Everyone is a complete, courteous professional. The fellow who worked on my car went the extra mile and put the donut spare and everything else back into the right spaces in my trunk. Really great!!!!!!!!!

I would like to take the time to apologize to the staff at Firestone of absecon. There was a miscommunication. In regards to my emergency brake. I have been a victim auto mechanics taking me for stupid.This was not the case. So far they did a good job I will continue to monitor my service. The staff was extremely patient with my fear. Thank u. And once again I apologize for my frustration.
Needed a professional to help identify the cause of a heating issue. The Firestone team quickly identified the issue and recommended the best resolution.
i thought they were reliable but everytime i come there’s a new problem with my vehicle. spent over $500 to get my car fixed and there would be a new problem after they inspected and charged me the $10 for it. also tried to get my AC fixed in the summer and it went out over 3 times yet they still charged me for it knowing there is a 3 times or more free policy and they never fixed it. Absolutely disappointed and embarrassing. will be cancelling my credit card here and contacting higher ups because i’m tired of being played with.
Every time I need service for my vehicle, all the guys at the Absecon store could not be any more helpful, courteous and just plain happy and a pleasure to deal with. We absolutely trust they will take good care of us and it will be done right!We service all of our vehicles there, tires, brakes whatever we need it. They are fast too! The Absecon Firestone has screwed up my last 2 maintenance services. I made an appointment for my company car on 12/3/25 for routine service and tire mounting and balancing. I supplied the tire and they were in the back of my care. Dropped my car off the night before. By 5:10pm on 12/3, I had not receive a call about my car. I called their office and they guy started telling me all the things my car needed, INCLUDING NEW TIRES. I asked him if he was looking at the right customer because I brought my car in for Tires which I supplied. Put me on hold and came back and said that the tires and oil change was done, but they recommended a new battery, compartment filter and other things. I said I need me car for work the next day and I would have the other things done on the next visit. Mind you my car has been running with no issues for the last 2 years. Then 30 minutes later, someone called and left a message saying my car was ready!!. I picked up my car and started it and the message "Maintenance Required" still on the screen. I went back inside and told them about it and was told that the technician said that the button to reset the "Maintenance Required" display, was broken and he could not reset it. I left the store, went home and in 5 minutes, I found a YouTube video and reset it myself. Came out the next morning to go to work, and my car would not start!!!! UNBELEIVABLE!!. Had to unload everything from my car into my truck for work. The last service I had done on my 2022 Ford Explorer was, they recommended and cooling flush. I agreed and they did the server. A week later my car starts leaking anti-freeze all over the place and overheats. I had to limp it back home. Took it back to them and they said that someone forgot to tighten the lower radiator hose clamp and the hose came off. I AM DONE WITH ABSECON FIRESTONE!!
I just had wheel alignment done at Firestone Absecon. My experience was great! They got the job done while I waited so it was helpful. They also offered me good price. I am new to Firestone and received new tires and alignment service only but when I go there for their expertise I get smooth experience. Thanks for a stress-free experience in last visit!
Everyone that works here is really nice and adept at explaining what’s wrong with my car. Tyler and the guy from Vegas (lol sorry) are consistently great.

Firestone did a good job replacing my thermostat. The staff was friendly, quick, and kept me updated. They also checked out the rest of my car and recommended a few services without being pushy. Definitely happy with the service!
Tyler Pierce was exceptional. I think we gave him a little hard time. But he was so calm, so patient and tried his best to answer all difficult questions, with everything including help with custom service at CFNA. He is very well composed and always have a genuine smile and behavior. I commend him and will always go to Firestone because of him. Kudos to Tyler.
Customer service was great pricing was awesome for almost a full complete check they really involved me in explaining n showing me the issues I have with my car and total pricing for all the work will definitely be coming back to finish the job!!!!!
Clean and well staffed. Stopped in to ask if they could fix a tire with a screw in it. Took me immediately. Put car on lift and found a second tire with a possible nail. In and out fully repaired in about 35 minutes. Fair price for the service provided. Staff friendly and efficient. Also very helpful. Jack is great! Very helpful!
I had a leaky valve stem and stopped in to make an appointment to have it looked at. They took me right in and repaired it within minutes. The staff was friendly and informative.
Picked up a nail the day before I had to drive home 450 miles. Called at 7 am. Matt had me in by 830. Ready to go by 9. Amazing! Friendly, kind and immediate service. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks Matt!
I always depend on Firestone to help me keep up with my car maintenance and they are always super awesome, they never try to get me to do something that isn’t needed and I’ve never had any issues. Everyone is super nice and understanding.
This past Thursday I was in a bind with my car. Long story. I’m from PA and called around different places and as I expected places couldn’t do anything for me late in the day before a holiday. I called Firestone and talked to Steve and explained to him my situation. He graciously said to bring it in and they’d get me in. Had it not been for a couple hiccups in getting correct parts I’d have been out of there before they closed at 7pm. Anyway correct parts arrived today and they squared me away. Very professional staff, clean facility and most importantly to me they explained every detail of the issues so I could understand. Hats off to Matt and I think his name is Jack at the front desk. I cannot recall the names of the techs I talked to but they were good to work with too. I highly recommend this location.
I walked in without an appointment coming from the Toms River area with a tire that started losing air on the parkway. Matt was very helpful. Told me there would be a 2 hr wait. I understood and was prepared to wait. Much to my pleasant surprise he had my tire fixed and ready to go in less than an hour. Thank you Matt. Great customer service.
