I had a great experience at this car dealership, and I can honestly say this is one of the best places to look for a car. A huge part of that was because of Camilla. Her hard work helped me so much, and she truly went above and beyond to make things happen for me. She was patient, understanding, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and made sure I walked away with a very reliable and spacious car that fits my needs perfectly. The entire experience was smooth and stress free thanks to her dedication. I am very grateful for her help and highly recommend this place, especially if you get the chance to work with Camilla.

I’m writing this as my sister’s twin, because I was present and involved from the very beginning when she contacted this dealership for help getting a vehicle. When I first heard the salesman, Nola, speaking, something immediately felt off. Still, I chose to give the benefit of the doubt because I knew exactly what my sister was going through.
She was spending a ridiculous amount of money on rental cars and was desperate for a reliable vehicle. As her sister, if I could help her, I was going to all I wanted was for her to finally be in something dependable.
What I witnessed firsthand was heartbreaking.
There were lies about repairs, repairs that were supposedly done but not included or properly documented in the contract, and constant runarounds. The dealership continuously acted as if they were “helping,” while doing the complete opposite. Watching my sister stress, miss work, and struggle — all while trusting people who were clearly not being honest — was sickening.
To make matters worse, she has now been issued her THIRD temporary tag since purchasing the vehicle in November. That alone raises serious legal concerns. Is that even legal? Because it absolutely should be reported. No customer should be pushed into that situation.
It’s sad and disappointing that a business can look someone in the face, know they are already struggling, and still choose to take advantage of them. This experience was unacceptable, unethical, and emotionally draining to witness as a family member.
I would strongly advise anyone considering this dealership to think twice and do extensive research before trusting them.
This was my first time doing business with this car lot, and at first I was hopeful. I had already spent a lot of money on rental cars, so I was relieved when they said they could help me get into a vehicle. I understood the car was being sold as-is, and I know what that means — however, what I did not expect was for the vehicle to begin having serious issues almost immediately.
Just two days after purchase, the car would not start. Several days later, the same thing happened again. I brought the vehicle back multiple times. During this period, I was still within my 30-day window, and I even offered to trade the vehicle in. Each time, I was told, “No worries, we’ll fix it.” That turned out to be a lie. They clearly did not want to deal with the vehicle and kept pushing me off instead of offering a real solution.
The car lot claimed they repaired the vehicle, but they were unable to provide any receipts, work orders, or parts showing what was actually fixed. Instead, they gave me receipts that belonged to other customers’ vehicles and said that was all the documentation they had. That alone was a major red flag.
I repeatedly explained that the car was shutting off while I was turning corners, which was extremely dangerous and frightening. I made several trips over an hour away, spent money on gas, and waited at the car lot for hours believing my vehicle was being repaired. Meanwhile, this car was my only form of transportation.
Throughout this entire experience, I was respectful and never rude. I simply wanted the vehicle fixed properly. The owner never once came out to speak to me or show concern. The other sales staff pretended to be friendly and acted as if they didn’t know what was going on, when it was very clear they knew exactly what was happening.
At one point, the salesman even told me I “should have bought the other car.” That does not excuse selling a vehicle with serious issues, lying about repairs, or pretending to fix it — even if the vehicle is sold as-is.
Eventually, I took the car to a legitimate dealership and paid out of my own pocket to have it diagnosed and repaired correctly. If this car lot had been honest and taken the time to properly inspect the vehicle, the repairs would not have been costly. My first choice was always to let them make it right. My second option was legal action, and I had all my documentation — but the repair cost wasn’t worth the stress.
To make matters worse, I purchased the vehicle in November, and it is now January, and I am on my third temporary tag. Every time I ask about my plates, I get a different excuse with no real answers.
It is extremely disappointing to experience this level of dishonesty and lack of accountability. I would never recommend this car lot to anyone.

This place is absolutely ridiculous. I contacted Omar on Marketplace about a 2023 Jeep Wrangler they posted for $22k, which already seemed too good to be true my wife even warned me the pricing didn’t look genuine and cheap.
I still drove 40 miles to their location at 737 Springfield Ave, Irvington, NJ. As soon as I arrived, Omar started trying to show me a Jeep Cherokee instead, which made me feel like they were playing games. He kept saying it was an “awesome deal” and asked me to look at other cars, while the Wrangler I came for magically became “in the warehouse.”
Then suddenly he claimed their “machine detected a transmission issue” with the Wrangler while bringing it out. Very suspicious and clearly a tactic.
This was a complete waste of my time. My wife was right something was not genuine.
Be aware of this seller.
If there was an option for negative stars, I would definitely give it
