Showed up on a cold weekday morning in need of a battery replacement. They took me right in. Fast friendly service. I was on the road in no time. The shop was busy but they gave this new customer the same courtesy and service as if I’d been with them for years. I’ll be back.

Service was great, Todd was great! I got to the shop around 7:50 AM and was out by 8:05 AM. I didn't make an appointment but surprisingly, I was the first one there since they open at 7:30 AM. Todd had me in and out and he's the one that worked on my car. I didn't see any other workers in there at the time so he may've been the only one there. But he was friendly and easy to talk to and knows a lot about cars. I will be taking my car there from now on. Thanks Todd!

Wonderful experience at Monro in Medford, NJ. Todd provided an alternate option for tires which I ended up liking better than my original choice (which was not immediately available). The team treated my car very carefully. Everyone was just fantastic. I am a repeat customer.

One tire kept leaking air. The techs looked at it right at the appointment time and took only 15 minutes to find and fix the problem. What a great team here!

Great value and terrific service. We were driving to FL and wanted everything checked out, which they did. Tip: if you're scheduled to wait, call before you go. Sometimes prior appointments go longer than expected and they get backed up.

I called and scheduled an appt for my battery to be changed giving them my car information to assure they had my battery in stock at the time of my appt. I was given a cost quote at that time. When I arrived for my appt. I was told they didn't have my battery in stock but could get one in about an hour amd proceed. I agreed and left my car there. I was never called and notified of any progress. When I returned my car was up on the oil change ramp and no one was working on it. I was told it was ready and then charged $100 more than quoted price. I disputed that was not the price I was quoted and he responded yeah that's the price if we had your battery in stock but we didn't. I reminded him that I called the day before my appt day to ensure they would have my battery in stock at that time and he responded thst their computer showed they had one but he couldn't find it. So their mistake cost me $100. Then he tells an employee with obvious anger issues to pull my car out. She proceeds to do so while in the middle of having a temper tantrum because she list a tool. She then very rapidly backs my car out and down a ramp causing a loud bang.. I expressed concern at that time about how she handled my car but was dismissed. I then proceed to drive home and now my car has a strong pull to the right ....which was not present when I drive my car to them. I came home and called numerous times but no one answered the phone. I left a message for the manager that was not returned. The nect day i brought my car back and was told nothing they could have done includ8ng slamming my car to the ground coming off the ramp could have caused my alignment issue. I took my car to another company that checked my car and my right front alignment was off as well as the under cover in that corner had been broke loose. They fixed my alignment and secured my under cover. I cannot express enough how unsatisfied I am with this business and my experience with them!

Made an 11:30 appointment for an oil change,never got done till 12:50. There was an open bay when I got there but car never taken till almost 12:30. No at front desk to greet anything had to go almost into bay before someone saw me, same thing happened to two other gentleman when they came in. The young man who did greet me & sign me in & out was every polite & he did help one of gentleman who needed a quick fix. Will find another place for oil changes in the future.

Absolutely great shop and staff. Woke up to a flat on a Saturday morning and they had it fixed by noon. Same day service on a pre-holiday weekend is above and beyond. Thank you for great service!

The service was good but my experience was not good at all. I called the main number and made a 8:00 appointment The woman offered an oil change for $49 which I agreed to. When I arrived for my appointment they told me the mechanic would not be in until 9:00. They told me that the answering service does not represent the shop. When they finished they charge me $99 for the oil change. Again they told they could could not honor the answering service

Stopped in to get a tire repaired because my usual shop is not open on a Saturday asked one of the three guys behind the counter if they had time to plug my tire in which the one fellow said yeah if you take it off and bring it in we can have it done for you later today.So a tire shop cannot take your tire off and fix it?then I said okay so how much will that cost and he said around $50,so I'm guessing the manager wasn't there today and the three guys sitting around didn't want to work...just a guess.

This place sucks. Called 2 days prior and made an appointment for tire rotation and alignment….truck was here for 2.5 hours and all they did was rotate the tires. The excuse was that I made the appointment with the call center and they dont communicate with the shop…what’s the point of making an appointment?? Last time I was here it took 1.5 hours to change a battery. Will it be back.

