I cant express how great this place is. Carlos walked me through every thing that was done vs just getting a bill to pay. As this was being explained Koz also walked in to check progress. I then got a email from Carlos asking to follow up and gave great recommendations. Great experience, really knowledgeable and experts in BMWs. The little personal touches made my X5 repair a great experience.
Been using Koz a few times now for everything BMW related. He's quick, honest and gives a fair price.

Great experience at Koz's today! Carlos was able to diagnosis and solve my bmw issue with ease, had a battery in stock because I needed a new one and changed my oil quickly and efficiently! My last bmw guy closed and it's so hard to find a new place that services them! Koz's will be my new go-to!
Had my E39 front passenger window regulator replaced. John's a BMW Master tech and knows what he's doing. If you have an older BMW with little issues like these go to him. Had me in and out in an hour at a fair rate.
Paid 2k to have coilovers installed and an axel replaced all for them to forget to tourque my caliper bolts correctly causing my tire to blow. The initial issue was fixed but now there's another problem to be delt with. Definitely wouldn't recommend. Go to a dealership.

I called on phone about my car dude said bring it in two weeks im like cool.soon i get there dude didnt even want to look at my car. Told me 4 different reasons why he couldn't without even looking at my. And thy Said they was going call me (didn't) had my car for a month even though i could afford the repair cost. 9 mechanic shops said they was the best and the best told me to go down the street to the BMW dealership..
I had to get a tire repaired. Getting the tire repaired was fine, but instead of sitting there reading some car magazine I didn't care about, the guy behind the counter had a conversation with me. Rare these days. Would go to again

Gave me a total quote for a starter of $650 multiple times. When I came to get my car it was $795! Failed to tell me about the tax and extra charge of $61! That’s not my biggest issue. My car came back with a dented door and scuffs and when I called to complain of course he denied the damage which I clearly know was not there! Never again!!!!
Avoid at all costs. I’m no mechanic but I am mechanically inclined and have done most of my own work for years. I brought a 10’ 335i to koz and asked him to replace my valve cover gasket. Prior to me bringing it in two of the valve cover bolts had snapped (should’ve replaced the bolts as well but hindsight is 20/20). In addition I wanted him to change my oil filter housing gasket. 1300 later, there is a sea of leftover oil around my supposedly new spark plus causing two misfires. The plugs are fouled due to sheer laziness. Next: the coolant outlet hose going into the filter housing was snapped either upon install or removal of the housing. When I got a low coolant indicator I topped off the coolant figured change in temperature no biggie, within a few minutes coolant is spraying all over my car like a fire hose. Of course Koz denies any of this being his fault and now I’m under the same car I didn’t want to be under working on the same problems. Take it to a real professional or just do it yourself. Two thumbs way down.
Called them stating I needed an oil pan gasket. They said it was uncommon and put my car on the lift before having me pay for unnecessary repairs. I had just got the car (2nd bmw) and they showed me around some of the electronics, was awesome. Person who did my repair owns a variant of the car I own and was very familiar with it. I do most of my mechanic work, but when I don't this is where I will be going. A+. Charged me less as it had been easier than anticipated, who else would do that for you?
This was my 2nd visit to this shop and will be my last. The first time I went there to get a oil change and they seemed knowledgeable about BMW so I went to them the second time to look for my BMW in addition to the oil change service. I asked them to look at my brakes to see what was causing the grinding sound. Told them that maybe it could've been the brake pad. I don't think they even bother to look at my car when they saw that the brake pad thickness was still usable. They recommended a tune up and said that BMW generally make that stop. If anything BRAKE HARDER. I told his advice and BRAKE HARD every time for a week until my friend rode with me and took a look at my car, it turned out that I needed to replace my rotor....
I'm a BMW owner and I recently visited Koz auto repair shop, and received excellent care. He has vast knowledge with BMW. His staff is professional, they explain what would be done and did the work in a timely fashion. I am a customer for life with Koz auto repair shop. I will give him five stars keep up the good work guys.
I absolutely love Koz BMW! Being a young woman I never felt uncomfortable bringing my car to Koz. He will explain what was done, in many cases physically show me parts that have been removed and replaced, and in all cases service was fast and professional! This place is trusted, with great service! As long as I have a BMW they have me as a customer!
Koz's is the best when it comes to BMW. He has years of experience working and owning BMWs. He had my e28 back on the road in about 10 minutes with a spare ECU he had and hooked me up with a few items I may need. These cars are clearly a passion of his and he knows them inside and out. If you own a BMW this should be your first stop if you need repairs or tuning. No BS.
Thanks to Koz & his crew I was able to enjoy many years of trouble free ownership of an older 1987 325e 5sped. I purchased it with 125,000 miles on it & sold it with around 325,000 or more. Yes sold it! It ran that good. When it had 288,000 he suggested to swap it out with another & even helped me find the same year in the convertible. Only I missed it. Mine was the four door.
