Recently, I purchased my daughter’s first car at United Auto Land. From my first visit to my last, Anthony and his team were professional, respectful, and incredibly knowledgeable. They shared in my daughter’s excitement throughout the entire buying experience. In the end, my daughter was thrilled with her new car, and I was very satisfied with both the price and the vehicle. I highly recommend Anthony and his team for your next purchase.

Updating to show all the codes that started popping up after we got the car home Do NOT buy a car from here. They knowingly sell lemons that need thousands in work and when caught it’s oh well. We were told we had “buy back protection” it was even stated on the window sticker! when we found out the car needed over 4K in repairs after a week of having it the ONWER said to bad take him to court! This place needs to be shut down and investigated. What’s funny is the owner responds with posting my husbands full name over a quick text they had via their website. when he refused to answer the phone after I’ve called twice! I’m the one they were dealing with. This company is shady beware!

Buying process was easy, but i would expect that when paying cash. Paid 13k for a 2013 3.5 f150 that was aesthetically in decent shape.I was convinced by the receipts they provided that the known problem with that vehicle was addressed with new timing chain and cam phasers. When I took it for a test drive the steering wheel was off center. I told them I wouldn't buy it in that condition. To their credit they got it aligned at their cost and it drove well, so I went thru with the purchase. Less than 2 weeks after purchase, I had a cylinder misfire and loss of power. They had the plugs changed with no charge. After putting approximately 2k on it the motor completely seized up and has left me with having to change the motor, because I was dumb enough to buy "as is". After taking the motor out, my mechanic found the truck had obviously been in a serious accident. Bent bumper support bracket, headlight not mounted properly in place, broken motor mount, and fender bracket that was shimmed by several oversized shims, in order to bolt the fender, oil was everywhere oil shouldn't be. Both turbo seals shot, rear main seal shot and intercooler full of oil and coolant. I would have expected them to have addressed all the oil underneath it before selling it. They obviously trusted the repair shop they used for the work they paid for before listing it for sale. Ultimately I made the mistake of trusting them and buying as is. Make sure you get a warranty before buying from there or stay away. I read your response and I went out of my way to say I ultimately bought it as is and that's on me. I never went underneath the truck as you provided me with receipts of the the timing chain and cam phaser replacement. I took that as a major sign that what plagued these trucks was repaired. Obviously there are no guarantees in this world but what was found when this engine was taken apart was shocking. Chunks of RTV and metal in the oil pan. RYT chunks inside the timing cover. Turbo oil seal shot. Intercooler filled with oil. Valve cover gaskets that were completely rotted. A mechanic that did a timing chain and cam phasers that was worth anything, would have brought this to your attention, but sounds like you are unaware of the state of this engine bay. There has to be some kind of trust that a dealership knows what they were selling. Most people are not auto mechanics or can crawl under a vehicle to inspect it. The fact that you had a shop do all that work before selling it, and didn't tell you what they found is appalling. Ultimately it was as is, and that is what you will stand by. As far as doing an alignment before I bought it, thanks for the washer kit to make it straight again. As far as you eating the cost of 6 plugs, by the way 1 plug sleeve was full of oil, I guess the mechanic missed that, I appreciate you fixing a truck that misfired and went into limp mode a week after rolling off the lot. Bandaid appreciated. Maybe you got duped by your mechanic, it happens, i'm proof. This review is to alert the public to be more thorough when buying. Especially as is. You decided to act as if you bent over backwards for me and that simply isn't the case. It's ok a new motor is going in and im using g a mechanic that cares about his work, so all will be fine. Cost me lots of money, but hopefully others will benefit from my mis fortune. Happy New Year.

Only go here if you want to be treated like family! I think I got an invite to Thanksgiving dinner at their house. Their ability to help was outstanding; they're wonderful people. I will be back.

The process of buying a vehicle is like chewing on tinfoil, but Anthony made it quick, smooth and he was extremely patient. I didn't feel forced into buying a car that didn't fit my life and needs. Thank you for all your help and expertise. We will back in the future!

