My family and I were put in a difficult position recently and Beaver Brook Towing came through and made the situation much easier on us. Definitely recommend their services to anyone in the area.

I had the BEST experience with Beaver Brook Towing. If I could give the company a 10 STAR review, I would. The dispatcher, Chase, and the tow truck driver, Mike, were phenomenal! Here’s the story; My car broke with just me and my little dog about 40 miles from home in a desolate area off of a major highway on Easter night. Yea, Easter. AAA could not find any help for me! They just offered phone numbers of towing companies for me to contact! After calling a few of the recommended numbers and repeatedly getting abruptly turned down, I called Beaver Brook and spoke with Chase. He was such a gentleman and so calming. He sent out a flatbed that arrived timely. The driver, Mike, was another exceptional gentleman. He offered me a ride in the truck’s cabin. His entire truck was meticulously clean inside and out. That, and Mike’s demeanor made me feel so comfortable on the ride home. I understand this company has recently changed ownership and I have to shout out, that even after the nightmare of the break down, the experience with this company from start to finish was exceptional! OMG the owner was very ignorant and she kept telling lies the borough towed my mobile barber shop that they ordered me to park in the lot down the street from my house I put everything into this project so the supervisor spoke with the owner and she told him she would take 1000 to release my bus but once I got thr there she swore me that she never said that yet told me 2600 I was and only able to come up with 1500 and she wouldn't Take the money i lost an 15000 investment told him she'd take 1000 this was my dream i can't help but cry i feel so oppressed all because I'm black I worked so hard to get the b7s whr it was I'm so sad I wish pphad hearts did nothing wook my property I was

My experience here was like most of the other reviews, terrible service!!! There are 2 white ladies that work in this business and they look down on any brown skinned persons that have no choice but to use this place. the receptionist and the manager were both unhelpful and very demeaning. They wouldn't let me speak without cutting me off and saying basically this is what is is. I wasn't trying to get a lower payment or discount or anything I just wanted some understand of the price and how it works because my car was there for less than 12 hours and still costed me $300 to get it out but they were sooooooo rude and kept cutting me off, rolling their eyes while I was speaking and being so obviously just mean. I wish this establishment can actually get looked into and have new happier, more helpful employees for the next time smh

Yesterday my daughter got in accident on the 295. Car was totally destroyed(((. I called 5 (!) places and no one couldn't help me (no answer or we don't work already, it was around 6 pm, or we can pick up your car next day). And only this company helped me right now! The woman on the phone was very polite, and send towing track to help my daughter before we finished our conversation. When I brought my daughter home (25 min max) her car was already on my driveway! Everything so fast and completely affordable! And track driver was very helpful and nice! Thank you!

The lady who answered the phone was very rude . This business is very very bad . I hope it goes out of business. Horrible service. You’re better off calling triple A or a different place . Honestly the worse experience. The lady can go to hell right with this dirty disgusting of a business

HOW ON EARTH IS THIS SHAM LEGAL? ITS NOT AND NEEDS TO BE DISMANTLED. The Haddon Heights Police Department Stole My Van By Impounding It! Then They Put Me In Cuffs And Lied About Letting Me Drive Away After A Clean Search. Instead They Insisted On A Sobriety Test By Having Me Stare At A Pen With The Sun In My Eyes At 2:00pm. As Sweat Poured Down Into My Eyes Because I Had A Broken Air Conditioning Unit In The Van. HAVING That Cop Force Me To Do Something Painfull And Unnecessary Is Reminiscent To Police Misconduct Generally Speaking. SO, I nailed the 9 step straight walk. I even danced at the end like the officer had demonstrated. Bam. So why did my car get impounded? And, who are these people babysitting cars for ransom?

We broke down on the turnpike and had to be towed here. The driver of the tow truck was incredibly rude and complained about us behind our backs to his boss.

Only got diesel fuel (passing through). Attendant was pleasant. Had a smile on and was (good) talkative. Rating is for attendant. Excellent worker.

The head older women is a Bit challenging. Because my car was in lot Because of an accident I said on at Saturday around 2 pm T he lot guy got my glasses out of car. She was going to fire the guy. I needed my glasses.

Had my car towed from Turnpike toll booth. $165 to get off turnpike. Then another $65 to go the next 3 miles. Unbelievable. Highway robbery. Never do business with them.

always the cheapest gas. not involved in price fixing with the rest of the gas stations in the area. (the only station that went below 1.85 during the pandemic) ALSO from past experience they are a great place to have your car towed if you've been arrested or have been in an accident in the area.

Worst experience ever. Tried to rip me off and are still trying to rip me off. Lady’s in their were very rude and disrespectful. Handful of problems and they tried to take my car keys.

Whoever is the women that answers the phone her customer service skills are on zero. After rudely answering my question she hung up. If you are not customer service oriented change your career.

