Beautiful trucks, quality vans and the team there are very professional. I have important multiple vehicles at this location. No dealership can’t compare. I recently bought a 2019 Ford transit and a 2013 F1.50 for my crew from start to finish. I can’t complete finance Was quick with no pressure. Both Hector and Anthony handled the whole situation. Professionally, I will continue buying vehicles there. There is a reason why that dealership is always busy. It’s because they treat their customers right? We have some crazy used car dealerships on 46 in little ferry & south Hackensack, but here is where you buy a good used car!! Funny how they replied on my review to make themselves feel better: ROYALTY AUTO SALES INC (Owner) 2 hours ago 1 star Diana after you bought the truck 3 months ago and put 5000 miles on the vehicle but thats not the problem the real problem is you never made first payment to the bank and they canceled your loan for no payment made so at this point the vehicle is in your possession with no loan, at this point we still try to help you and get another loan and we did but you still were not happy because it would have cost you more money due to your credit keep in mind through out this whole time i said to you just bring back the truck and cancel the deal because you never paid in 3 months and when you tried it was to late,,funny how the reviews on other dealerships you went to have 1 star from you,,what a shame My reply We’ll first of all I made a payment but it was late because of my financial problems but no one told me that if o didn’t make the payment by the 14 the westlake was going to cancel my loan. I have 2 loan with Honda and if I’m late I get a late fee not where they take the loan. And you sign to the 2 nd loan that’s why they closed it. I had the truck during the time of the first loan and the so called second loan . I got proof I made the payment. Too bad I can’t post a pic here. I gave out 5 stars to people who deserved it. I just don’t let people guck me over.

I bought a pick up there and finance through westlake finance and was told the payment was due on the 4, well I couldn’t make the first payment on the 4th and made it on the 19 th after I had told them and was told ok. I was told by Anthony the truck was a buy back so I lost the truck, no one told me if the payment wasn’t made by the 14 this was going to happened . Then Anthony then try to sell me the truck for double he bought it back . He took my 4 ooo I put down on the truck so if I don’t have the vehicle I should get my money back. When he tried to put me in another loan he used that 4 ooo as the down payment but I never sign a new loan and it was closed. This place is a rip off. The truck had no heat or air, broken windshield that was supposed to be fixed. Also couldn’t passed inspection,

I brought a van in May now we have August I’ve been promised everything‘s gonna be fixed right away Front windshield manifold noise in the front noise in the back since then three months I000 miles on the van and was in the shop for 40 days. The warranty they provide covers nothing I fixed the Transmission I have to come up with extra $3000. at the end mechanic did receive penny from the warranty company. In general, this dealer sucks Go somewhere else , not mentioning all brand new tires I have to spend $900 on them and I paid $22,000 for the van , and AC stopped working after thousand miles too

I hate three things: car dealerships, mechanics, and dentists. You usually dread dealing with any of them because of the reputation, the hassle, and the games involved. With dealerships, it’s the pressure, the back-and-forth, the financing tricks, the added fees, and the multiple credit hits that can damage your score. I’m a researcher by nature, so I was intentionally looking for a dealership that didn’t play those games—clean Carfax reports, no hidden fees, solid reviews—and that’s how I found Royalty Auto Sales. They’re about 20 minutes from my house, and I went to check out a 2019 Ford Transit cargo van to help expand my business. When I arrived, the van was clean and in great condition. I met Hector, who gave me the keys and let me test drive it without the usual pressure of having a salesperson in the passenger seat. That was a big plus for me. Driving alone lets you get a better feel for the vehicle and sometimes notice things that a dealer might try to steer you away from—literally. During my test drive, a check engine light came on. When I returned, I spoke to Anthony, another sales rep, and they quickly came out with a scanner to check the code. Despite that issue, I was ready to move forward, and the financing process was incredibly smooth—start to finish took maybe 30 to 40 minutes. No games, no back and forth. Anthony promised they would fix the check engine light properly—not just clear it—and while I was a bit nervous, they absolutely did right by me. A week after my purchase, the van is running great. They were transparent, efficient, and professional. Best of all, there was only one credit inquiry, which I really appreciated. I was worried they’d run my credit through multiple banks like other dealers do, but they didn’t. All in all, I’m extremely satisfied with the service and my purchase. So far so good! I’m still in the process of buying an awesome van for my business. They are taking great care of me and accommodated my budget. Anthony is the nicest guy answered my questions and didn’t make me feel like a dumb woman. I get good honest down to earth vibes. 10 out of 10 definitely will be recommending Anthony and the crew.

