Andy at the little ferry location was soooo nice and helpful on one of the coldest days of winter! He helped me with my battery!

These guys will add battery "install kits" without even asking if you wanted it , horrible service dont be slick. Then claiming it comes with it when they added it to the total

Very rude service, arrogant employees towards customers, terrible. I ordered a bottle of water and a dynamo belt over the phone and when I got there it took me 40 minutes to receive my order due to the extravagant behavior of the employees.

I went to pick up something for my car, two people were working, one of which was already helping someone out. The other guy was on the phone cursing up a storm, talking very loud & obnoxiously . Especially cursing on the phone while on shift with customers is insane!. He blatantly ignored me standing in front of him as he continued to curse and talk on the phone. Never helped. It was so weird and uncomfortable. Even when I asked if he’d help he said “nah you have to go over there” he’s a weirdo and needs to go. Bad look for this location.

Amazing service. Went there today with my boyfriend to get a new car battery and Francisco helped us out. He even changed the battery himself. We got wipers as well and he changed it too!!!! Amazing service.

I was in this store on a Sunday and you don't really expect to find friendly people on that day, but thank you Fernando, your service was incredible.

Richard was AMAZING. I went to have my battery checked and needed a new one. He fixed it within minutes and was so reassuring and respectful. Beyond thankful for his help!

I will like to thank Dylan so much for coming out of his way and coming to help my car that got stuck in the middle of the road. We tried jumping it and even when it didn’t work he helped me push my car to a near parking lot to wait for a truck to come pick it up later on the day.

Excellent place and very good tools and parts of high quality for an excellent price.

So I just went to this AutoZone to do something very simple and purchase a battery for my vehicle. Instead of buying the same battery I was sold on buying a different better one which was fine. When the salesman brought out the new battery, I said it’s a different size than my old one. He said it. The size doesn’t matter. It’s the inside that counts as soon as this guy took a sip out of his black yeti mug I could smell the beer right away and shouldn’t have trusted him. The guy was completely drunk. I went back to my car 20 minutes away and realize it obviously doesn’t fit came back. That guy was barely able to stand and someone else helped me out and said I hope you didn’t plug it in because this could’ve messed up your whole car luckily I didn’t but AutoZone nor any employer should be allowing their employees to drink on the job. I found this very unprofessional very disturbing and I had a waste a lot of my day today and was compensated with nothing. I really hope they do something about this employee.

Amazing service. Tae helped us find the right oil and filter for my car. Very efficient and knowledgeable worker. Will be coming back for any more car parts.

Guess it depends on who you get. Last time I was here I got zero help so I was nervous when I had to come back. But Fernando and the cashier ( didn't get his name but he was Asian with glasses) were amazing. Super helpful, patient! I don't know what they did with the old employees, but service was definitely upgraded.

Could be better if they improved the customer service approach to the customer,some not all employees have attitude problems hopefully the store manager can address that in the not so distant future.

Luis and Dylan are lifesavers, even though they were off the clock and the store closed in 20 minutes they took their own free time to sell me a battery and have dylan come outside and help me. 100% recommend them.

Mo took great care of my family and our minivan when our battery died. Great care and service. Highly recommend!

I visited AutoZone in Little Ferry last week to replace my car battery. Francisco, the associate who helped me, was incredibly friendly and professional. He guided me in selecting the right battery and helped the installation efficiently. Great service!

I was in the store today, I had trouble locating the wiper blades I needed for my Subaru. One of the employees named Arnez, took the time to help me locate the correct blades, then installed them as well. Just wanted to say thank you!

Me and my wife came in Thursday night autozone little ferry and the gentleman name ARNAZ.F Was on point he knew what the problem was and solved it and on top of that was very respectful about it didn't have a attitude or nothing he made me and my wife feel real comfortable. I came in on a Friday night at 8pm needing to change my car battery and Francisco was so courteous and helpful. He immediately removed my old battery, showed me options for my new battery and replaced it quickly and efficiently! Francisco displayed AMAZING customer service and I’m happy to say I was in and out!

Found what I was looking for. The wheel caps and seat covers were surprisingly good quality compared to the price. Not sure if all Auto zone stores vary such products, but overall a good experience!

Great staff who gave me a suggestions about my trucks filter. He hit it on the head. I just went back to double check I got the right filter and the girl woman was very helpful ?.

Came here on a late Sunday needed a new battery with weather changing drastically. Peter & his evening crew went above & beyond to help me, 1st time at this location & the service was excellent. The women behind the counter was very helpful to me. She was able to get the parts I needed for my car and did it with a smile even after all my questions about prices. It’s great that customer service is still required in some places. I noticed a lot of stores have done away with the personal attention we once received as a customer. If you don’t believe me compare Autozone to the big store like (W). At the big box store they can’t even direct you to a bathroom. Lastly the young lady also helped me with a battery I needed for the key to my car. I greatly appreciated her help with that, she took the test me to replace it for me. This Autozone deserves every star they are getting from me.
