ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. This was by far the worst car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I felt completely misled throughout the entire process. The numbers kept changing, fees appeared that were never clearly explained, and the transparency was basically nonexistent. Once they took my deposit, the numbers changed right away.
I left feeling taken advantage of and extremely disappointed. The way everything was handled felt dishonest and unprofessional. Once they had my commitment, communication dropped, and concerns were brushed off instead of properly addressed.
I would strongly recommend anyone considering this dealership to read everything carefully, double-check every number, and think twice before doing business here. I've been going back for 2 months for my license plates, and i still haven't received them. Any time i call no one helps and they say they will call me when it arrives and it still hasnt.
Absolutely the worst car dealership experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, it felt unprofessional and shady. The staff were rude, dismissive, and clearly only cared about making a quick sale.
They made promises that suddenly changed once it was time to sign paperwork. The pricing wasn’t transparent, and there were unexpected fees that were never properly explained. Communication was terrible — once they had my deposit, getting clear answers was nearly impossible.
The vehicle was not as described, and when I brought up concerns, Willy whos super predotorial acted like he was helping but they brushed me off instead of taking responsibility. No accountability, no customer service, no integrity.
I would strongly recommend taking your business somewhere else. There are plenty of dealerships that actually respect their customers — this is not one of them.
I was a little skeptical at first but noticed the lot was clean and full of beautiful well maintained cars. The sales person Duvan Ruiz had a nice heart and was genuinely helpful. He was smart enough to enlist the help of his manager Sammy and Willie. These two men were honest and filled with a wealth of knowledge that proved to be cost effective. Anyone thinking about buying a car off a small lot should stop here first. We feel blessed that we did.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE, super predatory, they will squeeze all of your hard earned money to last penny. One of my friends purchased a 2023 Nissan Rogue from this place, the car is worth around 18k and they had it listed it for 24k, after taxes and fees her total amount came to be 54k with a 27% APR. Absolutely worst place to buy any vehicle from. Stay away at any cost!!!

I’m going to keep it short and simple. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Like we all know all these small dealerships care about is $. To begin with, I paid my vehicle full in cash, the seller was very sweet however she did leave out the part that I had no guarantee on my vehicle if it was purchased in cash however if I financed it I would recieve guarantee for a year I believe; which is better than the “2 month warranty” they give that they preach so much about. It wasn’t until I had already given them the cash and signing the papers that I asked, “how does the warranty work,” and the other worker was confused and they proceeded to all walk in the room and tell me the car didn’t have warranty when the lady who was presenting the car had told me “The car has warranty for a year.” Just that shows you the lack of communication and knowledge since warranty is essential!!!!!! At that point I let it be; after hours of sitting on a hard chair all I wanted to do was go home. Another problem; I don’t not trust anyone and nor should you! I took the car to my personal mechanic after purchasing it and the car had some issues which needed to be fixed which came out to almost $900.00; which is fine with me however the dealership said the car was “checked by their mechanic”. That is bullshit! If it was checked the vehicle wouldn’t have any problems. Then I called stellas dealership and an employee told me I could bring in the car to their mechanic and he would check the vehicle; now why the hell would I trust their mechanic when they couldn’t even spot the damage in the first place??? Also, the wait for the permanent license plate was insane which I understand is not entirely their fault however, when I called for an update they said. “You can drive a temporary plate if it’s expired for a few days while you wait for the permanent.” No baby, that is ILLEGAL!!!! That is very unethical and irresponsible of someone to say when they know it is against the law. If I did get pulled over the officer would probably understand however, it is illegal and absurd to say that to a client!!! Overall, terrible experience. Oh, and don’t be led by the reviews because they ask you to leave a good review when you’re about to leave and watch that you complete it.

I went there just to have a look at the car that i liked from a random website. I talked with a girl a day before to ask what do i need to have with me for a test drive besides my driver license. She was telling me that if i liked the car and i have everything what it needs it might leave with the car the same day. Wow, i didn’t believed her i should though! I left with my car… They did everything fast and professional i was shocked i couldn't believed it!! If you need a car YOU MUST VISIT you go by uber you leaving with your car!!
