For best price I went in person to discuss and agree on what needs to be done and how much it would cost me.

On 2025NOV10 at 5:52PM, I called to see the pricing on changing the brake pads for my car. The man who answered kept yelling “huh” over me, and I switched my language to Spanish he got aggressive and kept saying no no English we speak English here. I repeated my question again slowly, and he told me the pricing with an attitude, I said thank you and hung up. I then called at 5:59PM, to schedule an appointment, I only said the word “hello” and he hung up on me. They’re so rude, so embarrassing, and so unprofessional clearly to only women from the pattern I’m seeing in the reviews. This is terrible.

Had them install a cat back exhaust on my 2024 Genesis G70. I dropped the car off right before they closed and they finished midday the next day. Very quick. Easy to work with the guys, they’re pretty chill. The install looks great and I have no issues. They were able to hookup the variable valves to the battery no problem. Cost a bit more than expected but the exhaust I gave wasn’t fully compatible with the 2024 model so they had some trouble installing it. Came out great and fully working though.

The BEST and most trusted auto shop around! I wouldn't trust anyone else to repair my car. When even the dealer couldn't fix my car Thomas did.

I called the owner frantic at 8:30am today because my mom’s breaks were defaulting on her way to work. He told us to bring the car at 9am and he would help. It is a Nissan Rouge 2019. He was able to not only put in new brakes but help with where to purchase cheap but good used tires. My mom and I are so happy he was willing and able to help. On top of it all he is very friendly!! I’ve had my 2015 Ford Focus serviced at Roselle Auto Services twice, and both times, they did a fantastic job! The first visit was for replacing broken engine mounts, and the work was done efficiently so my car won’t shake excessively during driving. The second time, I brought my car in for a brake system inspection after experiencing braking issues. The team quickly identified the problem—the front brake pads weren’t installed properly, and the screws had loosened after just a month of driving. (The front pad replacement was done at a Ford dealership. So annoyed!) Roselle Auto Services is a trustworthy shop with skilled mechanics who take the time to diagnose issues properly. Thank Thomas for his service and enthusiasm! Highly recommend this store for anyone looking for reliable and professional auto service!

Car had a mirror taken off and a dent and scratch running down the side with one part of it opened like a can. They restored it to where you wouldn't be able to tell. Thomas was very helpful in negotiating with the insurance agency. Work was done quickly and they even washed my car before they gave it back to me. Honest and fair price, no hidden fees, held onto the car the whole time. Good service

Brought my BMW to have some framework repair. I do all my own work and looked up the shop’s rating which was excellent. Tomas is very thorough and straight with you. Found this shop on google after my car was damaged while parked. Called and Tomas responded right away to bring the next morning. Repaired in 2 days as promised and my car looks brand new! Very professional and great customer service.
