Roneldo was a gem to work with. If I could work with him I would. This man was knowledgeable and competent. It’s difficult to get both. I wouldn’t call any other service for a tow. 10 ⭐️

Very Rude lady on the phone . All I needed was how far the tow was as I need to remove stuff out my car before they took it. All she said is I’m not the only one and hung up on me !! Rude harsh tone lady get manners with customers . Will let GEICO know Zero stars

The lady who works as the dispatcher is very unprofessional and downright rude wouldn’t recommend to anyone, if I could give 0 stars I would the only thing saving them is their driver, I didn’t get his name but he works overnight who was very nice and professional.

Called them for tire job paid out of pocket. Quoted 45 minutes. Never called, never showed up. Guess they don’t need the money?

As it always seems to be the case, the second tow company called is always better. After getting an estimate of an hour (which, all things considered isn’t bad at ALL. I had just had to wait two and a half hours for a different company to jerk me around), they arrived in under 30. Again, thy estimated an hour. They came in under HALF of that. Plus, my tow man Dominick had my car on his flatbed in MAYBE 3 minutes? Like, super quick and super professional. Everyone, from the dispatcher to the manager who said snagging the 1 mile overage fee wasn’t worth the time it’d take to send me the link to pay ($7), was extremely professional and nice as hell. I cannot recommend this company enough, honestly. Maybe it’s the fact I waited in below freezing temps for 2 1/2 hours before hand for a different company that I have rose tinted glasses, but whatever. They were awesome, and I personally got em in my contacts as my go-to now. And my cars break down. A lot.

Tesla has a flat on the side of highway it was gonna take them two hours to get to me because of the time of the day fortunately, they were very knowledgeable that I could give them remote access to my car and they could drive it up onto the tow truck Without me being there so I could get my buddy to come pick me up and not wait the 2 1/2 hours glad it was towed by knowledgeable people I would highly recommend them

Waiting 3 hrs for tow that was supposed to be there in 30 minutes. So couldn’t wait any longer , dispatch offered set appointment for later that day. Called when I was on way too location to confirm appointment. It was confirmed. Get too vehicle no truck. Call Reynaldo, he say I just dispatched drives he will call you within 11/2 hrs, call not be at my location. Not very reliable.

Took three days to get a quote from this company to lift an item at the airport and load on our trailer, but went through with it since they're the only rotator in town. Lady on the other end always seemed to be in a rush and short. During the loading, the driver did not listen to instructions from our crew on the ground, causing damage to the unit. Even after photos and a video were sent to this lady, she said everything went smoothly.....I advised I needed 10 minutes to verify everything with the ground crew before payment. In about 5 minutes, she called my office threatening the police were already called and were going to impound us. Instead of even attempting to get a discount for the repair costs (personally had to cover @ $675), I paid them just to close it out and no longer deal with. Throughout the issues, she continued to make things worse instead of being level-headed. If things go smoothly I'm sure they're fine, but do not recommend when they don't....

This was the fastest and easiest towing experience I have ever have ever had. Am amazing job. Thank you also to Sami who took nice care if our car - was professional and kind and fast ! Thank you ! AAA referred me to them.

Had them come and get my car from my house to a local shop via GEICO road side assistance. They were on time, friendly, and very courteous. If I ever need to recommend a towing service or need one myself I will absolutely use this company. Made a frustrating situation as smooth as possible for me as a customer.

HORRIBLE!!! I called to have a tow at 12:00 for a 1:30 pickup, I did not get picked up until 7:30!!! I called every hour and they would tell me 20 min, 1 hour, the driver is going to call you and NOTHING! I will never use again!

I have dealt with really bad towing companies. This is by far the worst one.They lost my car key and kept hanging up on me when I called to ask about it. I will be taking this to court. UPDATE: Today Aug 26, one week after the car was towed, I finally got my key back, they mailed it to me after constant follow up with them on a daily basis, they even were bothered of my calls and had the audacity to tell me “we are busy”. When I said “I don’t want to have to go to court” he answer was “don’t threaten” Unprofessional, Rude and disrespectful. 0 Stars. Avoid at all costs.

tow truck chuck was the best! he took care of us and helped us out very quickly and effectively. I highly recommend this company and ask for chuck!

