibly courteous and professional. If we ever need this service in the future quality will be our number 1 company to consider . Thank you for helping in the less than ideal situation.
