Had a great experience with Elmer’s Auto Body! Adam was very nice and super communicative throughout the whole process, and they worked really well with me. I’m very pleased with the work and the final outcome. They even cleaned my car before giving it back, so it came back cleaner than when I dropped it off 😂 Highly recommend!
I had a mishap with my Model S Plaid as s piece of a ripped tire hit my bumper and damaged it. Adam was really really amazing as he understood i cannot be without the car for more than 2 days and fixed my car as a priority. Adam also gave me a good price for the repairs. I would highly highly recommend this place if you ever need any body work for your cars and especially Teslas.
Brought my 2024 Subaru here based on recommendation from Subaru - it’s one of the few Subaru Certified Collision Centers in south Jersey. Adam was great, excellent communication, car looks and drives like new. Highly recommend.
Excellent experience. Roy and Walt explained everything clearly and answered all questions. They even put in extra effort to help me with other car issues that their shop didn't handle (e.g. windshield repair). My 22 year old car looks brand new after having had a run-in with a guardrail. The total charge was less than the initial estimate which I appreciate.
They were a pleasure to work with, and it was an added plus to be able to use a local, family-owned business.
My husband found Elmer’s randomly because my Tesla needed body repair due to being rear ended. Everyone there was kind and helpful. They did everything they could to make this situation as easy as possible. The staff even fixed my little door dent that was not part of the rear ending. They washed my car and returned it after all of the work was done. They even cleaned my floor mats! I was very excited about that. I would recommend them to anyone however, I hope that I do not have to see them again. I like my car being in one piece.
My husband’s car needed some body work after hitting a deer (the deer ran off without even asking if he was ok). I’m so glad we went with Elmer for our work. I scratched my 2021 Porsche Cayenne on my garage wall. I was devastated when it happened so I called Elmer's to see what they can do. After scheduling with Adam I realized I had nothing to worry about. Adam looked out for me and made the process painless. I highly recommend this body shop.

I spoke to Adam I had a few questions on a car that’s not even at there facility he went more than above and beyond to help me. He understood me being a female and not just pushing me away. I sent pictures he took him time to look at, as well as making calls for me on top of that so my INS company does not total a drive able truck due to a hole in the side. Like I told him needs two tires and I can drive it off the lot. I gave him numbers on were the insurance wants to be at, and advised me to call or he would go out of his way to call me back. For any managers there I run a district and his customer service is a ten plus and deserves a raise, you don’t find kind people in the customer service industry like that anymore, I work it live it and breathe it everyday. I was unable to get the opportunity to use Elmer's, due to how unprofessional their employee Adam Cox is. Does not call people back, does not provide updates, and makes excuse after excuse for his unprofessional behavior. Unfortunately for Elmer's they have a person like this working for them.
They did a great job repairing my car and working with the insurance company. They arranged my rental car. The whole process was easy. Adam and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I have been to several auto body shops but I was unhappy with the quality of work. I will definitely be going back to Elmers in the future. My car looks great!
I like the small places in this world that still value AND exude that Small Town feel. I am happy with that feel. Elmer's has a good bit of that. It would have been a 5 STAR rating from me, if they did better with one aspect....if they had actually called ME back each time they said they would. Unfortunately...I always had to call them, really odd is how that felt to me.
...Ahem, ahem...Communication is Paramount, #1 in all service industries performance reviews when the customers have their SECOND LARGEST PURCHASE IN LIFE in your hands for revival and rebuilding. Maybe they really were just, so super busy...they couldn't...I don't know. They did an excellent job with the repair, however, two significant Hi-Tech aspects they overlooked required more analysis and addressing post delivery which resulted in more downtime but the perseverance was truly appreciated and all was ironed out in the end. Real kudos to their techs for sticking with it and tackling everything. They also answered the questions I had for them on all things going forward. Very good result, and no after market junk parts used. Like I said the B+ would have been an A+ except for that 5% of the process.... communication which is crucial...please Take note.
This is long overdue. I went there a few months ago and was very pleased with my service here. Impeccable customer service from the initial phone call to every update about my car. They handled everything! Would definitely recommend.

Dan & his crew are amazing!!! They truly are amazing at what they do and are sure to make you more than pleased with the results! It’s not so often that you find businesses as kind and caring as they are! I was recommended to them by multiple people and now i also highly recommend them! Faster repairs than anywhere else and much more reasonably priced!!
I had narrowed down my choice to repair & paint to my car with two choices. Have visited both facilities and staff found both were worthy of fixing my car. Elmer Auto Body offered to have repairs/panting the next day and to have it done the following day. My other choice was wait a week and 4 days to complete the job at a 34% higher cost. Dan and the company did a first class repair, in a timely and professional manner (even wash the car). I have plans to return with a few issues to be painted. Highly recommend!