I don't know why theres all these negative reviews, but I couldn't have been happier with their customer service. I got into a car accident and they were super helpful and patient with me ( I am from far out of town) since I had no idea what was supposed to happen. Even super accommodating for my dog in the tow truck and in the office. Everyone was super nice and I couldn't have anything else better to say!

I just got off the turnpike. Tom, the driver, was extremely resourceful, friendly, and able to work with my modified car. Michelle was also a wonderful person, handling my finances, and taking care of me while I waited. 5 stars without a DOUBT!

Just never go here.. people at desk rude.. lots not safe or secure. Prices are outrageous. Place is a joke.

Absolutely horrible. Reception lady was ignorant...wanted to charge me $150 for a half mile ride to their tow yard. Lied about giving me a ride home. After finally giving up they told me to come and get my car-cowardly woman that was nasty on phone yelled (from a back room) to the other woman working to "give him his keys and tell him to get the hell outta here!!" K-E-E-P A-W-A-Y!!!

Highway robbery -- They contract with NJ Turnpike to tow stranded travelers to their repair shop. The office people are nice, but be aware that they do want their maximum profit, do not care whatsoever what the problem is and if you are stuck waiting in a hotel room for 2 days -- they just replace parts. If the car starts, job done. For me they replaced the alternator, but all they had to do is insulate a corroded wire and get me a jump. $680 and 2 days later (!!) I still had the same problem, just that I got a few hundred miles further.

We broke down at a service area on the NJ Turnpike today. Myself, my mother, my toddler, a cat and a dog (yes, we are the Griswold's). One of the sevice area's employees called the Turnpike authority to request a tow for our van and trailer and suggested Beaver Brook Motors is where we should be droped off. When the towing company arrived, they tried to steer us away from Beaver brook and get us to go to their shop instead but we decided to stick with the initial suggestion. My son developed a very high fever today and by the time we reached Beaver brook, he was not doing very good. As soon as we got there, the receptionist offered him a popsicle which ended up making him feel much better! They had no problem with us bringing the cat and dog in the waiting room and even offered water for the dog. Oddly enough, our van started up with no problems when they went to look at it. They told us they would like to let it run for awhile and take it for a test drive. After returning, they told us that they really couldn't find anything wrong with it but they would have a couple of guys come out to hook our trailer back up for us. We were prepared to still pay the $60 diagnostic fee but they said that they weren't going to charge us anything and sent us on our way with well wishes. Being stranded in an unfamiliar place can make you very susceptible to being ripped off and we are so grateful for the honest and friendly people at Beaver Brook Motors.

We broke down while towing our camper at the Walt Whitman rest stop on the NJ turnpike. Breaver Brook was dispatched to tow my car and camper from the rest stop a few miles down the highway to the next exit where another towing company was coming to pick us up to take us the reminder of the way. They dispatched quickly enough and said "be there in 15". 30 minutes later I called for an ETA update. The lady who answered was astoundingly rude and said "I'll let them know you are being inpatient". Meanwhile my car was stranded in front of the gas pumps blocking the flow of traffic. A few minutes later the two flatbeds did show up. Car got loaded onto one no problem, but they scrapped the rear end of the trailer while loading it. I figured if I could get out of this evening with just a few scraps on the frame I'd count my blessings. We drive the 4-5 miles to the lot they are dropping us in and they unload the car. They then attempted to unload the trailer for about 30 minutes and ending up causing significant damage to the rear bumper which was digging into the ground during the unloading process. When I asked them "who is going to pay for this" I got no answer. Ultimately Beaverbrook couldn't get the camper off. The new towing company pulled it directly onto their flatbed (and had no trouble unloading it without causing additional damage at my home). We have since called Beaverbrook twice in an attempt to reconcile the damages to our Trailer. The same lady that answered the phone the night of our towing has rudely "dealt" with us twice. Still no call backs as promised. If you have any option whatsoever (and you may not because apparently they hold a contract for towing on this section of the NJ pike) do not use Beaverbrook. God help you if you break down on this stretch of road.

These were the nicest guys to me yesterday. First, I went in to get quarters for the air machine cause I needed to fill up my tires and they changed my dollar for quarters but told me the wawa up the road offered free air. And then when I figured out that my tire needed fixing and not just air, when I asked them for help they told me to go up the road to a tire place across from Walgreens and that guy would fix my tire, and they would call him and let him know I was on my way. LOVELY.

Okay, I'm not sure what place the other reviewer went to, or was towed by, but I have serious doubts that it is the same place that towed me from the Turnpike at three am last night. The driver was not only overly patient and friendly, but they offered to pick me up this morning so I would not have to walk. I called shortly after they open to check on the progress, and they already had the car in with the mechanic. Everything was straightforward and honest, and if it weren't for the original flat that caused this, it would have even been a pleasant experience. Thank you to Bill especially, and the very lovely receptionist. I would recommend this place to my closest friends and family if I lived nearby.
