I ordered a part via online then drive 30 min to get to the store for them to tell me that they "cant find it". One guy working the whole store while trying to find my part and dealing with a line of 7 people behind me. We then order again to have it delivered to the house but it never gets delivered. We call and they say its marked for pickup so once again, no part. We then think we have it resolved when we spoke to a woman who said it will be shipped to the Absecon store within the day. We then get a call saying good news the part has been delivered to this store...we even checked the phone number to be sure it matched the store. We drive to the store AGAIN and these people tell us its NOT there again even though we got a call that it was at the store. Through this all, no one seemed that they wanted to assist at all....they just throw their hands up and just say its not here oh well. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL customer service! Get it together
I went to store 7:30 this morning lady sales person had on special customer in the store and doors were locked after 20 min she let that special customer go and told me wait more 10 min in empty store we were 3 customers waiting in the parking lot and all left of deal like this never will have special people in the store and locked the doors please change your opening timings why call people and let them wait half hours

This autozone gave us all the wrong parts. The only thing they gave us right was the rear pads. The rear caliper was wrong, the rear rotors were wrong for 2013 Honda, accord.
So call shift manager “Steve” at Absecon Autozone was very rude and disrespectful, I have opened this store , I was one of first customers very first day they opened it. I have a Commercial Account with Autozone for over 10 years and I’ve never been disrespected yet threatened to be beat up by an Employee. Tough guy is going to be tough guy until tough guy meets tough.
Rob is a very great person and he is the only reason I keep going back to that Absecon store.

Keyonte and Davone were so super helpful to my mom and I, just now, as we have a 2.5 hr drive home ahead of us and our car was acting up. They both went above and beyond to get us the right fluids and make sure we were all set.
Had a battery issue, and the young lady Cheryl grabbed me and helped me diagnosed the problem and got me a new battery free under warranty. Cheryl was very personable, courteous, knowledgeable and had a amazing smile. Wow, when I get great service it really makes me feel appreciated, Cheryl, you ROCK!!!
I want to give a huge thank you to Keiontay for his exceptional service. I was in a tough spot, and he was exactly the support I needed. His drive to help others truly stands out (it was a phenomenal experience). I highly recommend asking for him!
I also want to thank Peyton for being so sweet and welcoming. She was definitely a great addition to the experience.

The person who processed my car mumbled when telling me the service choices, so I ended up paying for synthetic instead of regular oil.
It cost twice as much.

