Louis was very great told us what to do in cases of an emergency with the car I have a old car and he even telling me things other customer service reps wouldn’t tell me he’s very honest and you guys have the right manager I continue to ask for him when I come to advance auto Frost.ps

I went in store and an associate john sold me 2 completely wrong parts for my car. I gave him my vin number and my plate number yet i was still sold parts for a bmw when i drive a Mercedes. When i called the store to ask what happened the manager said what do you expect me to do. 5 minutes later the associate john called my phone yelling telling me i am the one that wanted a cheaper part and it wasn’t his fault. I will never purchase from this location again!

I asked if I could use the bathroom and he said it’s not available and then I asked what if you’re a customer and he said only if you’re buying I intended to come in to buy a fuel injection cleaner but I did need to use bathroom first. A couple seconds into thinking about this interaction. I walked out. Bald guy with glasses.. bad customer service so why should I spend my money there

service pretty good, help as much as they can.. everything you need here, if not they will try get it from another store same day or give you the choice to pick it up

The manager Luis was very helpful, knowledgeable, and respectful to me while I was getting some parts for my car to replace the brakes. It was my first time so his knowledge and the way he broke down information really helped me make an informed decision. The other staff were also welcoming and overall I had a great experience! Great prices, great customer service, that’s all I ask for, so I’m happy. Pro tip:trade in your old caliper for a discount!

Luis the manager is very knowledgeable and extremely patient with my questions. He knew exactly what was needed and did not waste time to assist me. I would highly recommend speaking with Luis for any car part needs. Thank you sir for all your help. You are a manger for a reason. ?

Made a purchase in store today for an item that was $72.30 and was assured it would arrive by 4:00 pm since it was not at their location. I showed up at 6:43 pm and was told it would not arrive until tomorrow. The same item costs $22.50 on Amazon but I needed it today so I can make my flight at 6:00 am. There was no apology on the part of the team member. Crappy service overall. The manager came by to process the refund and “stumbled upon my item”. They gave it to me without any apology for the inconvenience cause.

I have made several attempts to contact the store through numerous phone calls. Unfortunately, I have been placed on hold for extended periods of time. Despite my efforts to redial, I have encountered a recurring situation where a male employee answers, apologizes for the wait, but fails to return to the call. This lack of professionalism is quite disappointing.

Early bird gets the worm. I came to the store around 7:30 am and a young man greeted me with , goodmorning and a smile. Later in the conversation I found out that he was the store manager by the name of Luis. He was very resourceful, patient, kind and polite. Also he educated me on somethings about my car that was necessary for me to know. The store was clean, well Organized and fully shelved. .

For the location, the store is really nice. The staff were nice and really helpful. Recognizing that all the parts I purchased was for a brake job, they asked if my boyfriend had ever done a brake job. It was nice to see that they wanted to make sure we had everything we needed before we left. Highly recommend coming here and I’ll be coming to this location for all my future car needs.

Great I like the way the woman stepped in to help me ! I guess the men thought I was there just to be standing I'm giving y'all five stars only because of her! If it wasn't for her I've been given y'all a one-star really need to speak with some of them guys for real ! Women have problems with their cars just like man

Advance is always reliable! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I've been in so many times that the staff basically knows me. Friendly neighborhood auto parts store feel!!! Can't go wrong! From headlights to tailpipe they've got what you need! Keep up the great work!

They usually have every OEM part in stock they also have custom parts and stock as well and if they don't have them they will find the store that's close that have them in stock, it's not they will order them and have them within a day or two. All the customers are willing to help and are very knowledgeable about car parts and diagnostics

I showed up before closing with an overheated car only to be turned away because in the words of their employees, “they lock the doors early to start their in house closing process”. They the. Lied to their store manager and said that they had computer issues so that’s why they closed early. They were rude and EXTREMELY unprofessional.

Horrible place. The people are very disrespectful the men there were disgusting and the worst part of it was that they made fun of my accent. I was shocked when Emerson mocked me of the because of the way I was talking to my son. I told him to stop and that it was rude to mock people because of their accent, he told me to go back to where I came from and he that he wasn't paid enough to argue with me. I was shocked because I didn't deserve that kind of treatment at all.

The employees at Advance Auto are very knowledgeable and are always ready to provide a helping hand when in need. The store manager is a great guy too. He will always go out his way to make sure that your needs are met.

DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CAR. Free battery installation is not worth it. They broke my hood latch and the service I received was careless and unprofessional. The employee told me he didn't know what he was doing after he did it and left my car in worse position than when I came. Then the manager Anthony said he would cover the $50 repair and then didn't keep his word when he knew his employee was in the wrong. I will never go to this establishment again and will continue to broadcast the poor customer service I received until something is done about it.

It's a advanced auto part store it's not the cleanest place but it's not the worst either. There stuff is OK there. Nice people but don't know there product lines that well. That's why they fell short of 5 stars. Other then that there is nothing good or bad to say about them. It's a place to go and buy auto parts.

Usually have no issue with this store but today was my 3rd attempt to get my battery checked in a week. Each time I was told they couldn't do it. Today the gentlemen pretty much told me OH WELL! SMH

Spent almost 150 on a brand new battery. No one even asks if I'd like it installed. My buddy couldn't install my battery, so I come back 2 hrs later to be told no one is there, come back at 3:30 when its less busy. No customers in the store at all!! Sorry, I can tell when you don't want to do your job buddy..smh Guess what, I drove to the Advance Auto Parts on rt 22. Ravi from rt 22 started on installing my new battery immediately. That's customer service!! Thanks

This is my go to store. The customer service team is excellent, friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable (I can only speak for the evening crew and the commercial lady in the morning ). Even if you don't know a thing about a car they will not make you feel stupid. Thanks AAP for making me feel like I'm in good hands when I come to the store. I've never had to return a part yet. Old Gracie keeps kicking with your help.

Unbelievable! I went to this store to buy a license plate frame for my car. The security guard and the lady who work there rushed towards me and questioned me as someone they consider as a thief. I found out that these 2 people have no respect for customers, I decided to leave the store without saying a word. Fortunately, there is an Autozone nearby, I went there and I bought what I needed without any problem.
