I found my new go to auto service the owner is super nice, direct to the point and tells you all you need to make your car running smoothly, they fixed my car in couple of hours no hassle at all!! One of the worst customer service experience. The shop is also very small and they cannot process more than one car at a time. You will end up waiting for hours
I have being using K Auto for more than 10 years. It used to be 5 star device. But I think a few years ago they hired a young kid for doing minor maintenance like oil change. And the quality of service got worse significantly!!!
He broke my car! Yes he did.
He did oil change on my car twice. For the first time, I thought he made a mistake by putting too little oil. My car started making strange noise before it hits 5000 miles after the oil change so I brought it there for oil change. Not a big deal.
But second time, he put so little oil in my car (no leakage) that my car stopped in the middle of highway!!!! My daughter was sitting on the backseat!
I didn’t know what happened until I brought it to the different mechanic and found out that there was no oil in my car!!!
Nothing!
I bring my car to oil change regularly but just 2 times this guy changed my oil, my car is totally destroyed! And I put my child in danger!!!!
I really trusted the guys who worked there before but now I can’t bring my car there anymore. Please do not bring your car to this place. They have to fire this guy.
Best mechanics and auto services shop in the area. Everyone here is knowledgeable and friendly. Came in for an inspection today, and they handled it quickly. They took my car right away. The sticker was stuck because my windshield is tinted and they spent 15 minutes scraping it off completely. They also charged me half of what other shops in the area charge. Don't go anywhere else! A+
People at K auto are the best mechanics around. They have YEARS of experience, are efficient, quick, honest. They don't waste a minute and they are happy people. They have been our family's mechanics for more than 10 years and they have been nothing but professional, sincere and complete. They can be trusted and are dependable. I'd like to go there whenever needed.

I’ve been going to k auto service for five years now and I’ll never go to another mechanic! Mr Kim and his entire team is amazing and incredibly efficient. The best part about Mr kim is hes honest and fair, he isn’t trying to overcharge you or sell you something you don’t need. Truly the best mechanic around!
Had reason to uneventfully use the shop a couple of times during the last year, inspection and brakes. Went back for inspection today and was treated disrespectfully. I have no idea why, but when I inquired as to the reason, the person I was speaking to acted as though there was a language issue involved. Not so.
Will not be going back, have no reason to abide racism from anyone.

Great service, customer service, and automotive knowledge. They are almost always busy though, so I would recommend calling ahead.
Update - still consistent, quality service
Rare breed of auto mechanic. My brake sensor came on because the previous mechanic did not install my calipers correctly. Came to K Auto Service to get a second opinion while I get my oil changed. Mr. Kim took a look at the pads, saw that they still had several thousand miles left, and knew exactly what the problem was. I left the car with him for a few hours while he aligned the calipers properly. When I came back, he just charged me for the oil change! He could have easily charged me for a diagnosis fee + labor (which I was ready to pay), but he just nonchalantly said - it was a quick fix... just come back when you have to change your brakes. Such a cool guy... Not only will I go back for my brakes, but for everything my car needs!
This is by far one of the best repair shops I have stumbled upon. Mr. Kim always pays attention to my concerns. He even goes for a ride with me if I hear noises from my car to properly diagnose the problem himself. He's very fairly priced, meticulous in his work and honest. Super nice person and always makes time for my car and makes sure it's safe for me to drive. I always recommend people to go here. You won't be disappointed!
The owner of this mechanic shop is a honest, straight-forward man. He test-drives and determines things that needs attention right away and things that can wait. He NEVER tries to nickel and dime you. Last time I visited he tries to give me discount over discount I had to refuse and pay him for his time and service!
They did a really good job. First time here and will likely be my go-to spot in the area. They focused heavily on the interior - the amount of dog hair they got out was impressive.
I’ve been going to this auto shop for a number of years now and they provide excellent service. However, what stands out to me as a customer and that I value the most is their sincerity. I had taken my car to the dealership for service and I was given a list of things that had to be fixed $$$. I decided to take the car for a “second opinion” and Mr. Kim reviewed the paper and said out of all the items just one is needed (it was a minor fix and very reasonable $). I highly recommend this shop.
The owner of this repair shop is very honest, knowledgeable, repaired only what I needed with fair price. He said I just needed break pads, Not whole assemblie that I was quoted from other place.