Called at 9am for roadside assistance for a flat tire said 90 minutes. No call or text. Called at 12:30pm for a follow up. Be there in an hour. No call or text. 6:46pm called again, someone new comes in. No record of my call or issue. Wouldn’t ever recommend this company for emergency roadside assistance.

Horrible. They were dispatched by my insurance company to tow my car, I was on vacation out of state and my car died. I waited for a little over two hours and no one showed and no one answers their phone. When my insurance company called to inquire they said their tow truck showed up and called me and I didn't answer. IMPOSSIBLE as I never left my car which was in the roadway. Had to wait an additional two hours for a new towing company to be dispatched. Don't accept a tow if you can't make it and then lie and say you showed up!! Very unprofessional!

Worst Experience Ever I had a terrible experience with ANA Towing, Egg Harbor. After my car was towed there, I was charged high fees just to retrieve it, only to find it damaged — much worse than when it was taken in. Nobody took accountability. When I called to get help or even an explanation, the people on the phone were extremely rude and dismissive. There was zero professionalism, no transparency, and no care for the customer. I’ve never had a more frustrating experience dealing with a business. Absolutely would not recommend ANA Towing Egg Harbormto anyone

They were great and very accommodating! Thank y'all so much for how great you were to work with. If I'm ever purchasing a car out in New Jersey again A.N.A towing is my go to!

I have roadside with my insurance. They used ANA Towing. Time estimate was about a hour. They arrived in about 25 minutes, Both gentleman was very nice and helpful. I believe the one guys name was Rich. Very nice. They got my truck started and even followed me to the dealer to make sure I got there. Just so nice to see smiling faces. Thank you!

We had a car breakdown yesterday in the middle of nowhere on Route 72 near Barnegat and AAA sent Ana Towing. The young driver (I think his name was Francesco) drove over an hour to get to where we were broken down. His customer service was excellent. His attitude was positive and reassuring and he was very professional. I hope Ana appreciates this wonderful employee!

Awful customer service. Do not recommend. Called at approximately 5am and they were supposed to be where the car broke down on 295 at 6:08 am. No call back and had to speak multiple times with them. Finally showed at 8:45 am. When calling the company was told the line was for emergencies. Left a message for a manager to call back and they never did.

I placed a call at 5pm and was told the driver should be there by 540pm. At 545pm I called for an update as I did not receive a call from the driver. I was told it would be another 30-40min but I was next in line. At 640pm I still did not hear from anyone so I placed another call and was told there was an accident the driver had to go to before me and it would be yet another 30min before anyone came out. At this point , now almost 7pm, I was sick of waiting and opted for an unattended tow and was told I would receive a call when the driver picked up my car. At 750pm, I placed another call and was told the driver was on their way, this process has been going on for 3 hours now..

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service we received from ANA Towing and Recovery on August 27, 2024. The service worker arrived without the necessary tools to retrieve the keys from my husband’s car, despite having informed your customer service representative of this issue prior to dispatch. The worker was told to proceed anyway, resulting in my husband and I waiting over an hour. Furthermore, the customer service representative treated us with considerable disrespect and refused to provide her name. The first two service calls occurred at 1:21 AM and 2:02 AM with the same dispatcher. Message to the company … please research who was working at that hour. This situation not only resulted in a significant waste of time and potential costs for your company but also caused undue stress and frustration for us. This experience has been markedly disappointing, and we have never encountered such poor road assistance service before

