I purchased a Gold series battery for my 97 truck, online. My order was ready and waiting within 30 minutes and the manager installed it, as well as new wiper blades I purchased. I was driving away in 15 minutes. Great customer service!
Had to get a sudden battery replacement. Dennis was the employee who helped me and he went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and very personable. Couldnt recommend him enough. Give him a raise.
The guys at this location have helped me so much with figuring our various issues with my truck over the last few years...I needed to replace an alternator which was still under warranty and ended up being free on this most recent replacement and fixed all my issues of over voltage this time, which I found with their help identifying that the alternator was fluctuating voltages on the high side, which is pretty uncommon for an alternator issue...the guys here rock, by far more helpful than anyone I've ever worked with.
This is my go to spot when I want something quick for my car they don't always have a lot of stuff that I need but the staff is okay and helps you out as much as they can the people there are very friendly and they do have decent prices and it is close to where I live so I definitely will go back there again and do recommend that you drop in and maybe they can expand their inventory
I had bought a battery at another Advance Auto parts location and the battery died after a week. I was on vacation in Ocean City so I went to the nearest location for help. Juan, the floor manager was an absolute hero. He took care of my return and installed the new battery without any probkems. 13/10 would recommend coming to this location for fast friendly help.
I ordered a windshield wiper blade. Nothing special ; but my car is 13 years old. The wiper blade was ready for pick up literally 10 minutes after I placed the order. I insisted on installing it myself, but help was readily available!! Thanks again !
The store is consistently stocked better than most other A.A.P.'s in the area. They have 2 guys that are mechanically inclined and clearly know their way around a workshop, the other employees are friendly, quick, and don't pretend to know something they don't. The other employees will be up front about not knowing, and instead of being lazy they immediately seek the info for you.
I appreciate that as much as I do my perks rewards.

AAP is the best for hitting sales for the accessories, cleaning, and maintenance products. I end up getting 15$-20$ in product free just about every trip, only spending 30-40 bucks total. Just try to not buy things last minute and you'll get the deals.
Thank You Dennis for providing unquestionably the most excellent customer service I have ever experienced! I brought my travel-trailer battery in to check pre-trip, and not only did Dennis evaluate, charge and re-evaluate my battery, he loaned me a backup (without my asking) to ensure I got through the weekend when the results of my battery check were not 100 % . I strongly suggest you bring you auto problems here FIRST for an honest appraisal fo the problem.
Was experiencing car trouble driving through Somers point. Pull in discovered right away that it was an alternator.
Went inside and had the pleasure of having Dennis work with me to replace it. In and out of there in 20 minutes!

This auto parts store is the same as the others. I look for the help of the staff to separate them. This staff here was of great help. Although online said they had something in stock which they didn't have. They were very helpful in finding the part I needed at a other location that wasn't too far away. They even called, and as they only had one left, asked the people there to reserve it for me. Walked in, the part was all ready to be checked out for me, paid for it and left. I recommend them for all your auto parts need
Clean store, well organized. The sales person could have been more helpful by offering to look up the tool I needed. When I asked her to look it up she told me I needed the part number of the 14 Point spline driver.
Thank heavens for Carlos, he saved me $800 dollars!! Another auto shop told me I needed a new alternator but I popped in to have it checked & to get a second opinion. Carlos was friendly, helpful and gave me great advice and as it turned out, my alternator was fine. I'm grateful and will definitely be returning whenever I need auto parts and accessories. Horrible customer service at this location. Employees are not knowledgeable whatsoever. I called them looking for a part and said they didn't have it, but their EHT location did, called them, they said this location had it. Wild goose chase if you ask me and when I tried to explain myself, the employee simply hung up. Never calling again. In person only, because then they won't be able to hang up on me and my voice would be heard.
I called about my car battery to get tested. I brought my vehicle in, they immediately came out tested battery, showed me the batteries going bad, I purchased the new one, they installed it, cleaned it up, completed about 10 minutes. Kind, friendly professional, clean service. Tony was outstanding.
I had a dead battery and stopped in. Lou was able to go above and beyond and really helped me out. Kudos to him and the team at this Advance auto Parts store. I only shop here.

A big THANK YOU to Nelson for helping me out today! He diagnosed the problem with my wiper blades, came out to my car to look and recommend a spray (rain-x) for the windshield, He sprayed it on for me and voila, problem solved. I would give Nelson and AAP 10 stars if I could.
I called to confirm that what I needed was in stock. The person answering the phone on their end was polite, and behaved like an adult. Very professional, very helpful. Instantly grabbed my item off the shelf and held it for me. When I came in the store, I was waited on in a professional manner. Price is very good too. I WILL BE BACK. Nice job advance!!!

Stopped in twice to try and buy something. Needed help so I stood by the counter. People stand behind the counter and don’t offer to assist. Didn’t want to walk up and ask for help in case they were to busy. What ever happened to greeting a customer and asking can I help you?
The guys there have helped me a few times and gave me very good advice. Would recommend them if you ever want to know anything in depth and how to do it the most cost effective way possible. Would recommended checking them out.
