Don't get your car repaired here; they are scammers. I have a 2002 Toyota Camry, and my passenger side power seat adjustment was malfunctioning. The seatback could be adjusted, and the seat could be raised or lowered, but it couldn't move forward or backward. I knew it was probably a simple repair. As soon as I walked in, the owner told me the inspection fee was $100. I asked him how much it would cost to repair it, and the owner said it could be $0, $20, or $100. He said he wouldn't charge me the inspection fee if I had the repair done there, so he misled me into thinking the repair would cost between $0 and $100. I saw them simply trying to move my seat and looking under it; the whole process took less than five minutes. They told me the seat rails weren't broken, but that I needed a whole new seat, and they even asked me what model my car was, which was very unprofessional. Their reason was simply that my seat was too old, and then they suddenly raised the price to $347. I'm a student and don't have that much money. He said if I didn't get the seat repaired there, he would charge me the $100 inspection fee, and if I didn't pay, he would impound my car. They were practically robbers. I felt cheated; they didn't give me an honest quote initially and tried to take advantage of me. They were very rude and yelled at me. I called the police, and four officers came to mediate. I finally compromised and paid $50 and left. The owner even mocked me as I left.
Follow-up: I went to another repair shop, and they fixed my seat in an hour. I didn't need a whole new seat; they only charged me $100. It proved that the first shop was just trying to rip me off and didn't even know which specific part under my seat was malfunctioning.
Run don’t walk. They are liars. They told me they had a car from an old man but it turns out it was a rental car, it has been in many accidents and the last owner blew the transmission. Now he won’t give back my deposit and I’m going to go to court over it. Save yourself from this don’t even bother
I am not one to write a review (hence why I only have 3). Team did a really good job with the repairs. Got hit by a deer on my rear passenger door and within a week they fixed all dents and made it look like new. I hope I never experience another incident like the one did before, but would definitely recommend to come here to do your auto body repair.

Run away from this place!!! With no clear explanation why, they fail state inspection, took 50 dollars, told to come back after driving 100 miles and for additional 25 dollars they would check the car again. The same car without any problems in two days ( following Monday) passed the inspection in State DMV.
This is an excellent place to bring your car for any kind of automotive issue. The father and sons team is not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly honest, patient, and thorough in explaining what’s going on with your vehicle. They take the time to answer questions and make sure you feel comfortable with the work being done. The level of customer service they provide is exceptional — they’re accommodating, friendly, and genuinely care about helping their customers. It’s rare to find a shop that combines skill, integrity, and great service all in one, but this place does exactly that. Highly recommended!
Ayed the owner picked me up in side of road down the block when I broke down, it was 10 mins before his shop closed for the day. Gave me outstanding service, fixed the problem quickly and was easy to work with. I’m always nervous about going to small business mechanics but he was spot on and a good guy.
The location looks rundown but the service was fantastic. I went there for the following services: both for NJ biannual inspection and oil change (I brought my own oil, most places don't accept that). Value for money is amazing. I had an amazing experience both for the speed and service for my car inspection and oil change.
I had a issue with my vehicle this past summer and brought it to my local repair shop. To make a long story short the owner quoted me at $1500 and I began calling other shops and the price then dropped to $800 and then to $550. A bit outrageous if you ask me. How much was he trying to profit?!
And just recently my cousin went to their shop and they sold him an engine with a certain amount of miles and he looked into it and when it was all said and done the engine had a lot more miles than what the mechanic indicated it had.
The people at the shop are generally nice, and the owner offered me snacks while I was waiting. But I guess this is how they put their customers to sleep. And being that they’re in a wealthy neighborhood they probably think it’s okay to up charge people.
Do your homework please and don’t get up charged!

Fort Lee auto repair is the best mechanic shop in fort Lee. My family has been coming to this shop for years for all of our repair needs. The staff is experienced and dedicated to their work and will do anything to make sure you’re pleased with their service.