No stars deserved. Iwant to start this review with saying that reached out to this company about three times after this incident and everytime I did I was informed that someone from management would be calling me to follow up. No one ever did. The third time I finally got ahold of someone in mangment named bill. He started off the conversation saying yes how can I help you I asked for his name in which he seemed annoyed to give me. As I’m starting to tell him what happened I can hear talking to other people doing other things which is soo rude. I stopped and asked him excuse me are you even listening to which he replied ma’am I’m doing five different things at that point I just hung up because you can clearly tell this company has no care in the world about customer service. Now let’s get into the incident. On July 22 my Jeep wrangler got a flat.i needed a special key for my spare so it needed to get towed to the nearest tire shop.I called my roadside assistance at 10am and Ana towing was supposed to arrive at 12 perfect right?!! It’s now 12:20 and I call my insurance company to see where the truck is and they reached out to Ana’s towing and they said the driver was in traffic and he was 15 minutes away. After 30 mins I did the same thing and they said the same thing. I see a tow truck passing me and then get a call from the driver I answer saying hello I just saw you pass me and apparently this set him off because he said who are you talking to like that. At this point I’m confused because ummm are we not on the phone and aren’t you supposed to have the information needed to do your job?. I said sir I’m talking to you and described my car and surrounded things to help him see a big red Jeep . When he pulled up I.could already feel his aggressive energy. He pulled up beside my car rolled his window down and said well if you’re going to talk to me like that I’ll leave and you can sit out here. At this point I’m literally shaking because what the hell is happening. I have some random man being all aggressive while I’m already in a vulnerable situation. I could tell his was mentally not all there and tried to diffuse to situation I told him sir look I’m sorry if whatever u said upset but please I just want to get my car towed so I can get back on the road. This man gets out of his truck and starts taking pictures of my plates and just making me feel uncomfortable. I decide at this point I’m calling my insurance company to send someone out. This man starts hooking up my car aggressively and I’m standing there literally frozen not knowing what to do as my insurance company has me on hold. He isn’t even in a flat bed truck which is what was needed to tow my car so now he basically has the front of my car in the air he starts shouting saying he can’t tow it because it needs to be towed by a flat bed and then starts calling his dispatcher saying I’m rude and yelling at him while I’m literally standing there shaking frozen because like why is a grown man talking to a women like that So I say to him if you can’t tow it why do you have it lifted in the air like that. This set this man off and he hits his vape starts mumbling and saying obscene things btw my insurance company is on the phone listening to all of this. I inform my insurance company that he’s saying he can’t tow it and they told me to inform him to put my vehicle down because they had already found a new company I guess his dispatcher got that info too because this man gets in his truck says nothing to me note that I’m standing by my car with the door open because my phone was in 2% so I couldn’t take it off the charger. He drops my car off the town truck while I’m literally right near my car no warning or anything just a complete disregard for my life and my car. He then speeds off. At that point I started crying I can’t lie because I didn’t deserve to be treated to talked to in such a manner especially in an already stressful situation please if your a women do not use this company if you want good customer service do use them if you want respect don’t use them

For my disabled vehicle, Geico dispatched ANA Towing. I called ANA Towing and the person who answered politely gave me an estimated time of arrival. Chris, the driver, came within the estimated time frame given by both Geico and ANA Towing. Chris was quick and calm as the location of my vehicle was blocking an area the was “one way in and one way out.” On the ride home, Chris was super friendly and it was obvious that he loves his job. He placed my car exactly where I needed it to be in front of my home. Although, I was a bit frustrated my car, my experience with Chris and ANA Towing made up for it. I’d highly recommend them.

Had a customer's 2019 Traverse towed to us (Streamline Auto Body) after an accident in Camden. The Driver Matt was extremely professional, and helpful. He followed every proper procedure in the towing and securement (we also tow, so I know what to look for), was polite to our office staff as well as the customer. Job Well Done Matt and ANA

I own Heartland Transportation LLC out of Virginia. Went to pick a car up for a customer. Got there & Bill was rather rude about my being there & releasing the car to us. Then had to go to the 2 yard lot. My customers car had been left with the driver's window down, Key fob laying in the driver's seat. It had been raining for a few days before I could get there to get the car. Asked who & why the window was left down. Was given several excuses. They cleaned the scene up & put it in they cast back for board. Thier company driver didn't seem to really care that the window was left down, broken glass in back nor the key fob was sitting in water. I told him you shouldn't treat a customers car this way. At least cover the window if you can't roll it up. He said I was taking to the wrong person. Just very, very rude all the way around with this company. I'd NEVER have my car towed by them. They don't care about your car nor you as a customer.