Front desk rep was rude and definitely didn't want to be there doing his job. When calling for a price for a tire fix, I was told to come in for a price to be determined. As soon as I walked in, the front desk rep had no care to even want to deal with me, I had nobody wanting to even look at the issue with my tire yet gave me an absurd price "if they attempted to fix it." Therefore, I just drove away with no service being done. I didn't come in there hostile or with any attitude whatsoever but will never ever give this place any business in the future. The most absurd customer service from the guy at the front desk that I've ever experienced.

I had to yell in the garage bay for someone to help me. They changed my oil right away which was great. They never rotated my tires or gave me a free brake check.

They were amazing! They pulled a nail from my tire and did not charge me anything. Highly recommend! Great staff. Everyone was upbeat and helpful!!!

Called for appointment to repair a tire that had a nail in the tread. 2 tires right passenger and rear tire had a nail. Charged $45 a tire for inside patch...reasonable. next day the Right front tire was flat. Was told possibly needs a new tire (tire has 5000 miles on it) instead of perhaps the patch failed. Used a tire sealer that came with the car inflator. So far the tire is holding air. The mechanic tracked dirt & grease onto the carpet mat leaving it filthy. No, I will not return to this location.

My son chose to bring his Subaru to the Medford Monro for squealing brakes, mainly based on their Google ratings and because we've been looking for new local mechanics. Todd, Jaiden and the team did not disappoint. Getting an appointment was easy, everyone on site was super friendly, and they completed the work fast. We knew the car needed rear pads so they replaced those. That got rid of most of the noise but not all of it, so we brought it back and they took care of it, no questions asked. We'll be bringing our other cars here from now on.

I selected tires and made an appointment online days ago. I have a trip coming up so I wanted to ensure they'd be done. I arrive bright and early only to be told that while my appointment and tires i selected are in the system, the site shows every avaliable tire in the warehouse but they dont actually send the tires youve selected to the store for your appointment. And NOW have to be special ordered to come in next week. They had my number, surely could have let me know. Complete waste of time. I won't be back.

I sent new tires here from tire rack to get installed. Making the appointment was easy and once I got there everyone was friendly. It seemed fine at first. I even paid less than the online quote for installation. One of the tires I was having replaced was newer so I asked for it to be placed in my trunk instead of recycled. I asked two people and clarified three separate times that this would be done. I didn’t think to check before I left, but as soon as I got home I realized they did not leave me the tire like I asked. I immediately called and they said I could come pick it up before it was trashed if I wanted but at that point it would have been a waste of my time to drive back. Then a month later I took my car to the dealership for an oil change and they told me 3 out of 4 of my tires were actually installed incorrectly and I would need to take it back to be fixed. They were able to switch them around pretty quickly. However, at the end my car just sat outside for 5 mins while I waited in the lobby with no worker to be seen. I had to finally walk around the building to find someone with my keys so I could leave. I will not be bringing my car back here.

Fixed electrical issue for my Chevy cruise and did so in 4 hours or so. Was very professional and appear to have fixed an issue the dealer was unable to address after much effort and expense. Thanks!

I was asked to share some feedback, so here it goes... Not sure what happened but service has gone way down hill. 2 cars came in with real issues and they chose to not check it and tell me "nothing is wrong" The sad part was I knew what was wrong with both and wanted Monroe to fix because I USED to trust them. Now, they lost me and my family as customers due to the lack of care. If i give you my car and say "its driving wrong something is off. When i drive this happens and that happens." I expect my mechanic to DRIVE and feel for the issue. Nope, he chose to tell me "nothing is wrong". Wheel bearing and hubs, rotors and breaks. Thats what was wrong. 2nd car - Told them "car is louder than usual" same mechanic said "thats how the car should sound" it was an exhaust leak sir. Quiet cars do not sound loud unless there is an issue. So there, removing the good mechanics and putting in these lazy workers whod rather let us drive off the lot with a broken car was their biggest mistake.

