I bought a tire pressure pump because I thought I lost mine. When I found mine I tried to return it but they wouldn’t let me. It was my first time shopping here and no one explained when I bought it that there was a no returns policy so I’m stuck with an item I don’t need. I should have just bought it literally anywhere else and I’ll definitely be getting any items for future car needs from another store

I was just there at 5:35pm today (a Saturday) or so to buy a new battery. I didn’t grab the name of the awesome human that helped me as as soon as he wheeled his cart out behind me and I popped my hood for the battery swap, another customer came up and just hovered at my car (so picture me on his right and the older fellow on he left) starting he also needed a battery swap. He began asking questions like should I keep my car running and how long will this be? The guy didn’t reply so me being the annoying helper I am, chimed in to say ‘well he just got started so maybe 10 minutes or so?’ The positive terminal is so gnarled and awkward to remove on mine and the employee was cool calm and collected as he tried 3-4 different tools as the nut to the bolt is housed in the most stupid way in a shallow space that I don’t have the proper tool for. Which is why I last changed my battery in 2022. Yikes. Best help ever. He even checked the codes to make sure my alternator wasn’t malfunctioning. I’m so grateful for my ride to be more dependable again. As I’m clueless this is such a weight off my shoulders. Thank you.

At this store 7281, the manager, Kevin, and his team Josh and the other guys that helped us are the best. They went the extra mile. Tks guys. I 100% recommend this store.

I bought some tools by mistake I left a few steps out of the store and went in to rectify the purchase and the manager told me that it could not be returned and everything was new and sealed bad treatment and lack of professionalism

This was the best experience I ever had in an auto parts store. It was an older gentleman actually came out and put the wiper on my car

Customer service is a little rude they can probably do better if not there's always auto zone nearby

Doesn't compare to other advance autos. I was looking for a glow plug, my usual store only had 7 so I was short 1. This place had one in stock. I called to verify they had it and dude was unwilling to go and check, he reffered me to another store. I insisted he check since the store was on my route, and he finally did. I go in and he was just not pleasant to deal with. Asked to use the bathroom quickly on my way and he said "if was closed due to covid", ha. Good luck getting quality service here.

Advance Auto parts is a good place to go and buy parts okay they give you full respect Andrea customer like they should be treated shop at advanced Auto parts

I didn't catch the gentleman's name that helped me today but he was very pleasant and i really appreciate it. Especially in a stressful situation when your car won't start and you have to go buy parts. Its hard to find people that actually like their job and put out those good vibes! Thank you 😊

I went there 30 minutes before closing and they had the doors locked. The man inside not only ignored me when I knocked on the door but he gave me a very unprofessional attitude. 5/22/2023. Who ever was the night time shift on that day needs to find a new job. He needs to be let go. He’s not no where near a great representative for the company. I wish I had the number to his HR department or his supervisor. Tomorrow I will be there to settle my grievances but I won’t buy not one thing from this site EVER. My money is not going into that store! Don’t go to this place. Take your money elsewhere for better business.. all I wanted was a damn battery. Not like I was going window shopping

Everything was expensive. A synthetic oil filter was nearly double the price. A gallon of oil was also cheaper at Walmart, which was 3 blocks away I saved a total of 11 dollars . I was able to buy 3+ gallons of gas

The associate was very helpful and knowledgeable, he even help me put on my windshield wipers.

Akilah H was very helpful and had a lot of patience with me and my children. I have a 2021 and it was hard to find my part but Akilah made it happen for me. Very kind, with a great attitude. Thank You so much

This store is joke people who work there have always problems they should be open 7 30 am like sign say they open late after 8 am and you ask about why you guys open late they say to me not your business Jesus Christ worst workers there absolutely no manners and personal culture they act like they working there lake slaves if you don’t like work there just go work in restaurant and make space for someone else who want work and is responsible

Took my aunt there to get some lug nuts and windshield wipers,the attendant was a great help,he came outside to make sure she got the right lug nuts and also put the windshield wipers on for her,really good service,thank you👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Went in to get parts to repair my car after the flooding. The employee there was very helpful and very personable. My experience was great and he helped me find all the parts I needed and get a discount with a promotional deal.

Visited months ago, but nonetheless... a very clean parking lot, a very clean store, an extremely friendly staff, and fair prices. It was even offered to me to have the part I ordered installed. I had stopped at this location because my tattoo spot isn't too far from it. I would most definitely recommend!!!

Visited regularly for pretty much all my basic auto needs. That said, they carry pretty much everything. Friendly staff that was always helpful. Always felt taken care of by the folks at this Advance Auto Parts.

Horrible tried to return some that was bought 2 hours ago from when I went back and still new in packaging and they would not accept my return. Will never visit. Go to the saint George location they're alot more helpful.

Worst customer service! I called them to order a part because I guess they don’t have the part available yesterday and they said ok first thing in the morning we will have it and I said ok. I call them this morning they say “what part?!” I said I just ordered it and meanwhile I took my car apart to put the part in, But they was like sike! “We don’t got it.” I said ok Gn.

The man in the front is a striaght thief, I went in to buy light bulbs to replace the burnt out ones and as he rang me up on the checkout counter he added light bulb greese without telling me I was being charge for it. He made it sound as if it was free. I’m disputing this transaction

I needed a new battery, so I made the mistake of coming here. A guy named Alex helped me pick out a new battery. He said, " once you bring the old battery back, you won't get the core charge refunded , but we recycle it for you. " I wasn't sure if this information was correct, but I went with it at first. Then I asked him to install the new battery, and he responded, " well if it has rust or any corrosion we cannot install it." I explained to him that I purchased my last battery from them which also had a little corrosion and they simply cleaned it and installed it. He refused to install. So rather than spend $150 for their battery, I went down the street to Auto Zone, and they installed the new battery with no problem and cleaned the terminals. Professional installation has always been included . I got the feeling that Alex is more inclined to help a certain demographic.

I wish I could give this more than five stars give them about a hundred maybe 200 they have a very good company well-oiled machine as they say so I would recommend for men and women can go there you can call him up and order parts and still get them if call you and let you know when they have it it isn't all around efficient Company

Although they didn't have the part we needed, we received excellent service and professional recommendations. The staff was ready to assist us, open to discussion, but not overbearing.

Great knowledgeable service. Gives you the feeling of actually being in an Auto Parts store rather than a retail store. They will get you anything. Great prices on hard to find parts. No place better to shop. Highly recommend
