Worst junkyard ever. Went here to get a taillight for my truck and it took ages to get it. Owner seams like he doesn't care about customer service or keeping customers happy. #worstjunkyardinnh
BUYER BEWARE This place has gone out of business as a junk yard and theres a guy selling used cars there. His 1 employee, is his "mechanic" Gary who is a toothless ex-con drug addict who can't fix anything the right way.
My guess is people are complaining about cars that are bought from a junk yard / used parts place.... You have got to be kidding me why the hell would anyone buy a car that sits outside a junk yard is beyond me. If the place says I'll give you 30 days that's not good. It will not pass inspection. Better off going to a private sale
Worst customer service. Even for a junkyard. Called them on the phone and got a "HELLO?! HELLO?!" and then he hung up. Very pricy too with not a good selection. I'd go brandy brow.
Horrible still trying to get in touch with the guy named Dan that sold me a car car that was supposed to be guaranteed nh inspection and I still haven't been able to have it inspected 2 weeks later cause the car is junk. Guess they rig it to run only for it to start falling apart the day after..
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET! WHOEVER THE OLD GUY IS THAT ANSWERS THE PHONE IS TERRIBLE! WAITED FOR HOURS TO HEAR BACK; NOTHING. I CALL TO SEE WHATS GOING ON WITH THE PART; RUDE, HUNG UP ON ME, HAS NO IDEA HOW TO BE PROFESSIONAL! HAHA GOOD LUCK
The guy that was driving the front end loader was rude to us because we were taking to long to find what we needed. He was following us around probably making sure we didn't steal anything. Then he drove up to us and said " I think you guys have been here long enough " even though it was 2 hours before they close. We were only there about 45 minutes and all 3 of us had different trucks to find parts for. Then he told my friend that a door trim panel was $100 just to make us leave. Go to brandy brow they know how to run a business.
Very poor experience attempting to conduct business with these people. Purchased 1 part which they would not issue a refund on, we took the store credit when our customer opted not to repair his vehicle (this was after the owner lied about his position and told me he would speak to his supervisor and call back. He never called, after 3 weeks we contacted them repeatedly before being told credit is the best they can do). Months later attempted to use our standing credit and parts were repeatedly not delivered on time (over the course of 2 business days and a long weekend). We contacted them to get an ETA and after numerous hours of waiting for a simple yes or no (we will or will not receive the part today) we finally opted to let them keep our $175 as a cost of doing business with people who can not be trusted.
