Had a bmw towed with them last week. I get to play the car is at and they tell me it arrived with no bumper. I called and the guy at the fromt desk said we know nothing about that and couldnt tell me anything. Very sketchy

Angel certainly was one today. He was the 4th fellow who tried to figure out how to get our car out of the garage so that it could be towed. It wouldn't even start. Angel figured out that this car had its battery in the trunk & when the charging cables were placed directly on the battery the car indeed did start right away. It was a complex problem that Angel simplified. Very grateful for his skill as well as his kind caring demeanor.

Woke up with a flat tire. I have Toyota Roadside Assistance and they sent Carlos from Castillo to fix it. He was so polite and got it fixed in no time.
