WAY TOO EXPENSIVE FOR THE MEDIOCRE WORK THEY DO. CHARGED ME 900 DOLLARS FOR A STEER TIRE THAT WASN'T BALANCED; MISSING/IGNORING A LEAKY HUB SEAL. CHARGED ME 2OO DOLLARS FOR DIAGNOSTIC; EVEN WHEN WORK WAS NOT PERFORMED. CHARGED ME 300 PLUS (FORGOT THE EXACT AMOUNT) DOLLARS FOR THE ELECTRIC LINE TO THE TRAILER. THE SHYT ONLY COST 92 DOLLARS, AT BEST AT ANY KENWORTHS. PINION SEAL STARTED LEAKING AGAIN A MONTH AFTER THEY HAD "FIXED" IT (OVER $1200)... PAID FOR THE (DEF) FILTERS TO BE CHANGED; THAT TOO WASN'T DONE; BUT WAS STILL CHARGED. IF I DIDN'T HAVE NOTHING BETTER TO DO, I WOULD HAVE TAKEN HIM TO COURT. I WILL NOT BE GOING THERE AGAIN AND YOU SHOULDN'T EITHER, UNLESS YOU LIKE PAYING THROUGH THE ROOF FOR SHODDY WORK...

Traveling through area and had brake issues, they got me in right away, checked all brakes and found master cylinder had a problem. Bill spent a over an hour finding a replacement. Got me all fixed up, now I can stop on a dime . Thanks Bill, you guys are great.

