Editing so it stays on top. They advertised the Lexus as perfect condition, needs nothing. When I arrived and we started the car it was very loud and obviously had a broken exhaust in the middle of the car. The e-brake did not work, the window switches didn’t work, several speakers were blown. I brought it to a mechanic to look underneath and he showed me a major oil leak up front that I regret not photographing, even the alternator was completely soaked in oil. That’ll easily cause the belt to come off and leave the driver stranded. All 4 tires were old and dry rotted. And, even worse, my computer showed that the check engine light/dtcs was cleared just before we got there. Later in the office, I told them I would pay the asking price only if they fix all of these issues. They sell their vehicles “as is”-they were clearly counting on us to not check the car thoroughly. They refused to admit there was anything broken on the car and were hostile and very misleading. This is that used car dealership that will totally screw you if you give them your business. Don’t shop here no matter what. They need to get a different job where they can’t scam people.

Salesman tried to overcharge for a vehicle then we came to deal which was still not even reasonable , they didn’t not have the title for the car. Said they would over night the title if I purchased that day . Very shady, and disingenuous practice. Wasted my time.

I recently encountered a distressing experience while attempting to purchase a car. On Thursday, I reached out to a representative named Manny to express my interest in acquiring a vehicle and requested to speak with the finance manager. Unfortunately, I found it necessary to call Manny back three times before I could receive a return call from the finance manager. During our conversation, I communicated my requirement for an application for corporate financing, yet they appeared to be entirely unfamiliar with the concept. To my surprise, two days later, I received a response from Hanza, the finance manager. He instructed me to complete a credit application online, which I promptly did. Within twenty minutes, I sent him a text to confirm that I had submitted the application, and he acknowledged its receipt. I informed him of my intent to proceed with the purchase of the vehicle that very day, provided he could respond in a timely manner. However, three days have now passed without any further communication. Despite subscribing to credit monitoring services from three different companies, it is evident that my credit report has not even been reviewed. In hindsight, I am grateful that this dealership did not allow me to advance with the purchase. Their lack of responsiveness and apparent disorganization raises concerns about their trustworthiness. It seems they may be either overwhelmed with tasks or lacking the motivation to provide adequate service.

I’m 19 and got my first ride from my guy Manny over at the dealership, he was very helpful and gave us the best prices and deal overall with this entire thing. Very grateful.

They don’t stand by there vehicles paid 7k for a giant paperweight that can’t hold paper that I no now have to junk. The car died after 3 days. They put sludge in the engine so it wouldn’t knock and turned off the dash lights. If you can’t afford it don’t buy from there.

Manny has excellent customer service and listens to his customers!! Insurance is usually $300-$400 for first time drivers, but he got me insurance for less than half of that! I would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from here and especially from Manny. A person who does his job without the stuck up attitude and bullshit. He has something for everyone as long as you talk your price and listen to everything he has to say. His main concern is making the customer happy and I appreciate him helping me purchase my first car.

Two thumbs up to Manny. First time at dealership and received outstanding professionalism. Showed me several vehicles and I ended up buying a used car with no stress at all. Definitely a great place to revisit for my next used vehicle. Thank you again Manny.

I came in and manny was super helpful! Sense of humor was spot on , which made me want two cars . We test drove the car and he was driving as if he was the car very supportive . Thank you! ***Buyers Beware*** If I could give this place no stars... I would. Do not waste your money or time. I had a horrible experience with this dealership (Owner: Ali.. If that is even his real name). I knew purchasing a used vehicle on Rt 46 would be a risk, but I was scammed. The owner placed an ad on Facebook for a car with a clean Carfax. I purchased the car in cash, and the day I picked it up, I realized it was a lemon. First off, the salesman did not complete the minor repairs as promised. I was asked to bring the car to his mechanic. When they returned the car 3 days later, we found the brake handle was still not working properly, so we returned it to the mechanic. After picking up the car and driving down the parkway, the car began to stall, seemingly due to a transmission issue. We took the car once again to the mechanic, and it stalled again. The car stayed at the mechanic for a week and a half as I went on vacation. When I got the car back, two days later this happened again. At this point, I was done and demanded my money back. I went to the dealership and asked the salesman to call the owner. Ali finally arrived, went into his office, and didn’t have the common courtesy to speak to me, let alone apologize. I was given a check for the cash amount but was told I would not get a refund for the new brakes I had paid for. Clearly, he is in the business of scamming customers—a typical money-hungry business owner. ---

Mannie from 5 years ago, who sold my father a Honda back in 2019 at a great price. Everyone within the office is very appealing and forthcoming. When you come here, ask for Mannie. He is a very trustworthy and friendly individual.

