Called for a part for a 2020 Mitsubishi outlander sport & they told me it’s too new for a junkyard which doesn’t make sense cause any car can end up in a junkyard for one reason or another. Right after I called 2 other junkyards & they both had it. Definitely was better when it was blacey’s
I called and was given excellent phone customer service. I showed up on a Sunday and was greeted with helpful staff. The two men there are knowledgeable and helpful. They have great prices. Tje You puck yard is well organized. I highly recommend this auto parts business.
This business is also known as RTX Recycling LLC. Whatever parts you buy from this place, make sure you pull out your self, I paid them $214 for a transmission removal and come to find out when installing they sawed off a bolt on the torque converter which is no longer any good. I contacted them and all I rcvd was a sorry and basically tuff luck instead of refunding at least the cost for the removal, first time last time purchasing anything from this business.
Had what I needed and plenty of selection. Very nice U-pull yard. Prices were a little high but they gotta make some money too so i get it. The “tax” they charge was some BS. I dont support that. With that being said it was overall a good experience and I will come back, I would just like to see that secret surcharge of tax go away, puts a bad spin on the business, after all tax, on a cash only lot doesn’t add up
They posted a Mercury '99 on Facebook. They confirmed they had it. Not only that, I called the day before to MAKE SURE they had it. When I arrived, after TWO HOURS driving, they said they didn't have it. So they don't do the job of checking even when you call. What a waste of time. Do yourself a favor and don't come here
My last visit selling scrap metal was very difficult and slow with the new owners. I appreciate their hours but Ill avoid going back after that experience.
I went to the place last week.they have big inventory very helpful employees. I would recommend all just try there if you need any used auto parts. Thanks again to autohub staff for helping me to find the parts.