RUN AWAY BEFORE YOUR LEFT BROKE IN REPAIRS AND STILL NO CAR !!! worst dealership ever a whole bunch of crooks I purchased a vehicle paid full in cash that I was told was in great running condition with zero major issues just for the very next day for it to break down I’ve tried to communicate with them for repairs or anything, and I just get oh well it’s “AS IS” but mind you when sowing me the car I was told as is in great running condition which it is not so far I have had this car for a month and it has broken down three times. I have a major coolant leak and I need a new radiator. All of which were temporary patched when I came to view the vehicle I also needed a new belt and pulley for the engine both front wheels are extremely messed up. They need everything from the struts and ball joints to the brakes and rotors. The locks on the doors stopped working the very next day. The CarPlay system broke and is unresponsive the AC broke Which was the only thing they agreed to fix and then when they fixed it, the heat broke right after and it’s beginning winter and to get it fixed I had to go to their shop which they told me would only take a day just for them to lie to me and tell the shop guy that he could have the car all week With no expected time to get the car back for a simple repair and their liars because I paid for the vehicle signed all the paperwork finished the transaction just to be informed at the end that they didn’t even have the title after they told me they had it in the beginning and then I had to come back to get it to which their Poor communication took three weeks and three different visits of over an hour away trip just to get my title that I already paid for on the transaction date they have poor communication skills And they are horrible people They’re just waiting to screw you over and I would never come to this establishment Again $5000 And then after repairs and taxes I’m almost $8000 down on a vehicle that is a 2008 with 157 something miles on it And they know how bad it is because they won’t even buy back the vehicle for Like four grand and just pocket 1000 off of me for free this car is a nightmare and I hope y’all read this and stay clear

Guy sold me a 2006 Cadillac GTS for 5k and 2 days later it doesnt run because it has a coolant leak which caused an alternator issue, which shouldve been solved before i bought the car. I was either misled into thinking the car was in good shape, or the work they put into the car was incompetent enough to where it died two days off the lot

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I bought a car from them and I had to return it as soon as I left the lot. Transmission was bad and the engine light came on. They “fixed it” with a used transmission that went bad after 2 months and I ended up getting a whole new transmission among everything else wrong with car fixed that costed more than what the car they sold me was worth! DO NOT TRUST THEM! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND KEEP LOOKING! THESE PEOPLE WILL SCAM YOU!

We had the best Experience! We purchased my son's first car here. They were patient. And answered all of our questions. They were so easy to work with and we walked away with a beautiful car for my son that he loved. Definitely recommend!!

They have some very decent clean good running used cars sales people are honest straight up l purchased a 2006 Ford escort in very good condition for my son who needed a car desperately very good condition everything runs and works great 4999.00 not bad for a used car If u take it easy with it or any car for that matter u should get fairly good use out of it

Good morning 🙂 My husband and I had a great experience purchasing my minivan. I saw it listed on Facebook Marketplace. I made an appt for the next morning and filled out financing application ahead of time. It was ready to test drive when we showed up, it was a solid vehicle exactly what we wanted and the price was right. Had all financing paperwork done within an hour and we were out the door. I purchased my Cadillac SUV from them any problems with the truck was fixed..gave me good trade in value for my Sentra...the registration and tags took a little while but very happy with my purchase.

They were upfront and honest from our first conversation. I thought that it would have been a lengthy and drawn out process but it was literally painless. I really can't thank them any more. Purchased a car from them and its a lemon, save your money. They knew what was wrong with the car. Lied and told me they fixed the problem. Now trying to charge me to fix it. I work hard for my money like many other people. They wont have to ever worry about me recommending them to anyone. But bad business ain't never a good look. I hope you don't get any more business until you do right. UPDATE!!!!! The owner of United Auto Land rebuilt my transmission and PAID my Car Note due to the time I did not have my car. He did honor his word And the warranty on my vehicle that was given to me when I purchased it. I also received another warranty for the new transmission. I appreciate them resolving my issue and getting my car back on the road. My car is running smoothly.

Anthony was absolutely amazing. We had so many issues with dealerships in the past but this was a completely different experience. He was patient, thorough and very helpful. Anthony took the time to explain everything to us and helped us to the best of his capability. I would recommend this place to everybody looking for a car! It didn’t take 5 hours like it does at other places. I will definitely be returning with any car needs and will be referring people to him!

Low pressure bunch of good guys. Allowed us to browse the cars with no one bothering us. We left spent all day looking around and ended up back with them and made an incredible purchase at a great price. Highly recommend for a used car.