Manny was very informative and helpful with the purchase of my first car. Pleasure to work with! He didn’t rush us into buying any car right off the bat and took his time with explaining how everything would work out. Very grateful for him.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CRIMINALS! I got my car from them with a clean Carfax, 1st owner and low mileage. I ASKED TO TAKE THE CAR TO A MECHANIC to check it before buying, but THEY DIDN’T LET ME because "their insurance wouldn't cover". After buying, I discovered that the car had the FRAME COMPLETELY RUSTED, which they knew about it because the car didn't pass the safety inspection (it got pubished in carfax after I bought the car), but there was no mention of it in the offer. UPDATE: You know that I reached out to you and you laughed at me when I said I wanted to cancel the purchase because I had bought the car "as is". You rushed me to sign all the paperwork, then you didn't give the copy of all those papers. Don't play this game. You know you deserve this review!

WARNING - Do not trust this dealer. They added fender flares onto the truck while in their possession (notice the photo from the dealer attached with no fender flare, and then the photo in my possession with fender flare). I discovered soon after purchasing that Pak 1 added them onto the truck in order to cover up severe rusting on both rear fenders. The rust is painted over in red and hard to see in their grainy photos. Knowingly concealing issues that would impact the car's integrity and value is a clear case of DEALER FRAUD. I asked to simply return the vehicle for a refund and they refused. I'll be bringing them to court. Edit: The dealer responded to my review saying I requested the flares be put on - this is 100% a lie. I never requested the flares be put on. They were already installed when I saw it for the first time. They’re removable, so it doesn’t make sense that I would return the truck because I didn’t like how the flares looked. More clear evidence of their deceptive practices.

Beware of this car dealership's unethical practices. They have shown discriminatory behavior towards Hispanic individuals and employ deceptive tactics. It's crucial to thoroughly review any documents before signing, as they may mislead you about the terms, like warranty coverage, to secure a sale. My recent experience with them was highly negative. They falsely assured me of a warranty, and my father, who is a Spanish speaker, was misled into signing away his rights under the guise of warranty documentation.

Just brought my 2013 Ford F150 and I am very pleased with the purchase. The sales guy went the extra mile to make sure the vehicle was good to go. Made sure my oil was changed and checked my brakes. Very pleased with my purchase and will recommend to family and friends.

Yesterday I bought my own very first car. After dealing with a lot of shady people, I finally found a reputable place. The gentleman‘s name was Manny. He allowed me to come with my mechanic and look at the car thoroughly. I felt very comfortable. He even let us test drive it and then coming inside to do the final paperwork was a breeze. I truly recommend buying a car from this place especially, if you don’t know what’s going on and you’re a little confused This is the absolute best place to buy from .

Me and my girlfriend came thru from Connecticut with a 2008 Honda civic manny gave us a GREAT trade in value we used the cost of the trade in towards a down payment and walked away with a 2014 Lexus! Manny had great enthusiasm and was very welcoming making pak 1 trading easily our destination for our next car!

If you buy from this place just know it’s an “as is” policy and if they offer the extended warranty you should definitely get it. I bought an F150 exactly one year ago from this place and it had mechanical problems from day one. It was NOT CLEAN (which should have been the first clue). I had to replace a portion of the coolant system within 1 week of purchasing. I also noticed a shuttering when I accelerated on the highway which I couldn’t assess during the test drive (stupid me). After back and forth with the dealership they referred me to their mechanic (Shiv Auto Repair) who “replaced” the turbo after weeks of the head mechanic not getting back to me. The shuttering never really went away but I figured I’d live with it until it got WORSE! One year later guess what…Turbo is shot. Either it was some sketchy work or my luck is just that bad. Buyer beware…

Initially I arrived to buy a Acura TSX which was sold the day before but luckily they had this Acura TL available. I fell in love the minute I stepped inside the car. Great services with reasonable pricing as well.

Found ad on Facebook for 2007 Ford Escape. Looked good in the ad, went there and checked it out and it was as good as the pictures. Ran good, low miles, really good price, couldn't resist it. Deal took less than 1 hour. I'd buy another car from them
