Your tow truck driver drives insanely crazy. Yesterday April 26 around 3pm he was in the tonnelle area with a car on his truck and on top of my car. He was cutting off so many cars and getting closer to my car so I could move faster on a 25 mph area. Please hire better and more responsible tow truck drivers that don’t drive like they are in a race track.

The contact number posted on their website is useless. It rings once, an automated voice says "thank you for calling Towing Hackensack" then the phone disconnects. I tried to get back in direct contact with the tow driver (Wayne) who handled a towing with this company and his phone only give a busy signal. No ring, nothing. (note, I've made numerous attempts in contacting both the driver and tow company during business hours, 3:30pm est. both unreachable)