The customer service is terrible. I called to see if they have a specific tire in stock. You could hardly understand her. She would not give me an answer and said you can talk to the service manager. But I then said “I just want to see if you have a tire in stock for soon instead of waiting”. She said that the next appointment is tomorrow and started to ask for information. YOU DID NOT ANSWER THE QUESTION I ASKED!! I now have no desire to go here. You lost a customer and 1300 bucks in tire sales. Great job.

The shop was super nice, getting us in as an emergency fix after we had a flat. My little girl is going to camp 30 minutes away, equalling 2 hours of driving every day. I was really scared to spend that much time driving on 295 and Route 70 with a spare that was in the trunk forever. The technicians were fast and efficient and really nice. Thanks! We'll be back!

I give them less than one star if I could. Brought my car in for an oil change to find out why my tire was leaking air and to fix a light. I think my oil was changed. They never fixed my tire and they didn't fix my light. I called four and a half hours after I brought my car in for an update to see how much longer it was going to be. He went to go.Find the manager which I didn't ask for and I was told that they would call me back they were busy. No problem.I never got a phone call.I want to go pick my car up.Or at least see if they were almost done at four thirty and they were closed. Granted , it was fourth of july , but if that was going to be a problem in their hours were different , it would have been nice if they acknowledged that when I dropped my car off. Never called to talk to me about anything with my car and I like I said, I showed up.The place is closed. I went in the next day.They charged me a hundred and twenty dollars for oil change ridiculous. The kid didn't find anything wrong with my tire.But yet it continues to leak air and they didn't even have the courtesy to put any air in it for me.I have to take it to wawa up the street with twenty pounds of air in it. And they never fixed my light. Like what did they do with my car for 6 hours?And then I found out that they left my keys in the car overnight. They took my keys out of my hand the second day that I went there and then when I asked for my second set at keys back they asked they said it didn't make sense that they had 2 sets of keys.Well it did cause I explained to them that I went and picked my car up the day before because you never called me and I kinda needed my car. That's when I found out but my keys were actually in my car outside and they're unlocked a lot. Do not take your car here.Total incompetency never went over any prices with me.My bed, I'll ask next time.They kept my car all day and did a quarter of the work that they were supposed to do. Kid said he couldn't find anything wrong with my tire.But yet it continues to leak air every day. Instead of the manager facing my annoyance, he drove the kid in to make him answer the questions that the manager quite frankly should have handled.That's why you're the manager. Do not bring your car here

Wish I could give 0 stars. Took my jeep in for a tire and an alignment. Simple enough right? Wrong! Tire wasn’t matched up and the alignment was never done. Due to the negligence of this shop, it ended up costing me an additional $2400 to fix the damage that was done to my vehicle while in this shop. Called the owner and he was to get back to me now it’s been almost two months and nothing!! I am beyond disgusted with this place. Word of advice avoid this place at ALL costs!

Took my Jeep there to get a new thermostat and they butchered the work unbeknownst to me. Went back a month later to get a catalytic converter replaced a they drilled out the old bolts so far that they pierced my water jacket and damaged the frame. Then they wanted me to pay for an engine out repair to fix a problem they created. I had them stop work, took my Jeep to another place that fixed all the problems they created with their shoddy work and my original problems of the catalytic converter and butchered thermostat. I have been in contact with Monro corporate but they are giving me the runaround as well to get restitution for the damages THEIR shop created. Avoid these shops at all costs. I have 2 mechanics who fixed my jeep saying that what they did to my engine is nothing short of negligent. Just hope I don’t have to take them to court to be made whole. Cannot recommend this shop.

I have been using this Medford location for about 5 years now. They are so easy to work with and also fit me in for an oil change when I call. Last week I was having trouble with my tire sensors and they did everything they could to fix it. We had to order parts and it took a village but we got it done. I am so thankful for them getting it fixed and working around my schedule. Shout out to Todd for taking my trouble car in 3 times for that light !