This guy is a straight up crook. Over priced back. 125/hr shop rate total robbery! Charges for diagnostics even when doing the work! Truckers beware of this scum bag!
This guys is a COMPLETE JERK HE’s never sure about how anything except the CRAZY PRICE HE’s gonna charge you. For a job that would take only an 1h 30 min if you are not an experienced mechanic he charge me 300 just to have me follow him to his shop. $700 in labor rate 125prh 100 for the 1 part= hose $ 120 for paying with a credit card... total rip-off TOTAL RIPOFF FOR A FUEL LINE.? NEVER NO MATTER HOW LITTLE THE JOB IS DO NOT COME TO THIS GUY BUSINESS.
I have had a buisiness relationship with Bill for over 4 years and he is my “go to” for auto care outside of warranty service. He just did my brakes and rotors quickly and for much less than I was quoted when the issue was brought to my attention out of state.
I trust this guy so much I sent my wife to him a few weeks ago because her Explorer wasn’t starting consistently and I was out of town. Once she got it to him he took one look and just tightened the leads, which were loose because someone at advanced auto didn’t do their job. My wife knows Nothing about cars and he could have easily sold her a battery and installation/disposal service as I am sure many dishonest mechanics would have. But my wife was in and out in 5 mins with a $0 charge.
Bill is an honest mechanic and I would go out of my way to have him work on my vechicles.
Do not come here. They will try to bend you over! No one comes to a mechanic to have them "guess" the problem and then tell you "everything" is wrong. Very poor place that is ran by crooks.
This owner is really**** Rip ****off, please don't go there, he doesn't know anything and take a advantages, I had an issue with battery was week I went to this shop because it was only 2 miles from me
I had to change 1 battery and front brake pad only. The job spouse to to take 2 hrs I had to spent 9 hrs and it was not done end of the day he made a bill of 1200.00 job was even done yet want me to pay b4 even finish the job. He told me come tomorrow I called police they didn't do anything I been told come in morning 8am truck should be ready I had to cancel the load police told me it's business matter they can't do anything I can go to civil court , I had to take cab to hotel next morning we went to shop to pick up the truck he only changed 1 battery and 1 side front brake till 4:30 pm we have to spent another whole day for 1 battery and 1 break when when I asked for 2nd break pad he said he can't change it I will need callaper now it was 1325.00. I requested for just leave it like that don't change anything I was not satisfied for the job and services. Bottom line I have pay for jobs $1200.00 for 1 battery I had to cancel load. 2 days we were sitting, plus hotel and cab cost. He wants to charge you b4 job get done.
My truck broke down on hwy, bills truck repair was the closest one. The owner, Bill is a dishonest person, who doesn't know much about his job. He gave me estimate of around 5 thousand for the repair and promised to get the job done in 2 days. I spent over a week in that small NJ town. Bill couldn't fix my truck, when I refused to pay he just took my truck into his shop and wouldn't give it back. I called police, but the police was not able to do anything, they just told me to go to civil court. I did not have any other choice but to pay that ridiculous bill for the job which was not done. When I gave him my debid card, Bill refused to take it and insisted on cash only. I called uber and went to chase bank which was 8 miles away to get cash. Never ever come to his shop to get service, unless you wanna be ripped off like me.
I've been dealing with Bill, professionally, for my company's fleet for about 3 years. PM's, diagnostics, repairs, emergency roadside service, everything...he's always a call or text away. He even helped advise me and my company when it was time to purchase a used unit as well as 2 new units. He was aware that the new units would be dealer maintained and still took the time to help point us in the right direction. Good guy, fair prices, quick service and turnaround...give Bill a call.
I went to them 3 times because they were closest to me. And...They over charge for eveything..Every time I went there he would give me an estimate, then change it to more and say it was more work than he estimated..if u go there bring ur wallet and expect to pay. Also they will only fix what I complain about. The engine could be hanging and they will ignore it till it breaks down..Sorry...just sharing my experience..never going back!
I used Bill's services today for a small trailer I needed towed off my work property. He was quick with responses which means a lot in my book. He worked it out with his guys so they could take the trailer the same day I called. Thank you!
I manage a fleet for a local construction supply company and deal with Bill & company almost on a daily basis and have nothing but good things to report. Customer service is excellent and the work is quality. We lean on Bill a good bit for everything from simple PM's to emergency road calls and he always gets us back up and running. Give 'em a call!
My husband owns Zags trucking. He was on his way from out of state when his truck broke down. He called several places and the only one that he was able to reach was bills trucking service. He was stuck on the NJ turnpike about an hour away. Bill himself answered the phone and was out to my husband in a little over an hour. He towed his truck back to the shop. Turns out it was a few simple things. Starter, fuel pedal and 2 fuel relays. His truck was up and running the next day and all at a very fair price. Thank you bill for getting my husband and his truck home safe! We both highly recommend you and will always use you in the future.
My company name is AC TRansport inc,I want to say something about this business,my truck had a problem becouse not wanted start,I called then to see what is the problem,I asked to the secretary for the rate for the road service,she told me $ 125.00 per hour,I said yes,the guy got to my truck in 20 minute,he checked my truck around 20 more minute and he told me we need towing to the shop with his own towing truck and charge $ 350.00 I said ok,my truck got the shop and he had my truck in the shop for 9 hour checking the problem charging $ 100.00 per hour,first thing in the morning he said is the ECM ,Bill the owner told me the ECM is $ 2000.00 and 250.00 flach the ecm,I got the ecm in freightliner for $1336.00,
at the end he charged me $ 2326.00 ,9 hour labor to say the ecm is bad $ 900.00,$ 400.00 for 1 hour road service,$ 350.00 towing,$ 225.00 to check the acm,$ 250.00 to flask the ecm,and $ 152.00 for two senson he replaced
The owner,Bill is the dishonest,arrogant and liar,he keep my truck all day at there to charge me $ 900.00 for something that another mechanic can find it in 1 or 2 hour
I m owner of 10 truck and I know how hard we need work for some stupid person wants steal our money

I'm from Texas and i broke down 55 miles away from Bill's Truck Services on 3/27/15 I speak with BILL the owner of this Shop and next day Bill give me a estimate of $5000 on a job on my 1999 freightliner and I'm ok with that amount but four days later when he finish the job his secretary give me a $9000 invoice and the person of Bill never appeared on the shop to give me a explanation for why he don't tell me BEFORE put hands on my truck. And mechanics forget put a nut on the right rear wheel , this place is terrible (Sorry for my bad spelling).
I called Bills Truck Service for road work. Bill arrived at my break down in record time. I appreciate that he had not left me sitting on the side of the road on the hot summer day. He quickly had me up and running with out a tow job. Highly recommend !!! I Will use them again !! Zimmerman & Sons Scrap Metal