Despite I've brought a technician with me, but they still managed to trick me, so many things, but I'll summarize: I bought a 15-seater Ford Transit, the first bench does not belong to this type of vehicle, so part of it was not attached to the base, but the right side was standing on the air, part of the back seats There were no screws because the owner probably lost the screws because he attached the chairs only to sell the vehicle, and because the vehicle was probably used for carpentry, therefore the roof became crooked as a result of the planks that were placed on it, and they are also lucky that they sold it to me when it was still warm and cozy because That's why I didn't notice that they cut off the heating pipe in the car and I had to pay $5,000 to fix it because there was no heating at all, in addition to that the touch screen didn't work, so I installed a new one at best buy. at first they were nice, but when I realized that they started to play with the payment, when They pledged to pay the debt on the car I exchanged with them and they waited a month for me to pay another month of loan repayment, it was unfair, especially since I called every day because I was afraid they would give me exercises, the two partners play the carrot and stick game with the client, one tells you to come And they will take care of you and give you the refund check, you come especially and then the other one says that the partner can't give it to you but has to send it to you by mail, it was just a nightmare to deal with them, by the way when I tried to ask them to fix the heating, Anthony looked in and told me that maybe The fuse is burned, how stupid I feel now when any average technician will tell you that they cut off the heating completely, i told that to Hector and he answered me that he is just a dealer, just buying and selling and he isn't responsible for the car, BTW i was told by an official ford technician that the engine wasn't the original engine of the car, and simply the technician I brought with me only digitally scanned the vehicle and did not actually look inside the vehicle. in summary I'll say that thos people are dishonest people in a good day if not criminals , and the conclusion is that it will not help Bringing a professional with you, but you should always buy only from people you know, there is more to expand but i think that's enough for now. My fiancé and I purchased a Ford Transit back in the end of June. Paid cash after a brief drive and went home. A couple days later there was a God awful sound and we have gone to a mechanic every week since with just issue after issue costing thousands on everything. The truck only has 43k miles and the issues we have should simply not be. We have been met with resistance regarding this truck from Royalty. When asked to speak to the owner we are told he will be back in a month and they hang up. This truck was not what they said we were driving away in. Not in the least. This place does not care about their customers. They loved us on the lot and now won’t even take his call. I wouldn’t recommend this place to to a low life. The treatment and lack of respect is terrible.

The best part about this dealership is they don't try to sell you a car. They immediately make you feel welcome, comfortable, and want to inform you about any vehicle you are potentially thinking about buying. Anthony, Hector, and Gary and true gentlemen and made the purchase of our work van seamless and stress free. Regardless of what our next vehicle is, I will shop again at Royalty Auto Sales. I just purchased a low mileage, super clean 2013 Dodge Challenger at Royalty, and couldn't have had a better experience. Found the car advertised online, and after talking with Hector and Anthony, worked out a fair price, and sealed the deal on my second visit to the lot. The entire process was handled efficiently and professionally.

Fantastic experience! I saw the vehicle I was interested in on their website. When I called, they gave me all the information I requested and were straightforward about the price and mileage. They didn’t pressure me on the phone to schedule an appointment or request any of my personal information before giving me details. I decided to go about half hour later - without making an appointment - and was taken care of right away. I test drove the vehicle and fell in love with it. I also traded in the vehicle I owned at the time and they actually gave me more for it than the maker of the vehicle had offered me for a trade in. They were very friendly and professional. The entire process from test drive to driving off the lot took 1 hour. I was amazed. Prior buying experiences had taken me at least 3 hours each time, with the last one prior to this taking 6(!!!!!) hours. They told me they could get me in and out, and they were true to their word. They were also up front about all the fees (only 2) and were not pushy about adding additional products. They respected my decisions and worked with me to reach terms that were acceptable to me. I am very pleased and would recommend anyone and everyone to go to this dealer. Bonus: as a woman, I felt respected. No rude or inappropriate comments, no talking down or mansplaining from any of the men who assisted me. I felt very comfortable and in control during the entire transaction.
