Great service. My car is older and I can not open my hood it's in an odd position and difficult. Joseph was fantastic! My check Oil light just came on . I am 2 1/2 qts low I was due for my oil change in Oct. But I moved to Ocean City, NJ so I went 5 months longer. My car doesn't burn oil I think they didn't top it off last time. I was also stopped because my Rt Rear blinker wasn't blinking.it was inside the car and in the front right, but in the rear. The fuse box was fine so I needed to check the bulbs but could not get the tail light section apart. Again Joseph to the rescue. They are not suppose to because people complain to their insurance, but I'm not like that. He replaced 2 bulbs. But still not blinking in the rear. Joseph thinks it is wire connection to the base of one of the bad bulbs. It was cold & getting dark, I decided I'd check it out on a warm day when I could use my needle nose pliers & return to pick up one or more light bases as needed when it would be warmer. My dad taught me Electrical & Automotive so if I can find the problem then I can fix it! Joseph went above & beyond. He deserves a raise!

Ray was extremely helpful and installed my new wipers in a minute! 10/10 would recommend.

I never leave reviews. However, after stopping here two times for battery related issues I want to give a shout out to Joseph I in parts, he helped me on both occasions. Excellent and very fast customer service.

I am a semi regular customer of Auto Zone and I am always treated well there. But tonight I was really in a bind trying to get my car back on the road and was especially thankful for the help I got. Both the lady manager and a guy named Eliud went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out. I told them both I was so grateful for all of the help they gave me that I would give them a 5 star review. It is always the people in a business that really make the difference and Eliud and his manager sure have my thanks for all that they did for me. This is my second review in two years. Another great experience at Somers Point Auto Zone recently. I go there when I am in a bind and have to fix my car or truck. I was stumped about how to fix the brakes on my pick up truck. A guy in the commercial sales dept named Dan Arnold really helped me out. I was already searching YouTube for answers and could not find what I needed. So I asked Dan on 2 different visits and he really helped me out. There are 2 Auto Stores in Somers Point but I really prefer AutoZone because of the very knowledgeabel people there and because of their very friendly and helpful attitudes. Thanks Dan.

Thank you to manager, Renee! It was about 100 degrees today and the manager came out to help with changing my battery in my truck. Such a nice guy!

Unfriendly employee, seems to have very poor experience, he couldn’t tell the difference between tail, signal and brake lights and gave me the wrong lights even after checking them on the computer and going out to see the car. I had to come back to the store and exchange them, he didn’t care or show any kind of respect and acted as he was forced to do his job.

Enzo is the best! After purchasing my battery, he happily put it in my car and also offered to put my headlight lens in. These guys know their stuff. They are friendly, and go out of their way. Please check out the Somers Pt location.

Went into store and store manager Rene very helpful and knowledgeable and helped me put wipers and headlights on for me. You guys are lucky to have a manager like him will continue coming in there.

Lucky to have the kind of manager you do Auto Zone.. admittedly I can be not someone that’s pleasant or easy to deal with when things are going rough and I wasn’t blatantly disrespectful or rude. My emotions get away from me and your manager handled it with absolute profession and decency and you have a lifetime customers result thank you and once again I just wanna say sorry if I created any tension you really are good dude and very professional and you were definitely cooler ahead so I thank you and wish you guys well.

I know nothing about cars. My car had an oil leak and I stopped in to AutoZone. A young man named Enzo helped me and he was amazing. He was patient and kind and gave me one of the best customer service assistance I have ever got. AutoZone is fortunate to have such a wonderful employee

Went in for wipers and got the wrong ones after trying for 20 minutes to get them on in the parking lot. Husband went in to figure out the issue (it's a new car to us) and an employee not only returned the wrong ones, got us the right ones but he helped us get them on in the rain. Super sweet, super cute. 10/10 would recommend. ;)

I feel compelled to mention how impressed I was with Bryan from the Somers Point store. He was kind and very patient with this 81 year old. Twice, he installed car mats when the prior ones weren’t secure enough. He helped me to replace them with sturdier ones. Not once did he show impatience with me. He certainly is an asset to your company!!

Very good service. This is the only location I shop at or trust. They are very helpful, have the parts I need and even test/ replace batteries. I say this because other places I've been were extremely lazy and refused to even do the basics. Good crew. Good prices. Keep it up guys ...you're appreciated!

Store manager Drew was extremely helpful with the issues I am having with my Volkswagen. Customer service was beyond my expectations. I will be back and highly recommend for anyone that doesn’t know a damn thing about cars- Drew is the guy to talk to! Even the other gentleman who was working there was knowledgeable of what I needed help with. Thank you again.

Friendly staff, always willing to help. I've never had a bad experience. The store manager Drew is one of the most down to earth guys I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. Scott, Steve, Chloe, James and the rest of the team know everything about that place. If they cant find a part, it usually is only a day away.