Was there early this morning (Friday) to grab a pickup order that wasn't "ready" yet and the gentleman behind the counter was extremely accommodating and helpful.
Floyd was incredibly helpful testing my car battery for free, and helping my purchase. So friendly! Colleen installed my battery and it seems every customer knew of her, for great service. Thank to you all!!
I came to autozone today after getting the wrong part twice. I was so upset. David ruff was knowledgeable, kind and I was so thankful he was working. He helped me twice in one day with my alternator because he pays attention and goes above and beyond.
Shout out to Jon for his EXCEPTIONAL and kind service. I came in at 6 pm with a foreign car and a dead battery feeling pretty hopeless as to what my options would be to replace because I’m not from the area. Not only were the gentlemen working tonight able to find my battery for me, but Jon was able to replace it on his break and allow me to assist so I could see the process. I really don’t know what I would do without him helping me the way he did. I would recommend this store 10000 times over and will be coming back here for any car needs I might have while I’m staying in the area. So thankful for Autozone and for Jon. Keep up the amazing, customer oriented work; it does not go unnoticed 🥹
Tom was amazing!!! I needed a new battery and unfortunately this location was unable to accommodate my needs but he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of by calling other locations and giving my dead car a jump!!! Thanks Tom. I appreciate it.
Went this afternoon & for the second time in a few months I had a terrible experience. I purchased a lightbulb for my stop light. Older man tells to open my trunk that another guy was going to put it in. I waited w my trunk opened for about 5 minutes went back inside to get attitude from t young girl. Returned tbulb & quietly left. Worst Auto Zone in t Country
Roger Franklin went above and beyond to assist me. I own a foreign and rare vehicle and the installation of my new battery was highly technical due to the location being underneath a rear mounted engine. Roger was professional and diligent—he did not quit until he was able to successfully advise me on the parts and equipment I needed to do the job the right way. This was gold standard service. I have had only great experiences at this auto zone location, but it was Roger’s service that urged me to leave this review and publicly share my enthusiasm for this location and the great staff like Roger and his store manager (also terrific) who work there.
Just went to this location and got a new battery for my car. James helped me to get the battery and installed it. Within 10 minutes everything was taken care of. James was very friendly and helpful. He has flawless customer service. Overall good location and amazing staff!
Jack Gerbehy from store #4785 is amazing!! I needed my headlight changed and Jack came out to my car and changed it for me! He was so nice and professional and so sweet to my daughter. As a single mother it means so much to know I can come to this store and Jack will be there to help me! Thank you again Jack!!
When calling the store the associate James Davis was helpful and informative when asking about offered services. I went to get my battery changed and he was very helpful and explained everything he did and didn't take long to replace the battery. Overall a very pleasant experience.
I needed coolant for my car and not only did Frank ask me the make and model of my car to check if I am buying the correct one but walked to the back of the store and changed bottles to the right one. He didn't just send me back and wait and the cash register. I asked him if he could help me and he did with a smile. He was extremely helpful and so nice. I was not happy bec I had to stop for coolant but I left smiling and thankful. AutoZone needs more employees like Frank.
I walked in yesterday afternoon and was helped by Tyler Y. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the type of battery my truck needed. He was also kind enough to install it for me as well. Great customer service!
These guys are extremely helpful , knowledgeable, and show exceeding customer service to their clientele. Frank, whom I believe was the manager of the location, did above the beyond in trying to help me with an issue that I had with oil filter. Stopped everything that he was doing and gave me his full attention and tried seeing if we could resolve the issue with some elbow grease. Thank you guys, it was much appreciated .
James did an excellent job helping me out finding the right tail light I needed for my car. He even went above and beyond by installing it for me. He was very polite and extremely helpful. That was the best experience I’ve ever had in autozone EVER
I had the best encounter when I went to this store. There was a salesman by the name of Matt L who was very helpful and knew alot about the products and gave me some sound advice about the item that I was buying . This young man deserves a raise and a promotion! He is very good for the company and he loves what he does Kudos Matt!
Dropped by for a battery change and wipers. James was my salesperson and he couldn't have been more helpful. He was polite, professional and quick. I asked if he could install the items on my vehicle and he complied with a smile. Will go back whenever I need an automotive item. Good job people!
I needed to get my car battery changed and seeing as how I've never changed one before I was hoping for a little guidance. I came to AutoZone and within minutes I had an associate (David) point me in the right direction and he kindly changed the battery while explaining the process so I could do it myself in the future if I ever need to. Quick and efficient service and I'd return again without question.
I typically dread going to Auto Parts stores because of previous experiences but when arrived at this Autozone I can truly say I was pleasantly surprised with how attentive and helpful the staff was at this location! They went above and beyond to help not just me but the other customers who were there. I wish I had gotten his name but the employee who helped me actually took the time and installed the wipers I had Just purchased for me. This experience went above and beyond all my expectations. Highly recommend this location and will personally be shopping here whenever i need to buy parts for my car!
They usually always have what I'm looking for/need and are friendly and helpful. I wish I got his name but a couple nights ago there was a young man who works there who was not only helping a customer with his truck but he made sure I was ok as I was checking and filling up my oil. Truly the one of the best customer experiences I've ever had, with ANY company! He went above and beyond when it wasn't even expected. I can appreciate that!
This Autozone has a very neat and organized auto store.
The staff especially Stephanie was very knowledgeable with my questions and selections. This Autozone location is less than a ten minute drive from The Atlantic City Boardwalk.
