I have a 2015 Honda pilot. It had an electrical problem. Point auto was able to get the car in the day that I called and Replaced the alternator. Two days later, a battery that was less than a week old failed. I took it back to them and they It helps me get the battery replaced under warranty. Service was quick and professional. Their prices are reasonable.

My family and I have been going here for over 25 years now. We love the team there. They are always very fair with our vehicles and in telling us what is wrong BEFORE they start to do the work. We had to use them once for friend's daughter's car to be repaired after a deer strike. The body shop there did a great job. They apparently do a lot of insurance work. Pricing is very fair. Still family owned and operated, and the most important thing here is their HONESTLY
Great experiences with this long-established shop. Brought them a Boxster and they lived up to their Porsche reputation. Today’s job was simple one on a Tesla. Charged me a fraction of what the dealer quoted. Thanks, Will. Need to leave the car? They will even drive you home if you ask.

After fearing for the worst with my 22 year-old F250 I brought my truck to multiple mechanics before finding point auto. Knowing that I use my truck for work they were able to get me right in and diagnose the issue not only did they save me a ton of money they got the job done quickly. They kept in contact with me and now my truck purrs like a kitten.. from the owner to the employees everybody was extremely professional, respectful and understood that I needed my truck as soon as possible and in the cheapest way possible to us it my current situation and that is exactly what I got. I highly recommend point auto. I will be taking my truck there for any future repairs without hesitation. Ten stars!
Found myself in a pretty big jam when I was changing the hub bearing on my car. I told these guys what was going on and they had it towed, fixed, and ready for the road in under 2 hours and for a very reasonable price. Very pleased with the service, would recommend to a friend
You never disappoint. Stopped by without an appointment due to a low tire pressure and unable to get to the correct tire pressure. Within about 30-45 minutes I was back on the road and tire repaired. Thank you so much.
Didn’t even want my business. Offered to pay whatever it costs. Be careful this is one of those businesses where a job can be too big or too small. Can’t say anything about their actual work cause I wouldn’t know, couldn’t even get in there.

On July 9th, 2025, my engine was hydrolocked and I had my truck towed to Point Auto Repair for insurance to look over it. Within the first day of dropping it off, all the employees were very knowledgeable and understanding of any questions or concerns I had. Within a week, insurance had arrived and appraised the vehicle and by July 30th, I was back on the road with a brand new motor, and the trucks been running and driving great since! They were careful and performed numerous road tests on the vehicle to ensure it came back to me driving and running like it did before the engine was hydrolocked. I'd truly recommend Point Auto Repair to anyone who is need of an honest repair shop. They are honest mechanics and have fair pricing too!

Had an issue with my 2016 Jeep axial. Replacement part over $1800 yet the service manager Will told me it wasn’t worth it and I should think of getting a new vehicle instead.
Since I had put a lot of money in repairs into my Jeep over time.
My wife and I were sincerely appreciative of his honesty and recommendation.

The team at Point Auto is wonderful. They are always thorough with what needs to be done, and let you know what MUST be done and what can wait. They’ll let you know if it’s a necessity or a comfort. They never push to get something done, but get it done quickly and stand by their work!
This place is awesome! They do awesome work. They explained everything, got me in and out on the same day - which was unexpected and awesome. I’m thankful they are close by and are wonderful to work with. I would recommend them to everyone. Come here for good service. They really show that they care about their customers.
The guys at Point Auto are straight shooters. They’re part of the community and the way they handle their business reflects that. STAY AWAY. Absolutely awful service. I got my camaro repaired here, I went to pick it up as they were closing, and one of the workers backed into my car leaving severe paint damage. DO NOT COME HERE.
Bought a used car and it had some issues brought it here and they have been my mechanics ever since. They do just about everything, I got key fobs from them too they work swiftly and they communicate well. Reasonable prices and awesome customer service.
Absolutely amazing from start to finish! They even suggested I call a mechanic who did previous work on my vehicle to see if a part was still under warranty to save me some money. The part ended up not being under warranty so Point Auto did all the work I needed and I’m so glad because they are kind, competent and efficient! Highly recommend!
