Great service and experience every time with Tri-City Towing. I've been towed more than a handful of times and cant recommend them enough!

Got stuck outside Rochester on Washington st. Christopher was super helpful getting me out a snowbank. Paid $175

complete scammers. When I got home from breaking down in New Hampshire I broke down again and I brought it to my mechanic and they told me that I got hosed. My mechanic said if they didn't scam me then they just are really really bad at their job. And not only that, they charged me a arm and a leg. It's not right to take advantage of someone in a bad situation. If I didn't live 120 mi away I would have gone back and complained but unfortunately I won't be around that area for a very long time. Just be careful. I thought they were very nice but that was only on the outside.

I just wanted to do a short rant about our tow truck driver (Mad Mike lol). He was the NICEST driver l've ever encountered and made a shitty situation where we got stuck in New Hampshire feel like we were just catching a ride home with an old friend. He deserves a raise for sure! There are not enough nice words to describe this guy; he is an absolute gem ✌?❤️

Dave and his team were excellent. They were able to service my Audi quickly make all the necessary repairs and all at a fair and honest price. Highly recommend Dave and his team.

My experience here was one of the best experiences I have ever had having my car looked at in serviced. They're kind and genuine workers help me feel like I was being well taken care of as well as getting the best service possible.

Popped a tire on the highway and called AAA for assistance. Allan from Dave’s Tri-City Towing arrived 15 minutes later to help me put the spare tire on. I had my 5 month old baby with me and he graciously helped me move the stroller and other things out of the trunk and into the back seat. Was very kind and friendly. Made the process quick and easy.

They got my car out of the snow for a very fair price and showed up earlier than expected as well. Perfect service and the guy driving the truck was friendly.

An employee in a marked wrecker engaged in reckless behavior, cutting me off and forcing me into the breakdown lane at the end of a merge on rt 11 in front of the Walmart. With no space for them to actually pass, and traffic ahead of them, they then were forced to slow down to the speed limit. Then, when I went to make a left turn in a separate lane, the clearly irritated driver was hanging out of the window, shouting something unintelligible. Completely unacceptable behavior. I will call literally anyone else before ever using the services provided by this company.

Alan just delivered a shipping container for us an he was amazing! We had a trickier drop location than we realized and he was nothing short of helpful and creative to find a solution. He was super friendly and we couldn’t have been happier with his work!

On August 4th around 2 pm my son needed a tire changed and not sure of the guys name but he did not put the lug nuts on tight we could had crashed

The service and response time was incredible, called and within 10 minutes they had my car loaded up and me in the passenger seat! The driver was friendly and the truck was clean and new. Very professional operation, will use tri city towing again!
